Fantastic experience: I normally go to the Matlock practice but needed an emergency appointment and went to Chesterfield. I knew the practice standard would be high because it's the same group but even so I was very impressed. The staff were all lovely, professional and friendly, with a special shout out to Faith and her colleague on reception. Yousef was my dentist and he had the tricky job of trying to repair a snapped off front bridge. He did a fantastic and thorough job but more than that he was so kind and made me feel that he understood how stressful this was for me. I know I've put a lot of detail but choosing a dentist is a huge thing and I've never regretted choosing springmount dental for my care, especially now I know that the amazing standards apply at both practices.

Fantastic experience: Recently had crowns and veneers which look and feel fabulous . Extensive discussions prior to and during all treatments to clarify what I wanted ,shape ,colour etc and how I was doing throughout each of my appointments. Really pleasant ,helpful, professional staff ( I’ve attended both Matlock and Chesterfield )and the stunning decor is so relaxing and welcoming. The technology is amazing making everything less stressful for the patient. The outcome has made me feel much more confident to smile and I’m very happy to give the highest recommendation

Fantastic experience: Malcolm and the team at Springmount Dental really made me feel welcome since popping in to enquire about options to improve the look of my smile prior to my wedding. Fast-forward a few months and I’m thrilled with the results of my composite bonding procedure. The care and expert advice they provided throughout the process has been amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Fantastic experience: I am very anxious when going to the dentist as I know my teeth are loose and I need to either have implants or dentures So I booked a appointment with chesterfield branch I was made to feel very welcome and the staff were so kind and supportive paying a interest in me as a person The environment was cosy comfortable and relaxing Prompt time to see the consultant Explained everything in detail asking me if I felt ok and each stage of the examination I would have really liked to have had the implants But after serious consideration talking to family Declined for now but the staff continue to be supportive I even got a gift bag for going and would strongly recommend it to anyone Who needs a dentist and advice

Fantastic experience: As always, my recent experience at this practice was excellent. On telephoning with a problem, I was given an appointment within 48 hours. The arrangements for this were clearly described and the appointment confirmed by email. A telephone health check was made the day before the appointment and arrival arrangements confirmed. The process on arrival was efficient, with good safety checks to prevent Covid transmission. My appointment with the dentist was thorough and felt safe for both myself and the practitioners. Fantastic experience: Just a word of thanks for the safe environment the practice has created to deal with the possible transfer of the coronavirus. During my recent visit I felt every effort had been made to eliminate the risk of infection. I received a reassuring welcome from the receptionist and my treatment by the dentist and hygienist was to the usual very high standard. I will have no hesitation in returning to the practice at a future date.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for over 22 yrs having regular visits each year for check-ups and follow up visits for various treatments. All the treatments were clearly explained before and during the treatment. The team are very professional but have also achieved the extra skill of being able to relax the patient with their sympathetic approach. Over the passed 18 months whilst developing and putting into place a Covid secure process this extra skill has been maintained, making my visits very pleasant and some times light hearted. I found Christopher Holden and Associates via a search of the area and chose the practice on the excellent reviews posted. I have now attended twice the latest today for 3 replacement fillings and a scale and polish, not something I was relishing especially in this Covid climate. I need not have worried, the experience was excellent and the precautions taken throughout the entire visit (and my previous one) could not have been better. All staff are efficient and polite and processes throughout are slick and patient focused. On my experience to date I would recommend this dental surgery to others looking for a safe and professional experience.

Fantastic experience: Covid-19 safety measures The additional measures put in place by the practice are made clear when initially booking an appointment and delivered seamlessly on arrival. These include a select few questions around your current health and a temperature check. Social distancing is maintained throughout and you feel safe in the practice in all areas. Additional steps to prevent the spread of Covid-19 are visible around the practice e.g. the provision of additional cleaning products and procedures in shared spaces. Staff I cannot praise the staff enough in their handling of extremely nervous patients. All the staff we met were supportive, understanding and not at all judgemental of anxious patients. I have to commend all the staff who we met during our visits; Anita, Nicola, Daisy and Christopher.
