Fantastic experience: My 5 stars goes for Tamsin the dental nurse who was a massive support when I was having injections for some work to be done. She offered me her hand and she reassured me throughout! To that I am very grateful ☺️ Lisha the dentist is also very patient and kind and I feel like I am much happier to come to the dentist since I became her patient. Thankyou both!
Fantastic experience: There has been a massive increase in quality from the reception/front desk as we used to absolutely hate having to call as were always spoken down to and generally had a very rude experience, to the point we were looking for other dentists. The change is very welcomed and we don't feel threatened to call our dentist any more. The dentists are great with the kids and for me personally they were extremely understanding and didn't make me feel like an idiot.

Fantastic experience: My daughter attended, and Dr Shannon was truly amazing! We were extremely apprehensive about attending after our years of dentists we wasn't happy with, but Dr Shannon's kind, warming and bubbly presence lifted the whole energy of the dental practice and put my daughter truly at ease. Shannon was kind, caring and extremely gentle with her, she didn't feel a thing, the best dentist and experience she's ever had! 10/10 would recommend! Fantastic experience: I was greeted by Ross (receptionist), and he was pleasant in taking my details to notify the dentist I had arrived. I then was called into my appointment promptly, I was waiting a matter of 5 minutes before I was called. The dentist herself and the assistant were very helpful in assessment and check up. They asked several questions about my teeth health and the current issues. The desntist that I saw was Shannon, although I didn’t catch the assistants name. Shannon was great in finding a solution to the current issue, helping my sensitivity and providing a check up plan in 6 months. When I went down to pay at reception I was assisted by Sharon at reception. She helped me with hygienist recommendations and helped me plan my calendar for future appointments. Overall, a successful appointment is say.

Fantastic experience: Cannot stress how comfortable Shannon and Emma have made me feel. My teeth are in an atrocious condition but today after my appointment I know I'm going to have my smile back. Tried on my final model for my plate and it's perfect even down to the colour. Every step has been explained to me and advice offered. Fantastic experience: Dr shannon Fabulous with the children and myself. We later returned with my son as he had retained his baby teeth even though his adult teeth were in. She was abosulty fantastic ensure George new everything that was going on sooo much so there was no tears and certainly no fear at all in fact he was happy he got 2 stickers. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with the hygienist today. I have to say that I had been anxious about this visit but Jay and Laura were amazing. Both friendly and professional! They made me feel comfortable from the start, were excellent at what they do, provided all the information I needed and were of great help with any questions I had. Fantastic experience: Myself and my 2 boys aged 12 and 10 visited Dorset House today. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel relaxed. The receptionist was extremely helpful and informative and then the dental nurse came to greet us and take us to the dentists room. In the dentists room both the dental nurse Dee and the dentist Dr Shannor placed us all at ease. They were courteous, empathetic to nerves, informative of the procedures and reassuring in their nature towards my sons and I. It's this wonderful kindness that helps children and adults overcome fear of dentists. Thankyou so much for a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I visited the Hygienist for my 6 monthly visit. I was seen by Jay and Heather both put me right at ease and made me relax as not great at the dentist. Service was great starting with Ross in reception and then in with Jay and Heather all I can say is excellent. I must add on to this that the other person who works on reception could take a lesson in customer service from Ross as she is rude and been unhelpful each time I have had to deal with her.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for some years and have always received excellent treatment both from the dentist and the hygienist. On this occasion it was the hygienist who was Jay, assisted by his nurse Gen. Ross was the receptionist.

Fantastic experience: First impressions are very good. Clean and tidy practice, with professional staff. Had an initial check up followed by a filling which all went well. Dr Shannon and her assistant Dee were both very polite, professional and made me feel at ease throughout. I would definitely recommend compared to some others I have experienced.

Fantastic experience: I have spent many years fearful of going to a dentist following many events that have been what I can only describe as being horrific experiences with poor quality treatnent. All this has changed since I have registered with Dorset House. The receptionists are polite and helpful and the dentist that I was registered with Shannon and the dental nurse Jerryweee magnificent. They were masters of their respective roles and my treatment was carried out to a very high level of expertise. They are both a magnificent team and I cannot thank them enough.Needless to say that my fears have been removed. Thank you both you were truly amazing and I look forward to my next visit in 6 months

Fantastic experience: This dentist was exceptional. I've always hated going to the dentist and the previous dentist I was with wasn't the best of experiences. For my first appointment here I was dreading it. The lady at the reception desk was absolutely lovely and she had all the patience in the world. Once I met my dentist and sat down in the chair I already knew they were going to be a good experience. They were friendly and polite and non judgemental whilst providing great advice and humour. It was a great experience and I no longer have an issue with going to a dentist if this is the dental care I'm going to get.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit, and was very nervous, I don't have the best teeth and was very worried about how I would be judged. As I walked in, I was given a very warm welcome be Ross at reception, he took my details and he explained everything to me, I then had the pleasure of meeting Lisa ( nurse ) and Shannon ( dentist ) who straight away put me as ease with their kindness, warmth and advice on my next steps. Fantastic experience: Outstanding experience today with Shannon and the dental nurse (sorry, I didn't get your name). You have filled and rebuilt my tooth incredibly well, I barely noticed the local anaesthetic injection ahead of it and the lack of after effects was very welcome. Positive experience: I have been a patient at Dorset House for many years and I try to have regular appts with the hygienist. I met Jay this week and I wanted to leave him a positive review. I always feel anxious when I visit the dental surgery, but Jay was so friendly and had a very pleasant and gentle manner, which made the whole experience a very positive one. My teeth felt so much better afterwards and it was a great start to the day. Also, I realised later in the day, that it was probably the first time that I'd visited the hygienist, and my gums weren't bleeding afterwards and there wasn't any feeling of discomfort. Thank you Jay.

Fantastic experience: I've just had an appointment with the new hygienist, Jay and the nurse Heather.... Wow! I've been seeing hygienists for about 15 years and I've never had such a good appointment! Really caring about my needs, adjusting his technique to suit, thoroughly explaining everything and also educating me too! What a top team, already booked my next appointment with Jay, great bloke! Reception staff especially Ross always polite and helpful. And not to forget my dentist Mr Phul who I couldn't recommend highly enough either! Very much recommend Dorset House!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at this dental practice for over 30 years, and I cant recommend them highly enough. My dentist Dupinder Lall is absolutely brilliant-extremely skilled, caring, and always takes time to explain everything in detail. I also see the Hygienist Jay Bhardwa and he's also superb. The receptionist staff as also great, particularly Ross who is always friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant one the moment you walk through the door. If you can live with a short walk due to limited parking, but want a team that truly care about your dental health, then this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Been at this dentist since I was a child the new make over is absolutely brilliant! I haven’t been since covid as my check up was cancelled due to the pandemic. The dentist (mr Patel I believe) I saw was very professional and easy going and made me feel at ease. Needed two fillings one pretty deep, I had quite a lot of pain a week afterward and they saw me quickly to have an examination and get me back in for a root canal which was very quick too. Fantastic dentist!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Dorset House Dental as a new NHS patient. The customer care and service was outstanding from start to finish. A lovely clean reception with efficient staff, having dealt with both Sharon and Laura, faultless. I am terrified of the dentist and within seconds of seeing Mrs Redmond I was reassured and calmed and everything was explained in detail. She really could not have been kinder if she had tried.
