Fantastic experience: If you need to have a root canal treatment, ask for Mo. I was so anxious about needing this treatment but Mo was fantastic. He immediately put me at my ease and explained everything. He was kind, careful and highly skilled. I didn't experience any discomfort during the process and only minimal after effects. Top tip - ask for a bite block - it's a game changer . Many, many thanks to Mo for making it all so easy, and to Michelle on reception who was so kind and helpful. Exceptional care

Fantastic experience: I had to book an emergency appointment for Thursday as I had discomfort with one of my molars, I prepaid for an appointment in the morning for an appointment for the same day in the afternoon. Tim Moncrief Took an x-ray and pointed out what it could be. After having a filling and some tooth filing, I was finished in fifty minutes. On Friday morning; I felt a slight pain when opening my jaw wide, but the toothache has gone and I have been able to eat as normal.

Emily is the best hygienist I have ever had, so gentle yet incredibly effective - my teeth look so clean! Tim was brilliant with my little girl who unfortunately needed a filling. He explained everything and treated her with kindness and patience. The nurse with him was equally kind. Jade is brilliant on reception, so helpful and attentive. I had to go to Lander as we couldn't find an NHS dentist, but thankfully there are payment plans and ways to spread the cost. The whole service is fabulous

Fantastic experience: I was made to feel welcome by the receptionist, and the same again with the dentist both addressing me by my forename. A slightly uncomfortable experience during and after two extractions, the procedure went well. More pain in my face was caused by the aneasthetic used. When that effect disipated I felt no pain from one extraction site, slight discomfort for a few days from the second extraction site.

Fantastic experience: I'm new to this dental practice and am really pleased with the service so far - Michelle on reception is brilliant, super friendly and really helpful; the availability of appointments is also great, I was seen within 2 days of enquiring! A massive thanks also to dentist, Tim, and dental nurse, Jasmine, for making me feel so comfortable during my appointment.

Positive experience: Very good dental care care, but the practice administration is not all it might be. I turned up for an appointment at the time confirmed by text only to be told that it was 15 minutes later. The practice is also not good at confirming verbal estimates in writing leading to misunderstanding

Negative experience: I’ve never experienced so much unhappiness from a dental surgery in my entire life. Cancelling my appointments sometimes 15min before I get to the door, rebooking on their cancellations offered 3 months waiting but told there will be cancellations (not helpful). This has happened repeatedly with hygiene appointments as they cannot seem to keep a hold of their dentist staff. Icing on the cake was called on the day of an appointment to prepay for the visit because I have had cancellations (ones I paid for I might add) Receptionist staff are passive aggressive and I’m sick of having to fight my corner with them at every appointment. Yana is a great hygienist unfortunately she works here so I have to kiss goodbye when I leave. Dentists are great, the office staff are shockingly rude, and unfair. For someone who sees the hygienist every 3 months at £100 a go I think you can say I take care of my teeth and it’s important to me, the stress they pass on is unfair.

Positive experience: Saw Jen, the new dentist, on Friday and the checkup seemed very quick and scant. She told me there was plaque on my teeth, but that I needed to rebook the hygenist's appointment that had been scheduled to coincide, owing to a problem with the equipment. I was shocked to be told the first available was more than 4 months away, though I would probably get a cancellation before that if I could attend at short notice.

All the staff treat you like a lost friend and the environment doesn't feel clinical. Whilst I don't look forward to the treatments, I do look forward to going to see them all again.

Fantastic experience: Lander has all but cured my fear of dentists! After years of uncomfortable or even painful visits to NHS dentists, I just gave up going. Unfortunately my teeth suffered for it, so I booked an appointment with Lander and my only regret was not doing it sooner! The ladies in reception are always welcoming and friendly, and the dental staff are patient and caring. I was a nervous wreck at first, but with the help of Mark, Yana and the nurses, my teeth and gums have never been healthier! There is still work to be done, as years of neglect can't be fixed overnight. But the treatments I've had so far have really helped with my self-confidence - and best of all, I no longer get anxiety over going to the dentist!

I was very opposed to getting my teeth straightened when I was younger as it scared me and I still had a little bit of that fear when I first went there. However, Mark explained everything to me clearly and answered any queries that I had, which was reassuring. The final result is exceptional and I can say that I am very pleased with it. Furthermore, they were very considerate of my financial situation and their flexibility really helped me out a lot. This exceeded my expectations. Thank you for everything! Although the high-tech machinery could not be used, I felt Tom did a good job with manual de-scaling. The anxiety accelerated when my 5 years old granddaughter made her own comments! I decided it was time for action. On a recommendation I visited Lander Dentistry. Fantastic experience: Today I finished my Invisalign course, to say that I’m over the moon is an understatement. I have always had an issue with my smile , a massive gap in my front teeth, that’s now gone and I can actually smile without feeling self conscious . Mark, Jamie and the team have been first class throughout and I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Finished a full Invisalign treatment today. In my specific case, I had an option of extracting two teeth to better fit my previous extractions. I'm pleased with the options Mark gave and advice on the best route to take. The invisalign experience normalises quickly. You'll finish with an appreciation of how nice a clean mouth. Extractions, I could barely register. I finished with a fixed retainer as my lower teeth went through a lot of rotation and movement. I suggest asking if this would be required early and adding it to the total cost. For reference, I added an old photo with the set on. You could probably go the duration without people close to you even realising. Shocked a couple of people when I casually whipped some plastic out my mouth. :D

I'm not the best dental patient but Mark was so confident with what he was doing and worked quickly so I didnt have time to get too worried when having any work done during the treatment.
