Ive had white spots on my teeth since childhood, I was happy when I found out that Hermitage Clinic do Icon Resin Infiltration treatment. I went in for a free consultation, Dr Kamil Ahmed explained everything well and kindly answered all my questions. I then had the treatment done on the same week as I told him I needed it done asap. I thought the treatment would not work on my teeth but thankfully everything went well, very happy with the result. Glad I came across this dentist, a clean and professional place. Fantastic experience: I had a lot of dental work completed here in August. I wanted to replace two crowns and I also had a cavity. Dr. Ahmed listened to my concerns (and fears) and was very patient with me. He was very gentle and I left my multiple appointments pain free and pleased with his work. Fantastic experience: Have been Kamil’s patient for the last year or so and completed my recommended dental treatment plan ( with on and off appointments during the year). It wasn’t cheap that is for sure, but again I like this quote of “you get what you pay” which is so true in our daily life. So I really don’t understand other reviews comparing this dental clinic with NHS. It’s like comparing apples with oranges. NHS will always tell you what is easier and cheaper for them to do and not actually giving you a longer-term healthcare plan or options to choose from. And I’m speaking about this from my own experience by the way! I do like that Kamil takes professional digital photos (not x-rays, don’t worry) of before and after dental work is done and he shows you that on screen - so you can actually see what was done (or how big the hole was haha) after the treatment. He always gave me his honest feedback about all the treatments and even with few treatments which required some adjustments I was informed in advance. For example, laboratory had to redo my crown as taken measurements were slightly wrong, where I was provided with all the necessary information in advance, by Kamil. His Dental Clinic seems to have all the new equipment and all the modern tools which I would expect, I guess as a patient. One improvement maybe could be done on the background Radio station music (I hate commercial breaks and all those advertisements) so some premium background music without any ads would be preferred. But again, it’s not like you are going to dentist every day - so it’s something survivable for an hour. I have already recommended this clinic (as for an emergency appointments) to my family member and a friend. They both told me of detailed feedback provided by Kamil to them, which was later on confirmed by their own local dentists. So this just verifies Kamil’s professionalism and his honest feedback given to all his patients about their existing dental problems.

Fantastic experience: I am a regular visitor of this practice for many years now and they are my preferred go to clinic for any treatment I need. The clinic has a great atmosphere and it is in a very good location. It is a smaller practice so you would not sit in a busy waiting room with many many people around you like what you would do in other practices in more central areas in the city. Any of my visit from regular check ups, hygiene to bigger treatments, were always carried out with a high standard of quality finish. Dr Kamil has a very friendly and professional approach and in my opinion he is one of the very few great dentists out there who really looks after the patient. Early this year I decided to sort out some of my misaligned teeth due to some gum issues and I was looking for a brace set that alternatively wont affect much of my daily life. Dr Kamil through a consultation helped me to choose the best solution for me. The whole treatment lasted about 7 month where Dr Kamil arranged regular checks to make sure the treatment is going in the right direction. The brace itself was a see through removable set that I could easily remove before meals. I am really pleased with the outcome of the treatment not to mention the extra benefit of having healthier gums. I would highly recommend Dr Kamil for any dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: In the last two weeks I have been to Hermitage Clinic 6 times for multiple treatments and after the first time I didn't really mind going to the dentist (Never thought I would say that). Dr Kamil Ahmed makes sure you are at ease and feel close to no or minimal pain as possible. He is patient and does the procedures at your speed. His prices are also very reasonable. Will certainly be recommending him to friends and family. EDIT: Also forgot to add 6 of the 6 times I went in he saw me within 2 mins of my appointment time and the clinic is extremely clean.

Negative experience: A rip-off. Healthcare is not the priority of this... dental clinic?. Here, in this establishment, money comes first and health comes second. Other NHS dentists consulted for my case considered the treatment plans prescribed as unnecessary or inadequate... not to mention the costs.

Fantastic experience: I went for an emergency because of really hard tooth pain and they had me quickly, staff is really nice, they have been really straightforward with what was the issue and how they were gonna fix it, as well as with the costs. And really professional, answered all my questions and explained everything when I had was not sure of the meaning, so it was really great. Fantastic experience: Fantastic - Having struggled for years to find and build a relationship with a Dentist for years I had the need for some urgent work after experiencing some extreme pain in my back teeth. Looking local to my workplace I met Kamil and his team and honestly they are unbelievable, kind, patient (I am terrible for managing my own diary so I am partial to a late cancellation!), informative, and caring with you especially if you are sensitive to pain. Happy to say I am loyal client and won’t look anywhere else for treatment absolutely fantastic man and team. Thank you Kamil.

Fantastic experience: last week my brother had the most painful and most irritating pain ever due to his tooth that was causing him severe headaches. we was initially going to wait for the NHS but waiting was not really a option. we was recommended hermitage Dental Clinic by a friend who held the clinic in high regard from his past experiences and lo and be-hold we was not disappointed. we were looked after by Kamil from the very off, he even fitted us in when it was nearly closing time as he understood the pain my brother was going through. Treatment was top shelf and the explanation of the problem really well explained.professionalism at its finest. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED !!!!!!!!!!
