Fantastic experience: I came to this practice with quite a lot of work required on my teeth, and I am happy beyond words with the expert care and attention I have received. Thank you to Dr Jag Jeer for sorting out teeth problems I had had for years. (Another dentist at another practice had previously told me that there was nothing that could be done about these things.) Thank you to Dr Payvand Menhadji for excellent periodontal work. Thank you to Dr Sophia Lamb for super and gentle cleaning. Thank you to Dr Stefan Ciapryna for absolutely painless root canal work - an experience so relaxing that I almost fell asleep in the chair! I had no pain at all during the work or afterwards. No painkillers required. Lastly, thank you to Zizelda the Practice Manager and to Raquel and Luciana for always being so welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend this practice and now wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Positive experience: I wanted to leave a good review, but recently I started to have some issues with the team. The reason I called today to the practice that I will be late for10 minutes (trains were on delay) and the administrator immediately told me: "och but you know your hygiene will be shorter and you will pay all the price". So no flexibility for the clients and no thank you for the informing practice. Okey I will pay the all price, but its not fair especially when the last time dentist was late and I didn't have any issues to wait. So it left me with not very nice feeling and its not the first time someone from administration is saying some strange and even unpolite opinions. I have been a patient for 1 year and I am not sure if wana come back no flexibility for the patient. I liked Hannah she is nice but customer service not nice at all.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have both been using this practice for years, even though we have moved from Kew. Excellent friendly and safe service at all times including during the pandemic. Our options for treatment are always fully discussed and they never try to talk us into expensive extras. Carlotta our hygienist is superb - calm, informative, encouraging and the cleaning methods they use are effective and painless. Fantastic experience: Incredible service, as a very nervous customer knowing I needed treatment Hannah was incredible, listened , understood and slowly talked me through everything she was doing. My anxiety came down as I knew I was in control. I have more treatment to go but I know I am in safe hands and even today after an extraction very little discomfort, but also great to get a call today just to check in. Highly recommend particularly if nervous.

Fantastic experience: I'm always very happy with the treatment I receive from Hannah and the rest of the team here. They are all friendly, charming, know their stuff and are very good at explaining treatment to the lay-person. Hannah was particularly sensitive when dealing with my 96 year old mother (who had advanced dementia) when she needed some work.

As a child of 1960's Scottish dental practice (which meant drill & fill even healthy teeth with slow drills!) I can truly state that Gardens Dental Practice offer a significantly more pleasant and effective route to good dental health. Jag puts you at ease from your first visit. I am slightly nervous having injections for fillings but I can say that I needn’t have worried. Fantastic experience: Our family of five lived in Kew for years, and we were having our dental check ups and treatments at Gardens Dental Centre. We have lived abroad now for 4 years, but I still have my check ups here. I think that tells everything about the great quality. Worth travelling 1500 miles!

Fantastic experience: I've been receiving excellent dental treatment at this centre for several years. My dentist is Hannah and she is invariably sensitive, professional, caring and helpful.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. I booked in to have a gum graft at the beginning of Feb for July when it was the school holidays as I work in a school and can’t take time off in term. I was meant to have it done on Tuesday. On Monday morning at 8am, my first day of holiday I get numerous calls saying can I come in that morning. I agree after moving things around. I then get a call back saying it was a mistake they meant moving from Tues pm to Tues Am due to heat, again I move things around and agree. I then get a call saying Dr Mitul Shah can’t get in as all the trains on Tuesday are cancelled - ok we’ve known there was a heat wave coming for weeks, ok you can’t get an Uber and supposedly you don’t have access to a car, but ok. I said then due to my holiday I’d have to probably cancel as I’m away and he only works every other Tuesday but they said no he could do Wednesday afternoon. So again I move things around and said ok. I then get an email followed by a call saying they’re so sorry but he has covid. Well either you were lying to me or Dr Mitul Shah has no issues with spreading covid as today there are numerous photos on Instagram of him giving a course yesterday(Wednesday), unmasked and standing shoulder to shoulder with people. It’s one thing to mess people around and deprive them the opportunity to go else where but you outright lied. Not professional. Not customer focused. Disgusting infact. The fact my deposit still hasn’t been returned is just the cherry on the cake. Please send it back by immediate transfer today. EDIT; I did receive a written response from Dr Mitul Shah which shows he is either the sort of person that when caught out in a lie, lies more to try to cover it, even in a professional situation or alternatively either doesn’t understand or follow covid guidelines. His explanation is that he first tested positive on Tuesday morning and then tested negative Tues night and 24 hours later on Wed night also tested negative and states this meant he met the criteria to stop self isolating??? No it doesn’t. The two negative tests does not come into play until 5 days after symptoms or 5 days after your first positive test. He says he had no symptoms so the 2 negative tests wouldn’t apply until 5 days after Tuesday, not the same day!!! He also states that masks aren’t mandatary and haven’t been for awhile. So because it’s not a legal requirement, a medical “professional” doesn’t follow the very clear guidance which says; If you MUST leave your house within 5 days of your first positive, (which in his own words he did) then you must wear a tight fitting mask and you mustn’t go to an indoor crowded place (he broke both of those 1 day after first testing positive so would be putting people at risk). Why anyone would make out this follows nhs guidelines for asymptomatic routine testing when the guidelines are published and very clear to understand, is a mystery. Also if there is no Uber in your area, get a normal minicab! I appreciate that the practise staff have actually been very professional and it’s a shame that you also have been let down by Dr Shah. I acknowledge your offer for your practise manager to email me, which perhaps would have been better initially than Dr Shahs response, but as explained having someone continue to blatantly lie is insulting and just a waste of my time.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental surgery for much of my adult life. My teeth have just been given the most gentle clean they have ever experienced by the hygienist Olga who is very professional in every way. Whilst here I will say my dentist, Jag, has always been totally professional, thorough & gentle too. I have never felt pressured into having unnecessary treatment, but have always been given sound advice & been able to make my own choices.

Fantastic experience: I have had to have a significant amount of dental work over the last 5 years due to a long period of not visiting a dentist! During those 5 years Dr. Jag Jeer has completely restored my teeth, straightened them (Invisalign) and whitened them. During all that time, I have never once feared a visit to the dentist! Jag is calm, professional, proficient and thoughtful in what he does and the practice has all the latest technology for which I am very grateful. I can honestly say that despite - fillings, root canal work, crowns, teeth straightening etc... I have never once experienced any pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend Jag and his team.

Negative experience: I was disappointed with the staff and especially Dr. Jeer. I used to enjoy going to their practice after I moved to the Kew area but ever since I had a treatment done there I noticed that they only care about making money rather than being an ethical practice with values and morals. Trust me, don't waste your money here - find a dentist who actually cares about your oral health and not someone who just sees you as £££. I wished I was warned myself or had someone that would recommend me not to go there.

Fantastic experience: I recently signed up to this dental practice and I have to say that the service has been impeccable. I am always a bit nervous about the potential pain discomfort when seeing the hygienist and Carlotta was great. She showed great care and explained the new treatments in detail. It was the most painless and stress free clean I have had at the dentist. I recently saw Dr Jag for a checkup and then a filling which were both great experiences. Dr Jag was very proffesional and the nurse prpvided great service too - again a great experience and pain free. The receptionist has been really helpful each time I have visited too. The team here are professional but friendly and more importantly deliver exemplary pain free great dental treatment. Fantastic experience: I just wanted thank the fantastic team at the Garden Dental Centre for the their amazing professional and kind care given to me throughout my visits. The receptionists Laura was extremely helpful and kind.Evdokia showed fantastic knowledge to advise me on my gum issues. And the hygienist Carlotta spent a great deal of time advising me on oral hygiene using the latest cleaning machinery to perform a marked improvement in the feel of my teeth and gums.

Fantastic experience: During a recent check-up with Dr Jeer, he discovered from an x ray that I had infection in one of my front teeth. He suggested I would need root canal treatment and made me an appointment with Dr Stefan Ciapryna. I attended today and was a little anxious having a new dentist carrying out the treatment. I really didn't need to worry. From the moment I walked in, Dr Stefan put me at ease. We chatted about the issue, he talked me through all the x rays and what the treatment would entail. He was calm, positive and has a very gentle bedside manner. He carried out the treatment so professionally, with no pain or discomfort at all. I even had a pillow for my head to make me comfortable during the long treatment! Once the treatment had been completed, he talked me through the new x rays showing the treatment that he carried out. I can't recommend Dr Stefan enough. He really is a specialist endodontist. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned today by Carlotta. A genuinely relaxing experience- the new polishing machine (like a mini power washer with ultra fine abrasive) was like a massage for my teeth and gums- it was so relaxing that I started drifting off to sleep. I was actually disappointed when she said I didn’t need to come back for six months. When I got back to my office two people asked if I’d had my teeth whitened. Absolutely no need to worry about discomfort- highly recommended as an enjoyable experience! Regarding other dental treatments, I’ve had lots done there, including fillings, onlays, a crown and a root canal, and have never suffered any pain whatsoever- and even watched some films whilst they’re doing the work. Dental phobics should book an appointment now- you won’t regret it…

Fantastic experience: This is a lovely practice in the heart of Kew. The whole team are always very welcoming and friendly. Laura (receptionist) is always polite, efficient and accommodating. Hannah is a brilliant dentist who looks after our whole family. She puts us all at ease (including my 2 year old daughter and my needle phobic wife) and her work is excellent. I was disappointed to see the hygienist leave. Carlotta seems very good from what I have experienced so far, but it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment with her.

Fantastic experience: Really happy with my treatment today thanks to the professional care and attention from Dr. Hannah Massey. She has the most gentle approach I’ve ever experienced to the point that not only did I not feel either of the two injections but I was close to falling asleep from pure relaxation and calmness, not something often possible on a normal Monday morning. 5 star service and extremely happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: I’m always little bit nervous when going to see the dentist. But this is the best dentist practice I have ever been to. I had wisdom tooth extraction done and few fillings. I must say the whole experience was really good. Staff are super polite and professional and make you feel really comfortable. I was looked after by Dr. Zaki and Dr. Hannah. However I have been a patient at Gardens Dental Centre for many years now and throughout their past to present day dentists, hygienists and receptionists, I can honestly say that they have never failed to assuage my fears and take my apprehensions away. Hannah has the magic touch, the last procedure I had with her, I didn't even realise I had been injected so painless was the process and excellent workmanship. I appreciate how much care Carlotta takes checking my hygiene efforts and giving me tips to improve my personal homecare. And Laura, always there with a beaming smile and engage in my inane small talk making me feel welcome. The premises is always bright and clean, I can imagine how much work goes into it to keep it that way. I no longer go to the dentist with tensed up shoulders, would almost say that it has become a pleasure, almost. Thank you for all that you do, I would recommend you all without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the overall experience. Friendly staff that answers any questions/concerns you might have. I was given all the information I wanted prior to my visit. My hygienist Carlotta was great! She was explaining everything step by step and I was very confutable during the whole procedure and very happy with the results. I was also given suggestions on how to best brush and floss my teeth. Some of us think we know how to brush and floss but I realised I was doing it the wrong way for so many years. I have been to other clinics in London by this one is the best one so far and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for many years at Gardens Dental centre and have always received excellent care. At the height of the current pandemic I lost a filling which left a large cavity needing attention. Laura immediately found an urgent slot for me and Hannah has subsequently made and fitted a crown over the last couple of weeks. The COVID procedures at the practice are immaculate, I felt completely safe and the dental outcome as always was excellent. I could not recommend the practice more highly.

Fantastic experience: Superb service in all respects. I needed an emergency appointment and was seen on the day by Dr. Jag Jeer who did the treatment in the most efficient and pain-free way. I then received fantastic hygienist care from Carlotta Trapanese - again I couldn't feel a thing despite having sensitive gums. Both took the time to explain very clearly everything they needed to do and were extremely friendly and gentle. At all times I felt like I was in very safe and capable hands. The treatment is gentle yet effective and the environment is inviting and comfortable. The team always greet you with a smile. Fantastic experience: I came to this practice on the recommendation of a local friend and was not disappointed. I have now had two major jobs successfully completed. The treatment rooms are spacious, modern and decorated in a way that fosters calm, complete with TV above the chair to keep clients entertained. Dr Hannah Massey is highly personable, caring and an extremely competent dentist. I felt well taken care of throughout the procedures and she explained what she was doing to me, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend her!!

Fantastic experience: I became a patient here about 4 years ago and I am very happy with my choice. The team: Dentist - Hanna and Hygienist - Natasha are caring, professional and very approachable. Everything is explained in detail and they focus on building a good doctor-patient relationship, which in end benefits both parties and helps with prevention and catching problems early.
