However, the dentist was calm, professional, and attentive, explaining each step. The procedure itself was far more comfortable than I expected—no pain, just brief moments of mild discomfort. Fantastic experience: I was scared to go to the dentist but had to as severe tooth ache. I went to willows dental practice for the first time as I was kicked out of mine for not attending and it was the best thing that could have happened. The staff and willows dental practice are brilliant and very helpful and my dentist martin I think his name is was very good and calmed me down on my first time attending. 100% recommended thankyou.

Fantastic experience: I went for a check up at Belton. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Dr Bhunjun is very calming and friendly. He always tells me what he is going to do and asks me if I’m ok. He was very positive and cleaned them as part of the service. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I'd have given 100 stars if I could. 40 years of PTSD from an experience at a dentist surgery, not relating to a procedure I underwent, was overcome yesterday when I had treatment. Unable to attend any dentist for 40 years due to trauma, I was supported empathetically and with kindness to undergo treatment. Literally life changing. Huge thanks to Dr Bhunjun and Amy.

Fantastic experience: Always friendly, organised and efficient. Would never want to go anywhere else. Andrew has been our Dentist for about 25/30 years. He works wonders with my teeth and always gentle and caring. He is like a miracle worker. Last visit I went in with a big gap and came out in half an hour with it filled like a perfect tooth. I was so happy and amazed and even happier when it cost alot less than I expected My Son age 42 came up from Wolverhampton 3 times recently to get his teeth sorted. Nothing but praise for this Practise.

Positive experience: Over the moon with this dentist and all at the practice, Thank you so much, just a follow up my expensive denture has failed after 10 month's and the surgery have said there is no warranty to give me any support be aware wolves in sheep's clothing yes I was offered an appointment and was also reminded it would cost to have my denture repaired, so you think I should travel 2+ hrs to pay you more money £700 was the cost of my denture, (rubbing salt in the wound )comes to mind . Yes thank you for referring me to a dental repair near me I'm now happy with the repair and also with your action's

Positive experience: Had a broken molar. Had a temporary fix done Monday 10th Feb. with dr Fernandez-Monteiro and made an appointment with her for permanent fix on 24th Feb. Didn’t eat or drink for 4 hours, had soup for lunch and chewed on opposite side for evening meal. The temp fix lasted less than 10 hrs and cost me £50. Went for permanent fix on 12th with dr Muller and this seems fine. Said that the temporary fix had dropped out and both the dentist and hygienist said that that it was because the ‘cap’ had nothing to grip to. I asked for a refund and was told they would look into it (haven’t heard anything). Feel like dr Fernandez-Monteiro should have just smoothed off the rough edges that were cutting into my tongue and left it at that instead of charging me for a costly temp fix that wouldn’t last.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic. For various reasons I'd not been to a dentist for several years so I was very nervous, embarrassed about my teeth, and worried how much work I'd need. Dr Marthin Muller could not have been nicer, more gentle or kinder. He put me completely at ease. Thankfully all that was required was a major scale and polish but I was dreading it, thinking it would be really painful, but it wasn't (numbing injections had been mentioned, but weren't needed). I needed 2 sessions and he was able to fit me in for the second session later the same afternoon, which was great, saving me having to take further time off work. Lovely clean teeth now. I'm so pleased I went and would absolutely recommend the practice and I am very grateful to Dr Muller and also the dental nurse working with him. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Denture broke thursday 28th. Rang for emergency appointment and got in the same afternoon. Saw Andrew who sent it away for repair. Phone call on Friday to say it was back from repairer. Can not fault the service. Absolutely brilliant!!!!

Now, the overall vibe may have changed a little since the practice became part of a group but the Belton staff are as wonderful as always and I remain very confident in Dr Newton's kind and professional care.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist very friendly staff Avril has been brilliant throughout my treatment and really takes time to explain my treatment and options available. I have needed two emergency appointments recently and have been seen on the same day on both occasions so Excellent 5 star service from The Willows thank you so much it is much appreciated

Positive experience: I was expecting to see a hygienist not a locum dentist , although he cleaned and polished my teeth and was finished within 20min.The hygienist used to get under your gums to clean any plaque off and it always used to take her three Quaters of an hour and she would be in and out of your teeth tut tutting. If I'd realised it wasn't a hygienist I would have cancelled. I think £65 was a bit steep for the treatment but the dentist was a pleasant young man.

Positive experience: Arrived at 10am for 10.15 appointment & was in at 10.05. Oral health check carried out efficiently and scrape , descale & polish to finish. Out and back in car for 10.30.

Fantastic experience: We have been patients of the practice for a number of years and the service that we have received has always been exceptional. The reception team are always polite and friendly, they treat every patient with compassion and as an individual. Andrew and the nursing team are absolutely amazing, their professionalism, personalities and dedication to their work is second to none. All treatments are explained in detail with patient care and total satisfaction clearly their main focus.
