Fantastic experience: great service, friendly staff and honest dentist

Fantastic experience: My mother has been a patient at 5 dental and skin since moving to a care home locally 2 years ago. She is a wheelchair user and quite frail and has had need of quite a lot of dental care. She has always been treated with utmost care and attention. All the dentists, hygienists, reception staff at the practice are delightful and professional in their care. Would have no hesitation in recommending this practice they are real gems.

Fantastic experience: My husband saw Debbie to deal with a serious tooth ache on a molar. It needed immediate root canal and this was dealt with as gently and carefully as anyone could wish for. This is coming from someone who is very squeamish at the dentist. He would definitely recommend Debbie as a brilliant dentist.

Negative experience: so horrible couldn't get my mouthguard right

Fantastic experience: Root canal treatment is always scarry but today Emma and her staff were very patient and efficient and all went off well. All the staff are welcoming and call the next day. Wish I had found you sooner..,, no hesitation in recommending even root canal - glad we saved my tooth and not painful at all!

Fantastic experience: I am new to the practice and have found the whole experience of enrolling, very simple due to the staff approach and helpfulness. From the first contact, communication has been amazing. My treatments have been exceptional and my first hygienist appointment today, was excellent. I have never had such a positive experience at a dental practice before. In fact, I had been quite demoralised by the dental system until finding No5, who have restored my faith. Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend the Murad Facial. The treatment was very relaxing and the results are fantastic. My skin was so clear and glowing after the treatment. Mia has a wonderful touch and I can't wait for my next treatment.

Negative experience: Made to feel like a leper as I refused to wear a mask, the British Dental Association specify they are not required anymore. However, I was not allowed in the waiting room as I was not going to be made to wear one and had to wait in my car!!! you no longer need one at the Drs, more vulnerable people there!! it should be my own choice and not someone forcing you to wear one or made to feel like you have some infectious disease!!!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant and attentive care - spent 3.5 happy hours being tended to by Bhavin who explained every step he was taking. Harry was an extremely attentive assistant. All in all what might have been an arduous experience turned out to be the opposite.

Fantastic experience: I have always thought that their dentistry work (I’ve had the experience of years of routine check ups, fillings, hygienist and crowns) has always been of a very high standard. Since Covid-19, I would trust that they are doing everything possible to keep everyone safe from infection. The practice has had to adapt and be more clinical but you are greeted by smiley faces everywhere, and everyone runs efficiently. I would be happy to recommend anyone to the practice

Fantastic experience: No.5 Dental have recently undertaken cosmetic work for me. A set of x10 crowns to fix my smile afflicted by years of bruxism is now complete. From the initial appointments to the final check-up they have been incredible; professional, flexible, approachable, friendly, caring, sensitive - all of the things we look for in a dentist. The method in which they apply anaesthetic is without doubt the most amazing difference I have seen between this practice and others; it's truly revolutionary. No.5 Dental also takes care of our entire family's dental care from check ups to hygiene and orthodontist services - on all occasions they have proven excellent. The only challenge has been getting an appointment with the orthodontist and I'd suggest this service would benefit from expansion. Overall, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Emma and her incredible team.

I had the best ever clean by the hygienist, followed by some excellent and reassuring advice. Dr Keanie gave me a very thorough examination and was extremely friendly and professional. I left feeling very pleased that I have found a practice where I will be well looked after. It was refreshing to observe staff who are obviously happy in their jobs, which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. I have no hesitation in recommending No. 5.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Hannah for a while, and she is always nothing short of totally amazing!! I came in today to have a filling from a long time ago replaced as it was dis-coloured (done by a different practice). The filling is on one of my front teeth and I would trust no-one but Hannah to do it! I am honestly so pleased with the result it looks like there was never a filling there! Can't stop looking at it, and wish I had done it sooner. Her technique and skill is second to none, her and george make a great team, professional, always smiling, friendly and happy to discuss any treatment options! It's good to know the financial implications of different procedures but is the practice a little too quick to turn to the monetary implications? Recently I needed an unexpected procedure and a financial quotation was immediately in front of me to sign.

Fantastic experience: I had my first app at no.5 dental care on Tues to see Hannah. I have to say from the minute I walked into the clinic I was welcomed with lots of smiles and very friendly receptionist. The clinic was clean, tidy and had a lovely atmosphere. I had my app with Hannah on time no waiting around. She did a absolutely amazing job, I had lip fillers and botox...she was brilliant and clearly passionate about her job and I'm very pleased with the results. The added bonus of these lovely ladies helping entertain my 11 month old baby to ensure I enjoyed my experience with as little disturbance as possible. Usually bringing her with me feels like a inconvenience but felt the complete opposite. Thankyou so much and look forward to my next app.

Fantastic experience: Consistently great service, very friendly, passionate staff who've gently impressed upon me the importance of dental hygiene which historically was very poor for me. They have all the latest technologies which helps me greatly as a smoker by getting rid of my stains every 6 months with minimal pain unlike other places I've been. Now I invest in my dentistry, happily, and my oral hygiene has improved noticeably in the period I've been a client with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They've also won many awards!
