Fantastic experience: As a profoundly D/deaf patient going to a Dentist can be a very harrowing experience for obvious reasons - since I have been going to the practice the experience I've had as only been positive. The moment you walk through the front door and go to the reception the first thing they do is to put you at ease we did have a few communication problems but nothing a pen and paper can't sort out haha, the receptionist are very helpful. My Dentist Raquel is absolutely brilliant I must admit I'm not very good at the Dentist past experiences have not been good being deaf doesn't help. Raquel took the time and patience to explain everything and to reassure me even to write things down thats the first time ever I've ever had a Dentist bother to do that for me I couldn't believe it! I have had fillings and a couple of extractions which I was rather nervous about don't ask me why I suppose past experiences played a part. I have to say this before Christmas 2025 I had to have a bridge made and fitted and other work carried out at the same time including an extraction and at the same time I had a total knee replacement, Raquel planned it all out for me she asked me if it was alright if she called my wife I said thats fine go ahead my wife came with me for my next appointment and Raquel explained the treatment plan to her and what she had to do before I went into Hospital. Raquel and her Nurse carried out the remedial work including the extraction because of the operation I was about to have. Raquel, even though she speaks a little fast for me at times bless her, her Nurse are absolutely brilliant! I would not hesitate in recommending this Dental practice to anyone the treatment I have received from Raquel her Nurse and the help I've received from the rest of the team is above and beyond, it really is now a pleasure to go to the Dentist with no fear... they just keep it all light... I never thought I would say that.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Manny for many years. Manny is very personable and takes away all the anxieties of a dental visit. He makes you feel very comfortable and at the same time confident you are receiving the best possible care. Quite recently I needed emergency treatment on a Sunday the day before my holiday. I’ve never had to wait ages for my appointment ( if atall ) very punctual and efficient and caring practice . Fantastic experience: I've had a fantastic experience at the white house dental practice. My dentist, Mumtaz, is professional and friendly and has provided excellent dental treatment. The dental nurses are also great. I needed a root canal and Nikoletta successfully completed this in one session, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout. Nikoletta was also very informative and happy to answer any questions I had. My hygenist, Alison, is excellent, she is very thorough and my teeth were much cleaner after the appointment. The reception team are all friendly, helpful and efficient, providing excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend the dentist Mumtaz high enough. I broke a front crown, the whole process from start to finish from having a root canal and post to the final tooth fitting was completely painless and immediately after fitting felt like it had never been broke. I am so happy to have a dentist i can completely put my trust in.

Fantastic experience: Needed swift attention to a root canal. Initial assessment at reasonable cost, options clearly explained and time given to consider. An appointment for the treatment was arranged within a week. Nikoletta and her assistant were warm, clearly well practised and professional. I felt secure throughout a long procedure. I chose Whitehouse after visiting several private clinics. Pricing structure, no attempt to sell me into other treatments, a friendly direct approach and specialist treatment in house were the key factors in my decision. No hesitation recommending.

The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, on the phone and in person, and I had my first consultation today... I saw Mumtaz - Wow! She was so brilliant, thorough and expert, I have never had such a detailed and caring check-up. and I'm sixty years old, so I've had a few in my life! I chose this surgery based upon the reviews that I saw that rated them extremely highly, and consistently people are so happy with the service there. Fantastic experience: Went as new patient and am so pleased I did .All the people I have come in contact with have been lovely and friendly and put you at your ease. My dentist is so through and has gone to so much trouble to see that my new denture will fit well . She is so lovely and so is the nurse that works with her. Needed to see the hygienist and the had had a cancellation so I could get it done the same day as my dentist appointment. She was so gentle but at the same time very through, I was very pleased. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone .

Fantastic experience: Hello All , thank you for all the good treattment over the years , more than 40 years starting with Andrew Whitehouse who shared and provided inspired dentistry with original problem solving methods, including gold in those days! All our family, Graham, myself including 8 children including 3 sets of twins were all under his watchful eye ! Sadly Graham passed 3.5 years ago and I continue to be very happy with the treatment from Richard at the Whitehouse, but know the team with Manny in an emergency when Richard was out on his merry way!
