Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough about the treatment I have received from both the dentist Richard and the hygienist at London rd. Dental practice. I am a very nervous patient and have been made so at ease throughout my three appointments here. I would definitely recommend to anyone and the advice I have been given for my gum health and further treatment is genuine and they obviously put their patients first. Rare to find definitely a trustworthy bunch of people.

My checkup with Richard was also very thorough and felt my concerns were listened to and dealt with accordingly. You dont feel pressured into anything instead was made to feel at ease. Fantastic experience: First time visting a private dentist and I must say you feel much less pressured to be rushed out the door, I was listened to fully and clearly explained my options to proceed with a plan. Most notably I wasn't pressured into expensive treatments and was given the pros and cons for each option with a clear plan to get a whiter smile without breaking the bank or committing to a life of dentistry. Richard is very honest and clearly genuinely cares about his reputation and the service he provides. I'm not the best at explaining things so his listening skills were incredible. I will be returning and feel more confident moving forward of what I need to do next, worth the extra money as NHS appointments just don't offer the same level of transparency and information in my experience. Fantastic experience: Great customer service from email reminders, front desk to the dentist himself. Richard is a great guy , honest, good at his job and easy to talk to. Only does work that needs to be done or is requested as well. They all look after you very well. Just had a filling and retainer sized up and finally a clean. Will be going back and getting my partner to go here too!

During this time, he has provided the full range of dental care - from regular check-ups for adults and children, to fillings, root canal treatments, crowns, extractions, denture fittings, and orthodontic referrals. Every treatment has been carried out to the highest standard, pain-free, and in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Richard is a highly skilled professional who is gentle, compassionate, and genuinely cares about his patients. As someone who suffers from dental phobia, I'm so grateful to have found a dentist I can fully trust. His understanding and reassuring manner has helped me overcome my fears and feel comfortable during appointments. I only wish I had found him sooner. Without hesitation, I can say that Dr Bains is the best dentist I've ever had, and I would recommend his services to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Had a bad case with one of my lower teeth, needed a new dentist and aid with the tooth ASAP. Found London Road Dental Care who were able to not only able to book my check up just after couple days off calling but book my tooth removal just two days after. Post removal now and everything went smoother than I thought. Very professional and kind environment that made me feel comfortable and asserted all the way through the process. Highly recommend. Also would like to praise and thank Richard who was undergoing the treatment. Did a great job not only with the removal (didn't feel slightest but of pain) but reassuring and making sure i'm always ok.

Fantastic experience: I've seen three different dentists in this practice and all of them have been excellent. They were all kind and knowledgeable. They have also seen my two small children and were very accommodating. I have been able to access appointments at a time to suit me and find the text and phone reminders for appointments helpful.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr. Richard Baines. He communicates very clearly and was good at putting me at ease as a nervous patient. I had two fillings and an extraction over 3 visits. Not pleasant but it really helped to have such a good dentist with a calming and professional aura. The reception and communal areas all very neat and orderly and the general ambience is great especially if you are anxious about debtist visits. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! Dr Baines was really thorough and ensured he checked and rechecked my root canal. He kept me updated all through out the procedure. Prior to the root canal I had a major infection on the same tooth...Dr Baines alongside Kelly very kindly saw me without a scheduled appointment and they didn't even charge any money. Impeccable treatment of their patients! Thankyou so much, your service was greatly appreciated. We will be back for our next routine appointments.

Fantastic experience: Really pleased with my experience so far I have neglected my dental health for a long time and decided about a month ago that it was time to change that and sort out some long standing issues. Richard has been considerate and explained everything well, the practice is lovely and clean, the staff are all polite and the treatments are priced very fairly. I did have an extraction booked for later this week but ended up in so much pain that my husband contacted the practice for me this morning to see if they could squeeze me in any sooner and 3 hours later I was in and had the tooth pulled. The extraction was painless, over very quickly and the aftercare was explained clearly. I am so grateful Thank you for such a positive experience, I look forward to completing my treatment plan with you. I have been so impressed I decided to join the dental plan which is a very fair price and helps to spread the cost of routine treatments. Fantastic experience: Very quick emergency appointment. Very friendly reception , large car park at rear so easy access. Senior dentist Richard gave me a very thorough examination and assessment. The offending tooth needed extraction and Richard did this painlessly with minimum fuss even though it was a wisdom tooth. Follow up care and plan well explained with no obligation or sales pressure. Have rebooked for follow up .

Fantastic experience: I had one tooth removed and 2 fillings. Richard is my dentist and he is an excellent dentist, the best I have ever had. He is professional and really understands the patients needs. He tells you what he is doing throughout and asks how you are as he is doing the work, the procedure was painless. Richard is totally focused on you the whole time and he does a brilliant job too. The environment is clean and a really nice place it doesn’t feel like a dentist in the waiting room, it is a clean calm environment. I will never change dentist again I’ve found the right one for me.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from the extremely pleasant reception staff, dentist, hygienist, dental nurse and technician, at every visit. Tooth extraction completed without fuss or pain, as were the hygienist treatments. After a less than satisfactory experience with another private dentist, I was a little anxious about what to expect. I needn't have worried, the team at London Road are first-class and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic experience: Just had composite bonding done by Kelly, who i highly recommend. We had 3 practise runs to decide what was the best style & shape. Then been several times after the end result to make sure they was completely perfect. Kelly is a perfectionist and won't let you leave until herself and you are completely happy. My confidence had grown, and i absolutely love to smile now Cant thank the staff enough such a warm, friendly environment

Fantastic experience: I have been going to London Road Dental in Preston for about 2 years. It is an excellent practice. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. I now work in London and return to Preston for my appointments. Dental care is important to me and it is worth travelling the distance to be treated here. I take a keen interest in my dental care and Richard has been patient with my many questions. Richard is a true professional. For example, he made sure the moulds for my retainers were re-made to ensure a perfect fit. Kelly is equally excellent. I have sensitive teeth and usually find hygienist treatments painful, but Kelly manages to make them as painless as possible. Thanks for your care.

Very professional approach towards my child who was at a dentist for her first time, she was super comfortable and not stressed even though her gums where very painful, thank the nurses for this.
