Negative experience: This place always leave me with a very down attitude, the customer service experience is not enjoyable, they always running late. No professional at all… Can’t wait to finish my treatment and not come back anymore.

Negative experience: I won’t call this place! The receptionist couldn’t advise me to save her life. 0 Knowledge of advice. Just wanted information how NHS as they do NHS she kept on talking about price. Like Stone Age receptionist. I wouldn’t even bother if the front of house is like this. Don’t bother first thing is money money money. Disgusting way of deal specially nowadays. Won’t even call.

Fantastic experience: After traveling to London from Australia, arriving in the morning I experienced serious and constant wisdom tooth pain starting late in the day after I arrived. Bond dental was able to fit me in urgently and helpfully were able to complete an emergency extraction then and there. Dr. Yan was wonderful throughout the procedure making sure the anesthesia had fully worked, was very communicative, gentle and caring and the procedure was completed without any issues or discomfort. I'm so grateful to the team at Bond dental for being able to take care of this serious issue urgently. If you are nervous about going to the dentist or need an extraction I couldn't recommend Dr Yan enough. A day later I'm almost totally pain free which is amazing!

Negative experience: Very bad experience. They tried to upsell on everything, telling me i needed treatments, which I didn't need. Also, my order was 2 months late as they lost it, and they had to reorder. Very bad service.

Negative experience: This review is from my sister's experience here. It sounded very unprofessional and the doctor and assistant were rough with the equipment. She came home really upset and in pain after a simple check up. She was bleeding from under her tongue after they violently forced a tool in her mouth but it struck under her tongue. If you are reading this, you know who you are. I get you might be tired and frustrated at work but please don't take it out on people. You might be numb to working hours and looking inside people's mouths but be respectful. Worst of all when you took pictures of her teeth as part of the check-up and sent them over, you probably saw she was bleeding and made sure to crop that out before sending it. It was either a coincidence or intentional... I guess we will never know...very questionable behaviour. They didn't apologize - that's what get to me... A simple apology was too difficult for them. Very disappointing smh. It was very difficult to see how upset my sister was.

Fantastic experience: Got my Invisalign done recently at Bond Dental, and felt so looked after by Dr. Connie Yan and the team the whole time. Dr. Yan was not only incredibly skilled but so approachable, and took the time to explain each step of my treatment in detail. The clinic is spotless and equipped with top-of-the-range tech, which also made me feel confident that I was receiving the best care possible. Fantastic experience: Such gentle and caring dentistry from Dr Connie Yan. The most comfortable extraction I have ever experienced. Reuathy, the nurse provided a welcome hand to hold and was a supporting presence! I also had a full upper denture made by Dr Yan. This denture is extremely comfortable and has given me an instant face-lift as well as new teeth!

Negative experience: Honestly my experience was good at the dentist but the dentist said I need a filling in my tooth that would cost me £350 so I went to my family dentist for a second opinion and he said I don’t need one as if I get a filling I will need a root canal treatment with time same thing he said to me 2 years before just money grabbing honestly very unprofessional!!

This was my first time seeing a dentist in London, and I think it will also be the last because my dentist, Connie Yan, is amazing! Normally, I’m quite nervous about going to the dentist, but this time I didn’t feel that anxiety at all. I initially booked a consultation, and Connie did a very thorough and detailed check-up, patiently explaining the condition of my teeth. I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive she was, and her gentle approach really put me at ease. During the second treatment, I barely felt anything, not even the anesthesia injection, and there was no discomfort throughout the whole process. Especially when treating my decay, I couldn’t feel a thing! Connie always asked me gently if I was feeling uncomfortable and made sure I was okay. Very organized! The treatment was done in no time — her technique is both fast and steady. What’s even more incredible is that you can watch TV during the treatment, which really helped to distract me. I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Kev, who was absolutely awesome. I've always had sort of a 'fear' of dentists, with numberous past bad experiences. But Dr. Kev made me feel incredibly comfortable from the start. He was patient, reassuring, and never judgmental (which trust me, is a really unique feature of him), and really put me at ease. My previous fillings with other dentist caused risk to adjacent teeth. Dr. Lev helped in isolating the issue and restoring two teeth with proceline caps. I had a wisdom tooth which came sideways and near to the nerve. He was able to extract them without any issues. Thank you Bond dental for great work and care.

Fantastic experience: My son’s just had his second appointment today with the Dental therapist Vaidehi Sutariya. At first he was really nervous and didn’t know what to expect as it was his first time ever to do some filling and hygiene. Vaidehi had really made my son so comfortable and at ease by explaining what every tool dose and what about to do on his teeth. Vaidehi is so good with children, and I recommend her highly as she has so much patience, extremely friendly and very professional.

Negative experience: Nice professional dentist. BUT needed extraction and the next available appt for that and to discuss further treatment was 2 months away. Rang today to ask what time the appt is and they hadnt got me booked in! I wouldnt have needed extraction had I been seen or refered elsewhere in time . In short the whole admin is disgustingly rubbish. They told a family member to come and colect a mouthguard the next week. He went and they wouldnt let him colect it because they were filming. Disgustingly poor servcie from ladies who cant speak decent English and cant apologise for their lack of professionalism. Dont waste your time or teeth.

Fantastic experience: I've been doing my entire mouth restructure for the last couple of months with Bond Dental and I could not be any happier with the process and the results so far. Dr. Kev and his team are the nicest and most hard working individuals you'll meet, they are so passionate about what they do. I had all my old fillings changed, and a couple of new crowns done. For those they use new technology with a 3D scan - so forget all clumsy old school moulds. And lastly, I had all my 4 wisdom teeth removed! The latter was the one I was so scared of and so anxious about, but honestly, was so smooth and easy, I wish I saved some nerves and didn't worry so much beforehand. The oral surgeon Dr Bilal is the most amazing wisdom teeth guru, not only he's funny and puts you at ease - he took out all 4 of my wisdom teeth in 5 minutes and I did not feel a thing! The anaesthetics was the only painful part through the whole experience and the recovery was super easy as well. Not to mention the beautiful and relaxing environment they have - Dr.Kev even put Friends on Netflix for me to watch whilst doing my fillings, it made the time fly by and make it a fun experience, little did I know that I will ever look forward to the dentist's appointment. They work with all kinds of private insurance providers as well. Ultimately, what I really like about how they work is that they don't do patch work here and there like just replacing your filling for now and off you go, they have a Holistic approach which as a Holistic Health Coach I appreciated - it is all about repairing for good so that you never need to go back for any serious work again, just hygiene appointments every so often. Honestly, if you are looking for good dental specialists, look no further - it is worth your time and money!

Fantastic experience: I had neglected my oral hygiene for many years, to the point where everytime I brushed my teeth there was blood, I went to another dentist practice and they gave me the least information and treated me like a number. Until I came to Bond Dental, Dr. Kev gave me very detailed information on how to take care of my teeth and gums. At first I was afraid that I couldn’t afford the treatment but the team offered me a plan over 12 months to pay it all off. My hygienist, Toyin was incredible and even allowed me to play music during my treatments, all in all an amazing team and now I’m on my last part of the treatment plan, Invisalign, and it is the best investment I have ever made to take care of my precious teeth and gums. It’s worth every penny and I recommend Bon Dental’s services to anyone, a warm supportive and extremely professional team of people.

Fantastic experience: They did the initial consultation at NHS rates and were quick and thorough, non-judgemental ( which helped) and explained everything clearly both in terms of the work and the cost. The work itself seems to have gone well and stabilised years of neglect! It's expensive, but they are straight up about that and it is the same as other private dental work elsewhere. They have finance lined up that worked smoothly. Can't say it was a experience i want to repeat, after all it is the dentist, but they made it as pleasant as possible.

Fantastic experience: After years of neglect because of several bad experiences with dentist I finally found this wonderful dental practice. I found them friendly and Richard highly professional and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I should amend my review which was posted over two years ago for Travers Dental which was wonderful. The dentist has since retired and a new dentist has taken over the practice. I have no idea how good they are so plse do not take this review as a recommendation.

Fantastic experience: There is nothing like going to a dental practice where the ethos is always to put the patient first and give you an excellent experience, you don’t even know you’re at the dentist. That’s what I found. Bond Dental is the place you go when you care about your teeth. Both from a health point of view and when you want confidence. Dr Kev and the team know what matters. Specialist service, care, and detail are given to you and are beyond any other dental practice I have been to… and I have been to many in London and around the world. The clinic has invested in the latest technology available, which means you’re getting the best information and care there is out there. One of the pleasant surprises I have found as a patient with Bond Dental is there is always a way to make your care plan work within your time and lifestyle. Any treatment plan is discussed thoroughly, allowing you space to make very informed decisions, which I highly value when it comes to dental care. I have to also mention the special attention given to children. My two use Dr Kev’s name like he is a family member. That says a lot to me. The fact that children see going to the dentist as something that’s just part of their life and overall healthcare... and not a painful experience. I also value the fact that the team has experts to compliment every part of dentistry and facial aesthetic treatments. One thing I must say is the staff are incredibly friendly. This clinic gives you the best there is out there no matter what the concern. I’ve never met a team that is highly professional, caring and just genuinely nice. Such qualities should not be taken for granted, and that’s why I’ve been a patient with Bond Dental for years. Pop in, even if you are just curious.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting Bond Dental in Marylebone for a few months and had the BEST transformation with my smile. (Invisalign and veneers) I saw that they opened a site in Bloomsbury and wanted to visit because it’s a little closer to home for me. Honestly the staff were so friendly and attentive, just like the Marylebone practice. As someone who is usually scared of the dentist and needles, I’m completely converted. The girls booked me in again in 6 months time and I’m actually excited to go back.
