Dr Dimitrios was very friendly and carefully explained what I needed to do after my previous treatment and answered any queries I had. Fantastic experience: Welcome on arrival, and easy check in,. Clean, bright and tidy waiting area, although having it removed your Xmas decoration by 21/1 means it will need to stay there all year. Dentist listened to my situation, explained treatment required and completed straight away as tooth extraction required.

I was seen very quickly by a very pleasant and efficient dentist who found the source of my discomfort and dealt with it. I was so grateful to all the kindness shown to me. I can't praise my own dentist, the marvelous Dr Mo Ghiasi, highly enough and you won't find kinder or more reliable receptionists anywhere than the wonderful Andrea and Julie. Five stars all round! Really superb treatment every time from the clinic's outstanding hygienist Anna Fraser: teeth meticulously cleaned to the highest standard, with the utmost care taken to ensure the patient's comfort throughout. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for many years and have always been very satisfied with my treatment. The receptionists are very helpful, welcoming and pleasant and the dentists and their nursing assistants professional and understanding. Today I had an emergency appointment with Ramya Dumpala after my dental bridge broke. She is just the kindest person who explained everything in detail in a pleasant manner and put me completely at ease. I trust she will remain at the practice for the foreseeable future.

I didn't have to wait very long before I saw the dentist who also friendly and explained what was necessary and if I understood before she started doing the filling. I left without any pain or discomfort and was very impressed. Therefore would recommend to go here even if you are a very nervous person.

Positive experience: i am a little disappointed as should have had a filling today saw anna the hygienist as was told needed a filling and was booked in for today but on arriving only had a checkup instead of the filling booked in again which will now cost more money instead of having done which i was told i am a pensioner and every penny counts all i seem to be doing now is checkups and cleaning not seeing same dentist so then it starts all over again

I am so pleased to have such a good practice and the receptionists are friendly and helpful too. Thank you. Today I saw Anna and her nurse Sue, they worked very well together. They used a new hygienist treatment called GBT. It’s really pain free and quiet compared to the old one. Thank you it was great and I feel all sparkly

Positive experience: The hygienist I had was excellent. But I have marked it a 3 as the price of £100 for just 30 mins is horrendous. The prices have soared. My husbands dentist is much cheaper (still private) and if the prices keep going up so much then I will change my practice to his.

Fantastic experience: I chose this dental practice after reading previous goid reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. From the moment I booked in at reception, I was made to feel welcome. My initial examination was the most thorough one I have ever had.. The dentist and his assistant were so friendly and very professional. The results of the examination were explained to me fully, and I was given very good advice on how to prevent future problems. The reception team and the dental team were excellent throughout. I left the practice with a denplan in place which fully meets my needs. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking to go private.

Fantastic experience: Front tooth extraction and with a lot of force the broken root - a very strong lady. The extraction zone healed quickly and a new tooth fitted to the chrome denture. One day delivery - great. The lower chrome denture was later modified and now fits perfectly.

Fantastic experience: Had my first check up with Dr Helen and it was the most thorough new patient one I have ever had. The last new dentist I saw I was barely in the chair 5 minutes. For a long time I have always been told I had plaque build up but I have now been informed it is actually gum disease. Why have previous dentists not identified this. Look forward to ongoing treatment from this dedicated professional. That is if you can ever look forward to going to the dentist that is!

Fantastic experience: Always greeted warmly by your wonderful reception staff ! Nice cheerful waiting room whilst you wait to be called. Going to the dentist is not on my list of fun things to do! as I’m quite a nervous patient (seems the older i get the more nervous I get!) both the Hygienist and the Dentist I had that particular day made me feel welcome & tried to put me at my ease. I’m always happier when I know all is ok for the next 6 months!
