Fantastic experience: I can honestly say that I have never experienced such complete customer satisfaction. From when I first contacted Cherrybank Dental Spa to my most recent visits this week. I presented as a very complex case. My initial consultation was very thorough lasting an hour and a half. After which I was given a thorough explanation of various options to choose from. I also appreciated the storyboard presentation from all the photos, videos and scans taken during the consultation which was emailed to me. Since then my treatment has begun and I am extremely pleased with the results so far. Nothing is too much trouble, even when I snapped my temporary bridge twice this week and which had to be replaced on both occasions. Dr Halley was very reassuring each time, which put me at ease. Complete professionalism is shown by all members of Dr Halley's team, from the very caring and tactful receptionists, to Sam Ferrier my treatment coordinator, the various dental nurses and of course Dr Halley. I can highly recommend Cherrybank Dental Spa as centre of dental excellence.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Cherrybank Dental Spa, Glasgow Road, Perth for I think, over 12 years now. I travel from Moray, which is around 160 miles each way. The reason I do this, is simply because of the 5 Star treatment I am given every time I attend. Staff are all professional, polite, empathetic and helpful. I have never once been pressured to have any treatment that is not explained, requested by me, or warranted due to a tooth or teeth condition. I feel like I am coming to a friendly family now, rather than to a dental surgery. Dr Halley is certainly an expert in her field and always takes time to reassure, explain everything and ensure that I know exactly what is going to be done. Informed consent is important with any health related treatment and I can honestly say that I have never agreed to anything, without understanding fully what is going to be done. The potential costing is always given to me in an open and easy to understand manner. That is usually when I have completed my treatment and am about to head home. I don't drive to the clinic any more 'just for dental appointments'. I try to tie it in with family visits. This is really important to me, the appointments being managed around me having to drive such a long way. Usually after 13:00 hrs. With occasional inclement weather and the A9 not being my favourite road, I have a few times had to change appointments. The staff always do their best to accommodate me. I am sorry this is a very long paragraph, however, I will continue. I first came to Cherrybank Spa at Perth because I was less than satisfied with the clinic I was attending about 10 miles from my home. The time 'in the chair' was maximum 15 minutes. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt at times too. Having looked after my oral care since I was old enough to understand that I must do that if I want to keep my teeth into my old age. I decided to look further afield and I am so glad that I did! I had unsightlly (in my opinion) teeth and seldom smiled for photographs, this following an injury as a young child, my teeth were crooked and gappy. I was given superb information, with printed photographs and digital mock ups of what the teeth could eventually look like with treatment. Times have changed, techniques have improved and x-rays even now have AI technology. This can assist the highlighting of potential issues that cannot be seen with the naked eye. Anyway, what I am in a very long winded way, trying to say, is that whilst I am physically able to attend Cherrybank Perth, I will continue to do so. I am delighted with my care, thank you to every single person who has treated me with kindness, respect and made me feel like AM important. Thank you All. Regards DJT. Fantastic experience: I was in dire straits with a missing front crowned tooth and was given immediate help to be able to reappear comfortably until a permanent plan was made to address the situation. The staff on the telephone and in the surgery were FANTASTIC and saved me from huge embarrassment with an ideal stop gap. The surgery/spa is fabulous with all the latest tech going on. As a longstanding patient I wouldn't look anywhere else for my general hygiene care to a major dental change. I have required both over the last 25years. I can honestly say the health of my gums , bones and teeth are due to the regular checks and level of hygiene detail the practice carry out. No matter who is involved in the service and care it's always personal. Recently I have had major dental work involving many hours " in the chair". I wasn’t too sure what to expect walking into the practice but I needn’t of worried as all the staff are super friendly, professional and caring which puts you at ease straightaway. Fantastic experience: I had been unhappy with my smile for years and decided to do a bit of research on options when I stumbled across Cherrybank Dental Spa. I first met with Jill, who sat me down and listened to my concerns and what I was aiming for, and she was positive and reassuring that improvements could be made. Photo imaging was carried out along with many photographs, and a bespoke treatment plan was recommended by Dr Elaine Halley who considered not only the cosmetic improvements, but how the structure of my teeth could be improved. Numerous visits followed, where each time I was met by various members of the very friendly and welcoming team. Masks were worn in public areas and I felt safe with the measures they have put in place to reduce the increased risks we are all facing just now. I have now completed my treatment and feel much more confident with my new smile, and my only regret is that I didn't do this years ago!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had TMJ disorder for over a year, as well as other ailments which all had an impact on my mental health. I had been seen by my doctor, my regular dentist, chiropractors and had even tried some home remedies but nothing worked. I booked an initial assessment at Cherrybank where I was made to feel welcome and I truly felt as though they listened to the problems I’ve been having and how they affected me. The initial assessment was very thorough and I felt that they covered all angles. Dr Halley explained more about TMJ disorder to me and that my other problems are likely linked to it due to my jaw misalignment. As I am already on the waiting list for braces and jaw surgery, I was given options for symptomatic relief. On my second appointment, all of the information taken from my initial assessment was presented to me and explained very professionally and my options discussed. I can’t recommend Cherrybank Dental Spa more highly - from the environment to the staff looking after you, absolutely perfect. My TMJ disorder actually improved on its own and I think that’s purely down to their person-centred approach, the information given to me and knowing what treatment I can get if it gets worse again. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist normally but I would happily go back for any dental treatment I needed in the future. Thank you all so much for providing such a good service.

Fantastic experience: I visited Cherrybank dental spa Perth to see if anything could be done to restore my front teeth that were knocked out when I was young. I had put up with poor fixes for years. The process has taken a while however this has been due to COVID. The treatment I have received from the practice itself has been first class. Pain free - which is amazing considering the extensive work that has been done including bone grafts and implants etc. I would hesitate to recommend Dr Halley and the staff to anyone. If anyone is mulling over getting your teeth fixed or looked after this is the place to go!! Thanks again

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist as my veneer had come out. I had previously had it put back in by my own NHS dentist but unfortunately this only lasted 1 day. I was given an appointment promptly and when I arrived at Cherrybank in Perth I received a very warm welcome. The dentist was so kind and very knowledgeable. The treatment I received to replace my veneer was extremely effective and, 2 months on, the veneer is still firmly in place. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience with this dentist.

Negative experience: I had a damaged back tooth, which was giving me some problems and was searching for a dentist who did sedation, as I have a phobia of dentists and I used to have sedation at my old dentist with no problem. I came across CherryBank, an appointment was made and off I went. I walked into a warm welcome and a spa like environment. After consultation, I agreed that my front teeth certainly needed improving and opted to go for porcelain veneers also (I think that is the correct term). This meant a longer wait for my work, but, it would all be done together, I would come round from sedation and tah dah, I would have a new smile & the problematic tooth extracted and fillings done too! Wow! I was very nervous, but, for me would be worth it, the cost let’s just say was in 5 figures, but those front teeth wouldn’t need any more work for 10yrs etc The appointment eventually came, another reason for the long wait, is they have to call in someone to the sedation (Was just over £800). Armed with headphones, throw etc (It would be a long appointment) I sat in the chair. First thing, been sedated was not a comfortable experience, on previous sedation I hadn’t felt a thing? Anyhow, I came round, drowsy and escorted home by family. I am then to learn, that the problematic tooth that I had first gone about, had not been extracted! Another appointment would have to be made and more sedation paid for! All I got in feedback from this was, that I pretty much was a bad patient. This tooth needed to be out! As well as the another back tooth at the other side needed to be filled and the porcelain had a rough finish, so that needed to be done. So, eventually another appointment day came up and I was even more nervous, I had not expected to be sat in the chair a second time, let alone for it to be worse! I came round and again escorted home. My bad tooth was finally gone. However, my mother (Not the dentists), had to tell me the news that my other back tooth broke whilst under the filling procedure and now it had to be extracted, which, the dentist had tried to do and it broke even more! The dentist had decided to refer me to hospital for general anaesthetic for this. It has taken me a long time to write this review, but sadly we have other things in life to deal with. But waking up with pain again has prompted me to. The pain isn’t from the back tooth, no, it is from one of the veneers, part had broken off within a couple of weeks of my last appointment’ But, to get me back into CherryBank, you are going to have to sedate me before I go through the doors! And now my phobia has become even worse! From a distance, you see a nice enough looking smile from me, come closer and you’ll see I have a blue dot on one porcelain tooth (From laser I think) and the broken one. And basically, am now left with more problems than what I started with. If money is no object and you are looking for cosmetic work, then Cherrybank maybe for you. My two stars, are after all for a half decent smile, but, you will find far better and far less expensive dentists elsewhere for regular dentistry. I will not be surprised if this review gets removed, I had seen other poor ones which seem to have gone? Basically, I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best thing I done was visit Cherrybank Dental Spa! After some bad past experiences with dentists! and some research I made contact back in November 2018 as i was looking to have my teeth fixed and wanted to smile again without being self conscious about it! After an Initial chat with Kayleigh, who was excellent by the way, around what I wanted and was looking for, and a consultation by Dr Halley, a treatment plan was devised detailing everything from the procedures involved to the overall cost, ( it wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for as they say). No pressure was put on me from start to finish, which I liked and the final decision was mine and mine only. The treatment was over multiple visits over a 7 month period, an all appointments were fitted in around my schedule and at my leisure which I liked. ( Cherrybank became my second home for a while). Gillian the senior dental nurse was great & friendly and was present at most visits. On a final note, My dentist Jodie, always gave me a quick brief of what work she was going to be carrying out beforehand which was great. I can't thank her enough for the brilliant work she carried out. A friendly and true professional at the top of her game, who I trusted to the point where I didn't have any jags to numb my gums before any work being done! After getting lost and being so late for my appointment, they went out of their way to accommodate me which i was extremely grateful for. I had Emma doing a thorough scale of my teeth and when i saw a before and after picture, i could not believe the difference. Absolutely thrilled, can't wait to go back and get part 2 done and the rest of my treatments. This is coming from someone who was petrified of going to the dentist. I promise you will not regret making an appointment here. All the staff are absolutely lovely.

Fantastic experience: I was going to need an operation to remove teeth with the NHS.I decided to seek a second opinion and called Cherrybank. I had an appointment with Dr McCrudden .You are met by courteous staff and I did not wait long for my appointment.The dentist suggested surgery was not required and he proposed an alternative treatment. The treatment was fully explained and was carried out very professionally. After the treatment the dentist explained clearly my aftercare .Since then I have had no problems with my teeth. This was probably the best visit to the dentist I have made and worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: Best thing I have done for my dental health was visit the Cherrybank Dental Spa for a Hygenist appointment. Very informative which has made brushing and flossing far more important in my daily routines as I now understand the importance of daily care. It may sound silly as we all know we should floss everyday etc but getting the knowledge and a report on gum health makes it more fun for going back and seeing an improvement ... always liked a challenge!

I therefore searched for a dental practice that would listen to my concerns and booked an initial consultation appointment at Cherrybank Dental Spa in Perth. Following examination the treatment options were discussed and agreed, along with cost. They helped me make the right decision for ME, with no pressure whatsoever. Special mention to Emma, the hygienist, in Perth. Very reassuring and made me so much more relaxed - no easy task! Starting treatment with dentist Chris McCrudden was relatively stress free as he is so unbelievably patient - trust me! At every visit he constantly updated & reassured me regarding the procedure. I admit to still being slightly nervous but every step of the journey with Chris felt so well controlled. I now have whiter, straighter teeth that look totally natural. So, if you're looking for a dental practice that offers excellent service & patient focussed care in a relaxed environment, look no further. I have, finally, found a dentist I can trust. Now I know the "drill" I am so much less hesitant about future visits for regular check ups. It's a big thumbs up from me!
