Positive experience: Brilliant for my girls. My 2 year old watches her older sister in the chair and then is eager herself to do it. They are always very understanding with nervous children. From the outside it can look a bit rundown but once you get up the stairs and into the actual dentists it is nice and clean. Easy to book in and always get an email reminder before the date.

Fantastic experience: Have recently finished my smile white treatment with Maria and the team. From start to finish they have been thorough and happy to answer any questions I had. From booking appointments to being seen on time their a fabulous team! Only downside would be the timings between appointments, was always quite a wait.

Negative experience: Decent staff. I tried asking for some advice on how painful it'll be to get a tooth pulled and I wasn't given a clear answer. Not just that, I have a broken tooth I've been living with for the entire year so far and now Twental Dental is messing around with my appointment slots because they cannot give clear communication when I phone up

Post Implant, I was so frightened as I have a bit of a phobia, I needn't have been, with Maria, Julia and Emma such a supportive caring experience, and a pain free procedure. Treatment now finished, tooth in place , relieved I can chew again, Maria and staff are really lovely, I would recommend

Positive experience: My appointment was early evening when it was dark. Dangerously dark stairwell up to the entrance. Lights not working. Apparently landlord made aware of this but still not fixed

Fantastic experience: A prompt and professional appointment. The dental hygienist as ever questioning my dental care and explaining how diabetes can affect the gums. Personal and friendly service from Dentist and her dental nurse. I was further impressed when the receptionist telephoned me post appointment to advise I had left my cap behind.

Fantastic experience: Have been part of this practice for many years but when change happens especially with a dentist, your heart stops and you think, "oh no" I had no need to fear. Maria is amazing, she has a beautiful smile (always encouraging when it's your dentist) but she puts you at ease straight away. She's friendly, listens to your concerns and extremely knowledgeable. Kim the hygienist is also great. At ease immediately and always offers to help with any concerns. As for Sarah and Andrea couldn't ask for better girl's . Keep you updated and informed and always ready to help. Wouldn't want to find anywhere else and I now live 60 miles away and still come every 6 months

Fantastic experience: I had a very nice experience, the two Doctors where very friendly. They took me throughout the whole process including the 3D scan of my teeth. The best part was the advice part which I found very fulfilling since my Gap was a bit higher than the average. They advice me that the aligners may not be suitable for me but rather see an orthodontist for a fine results. Either way It was lovely experience and I recommend the twenty dental care in Portsmouth

Fantastic experience: Not my normal dentist, but I went for my aligned fitting through another company. The dentist did a great job on my teeth and was very diligent. On top of that the place seemed very clean/well run and the staff were really friendly. They seemed to know the regulars by name. I couldn’t ask for more and if I lived closer I’d be asking to register with them permanently.

Be it routine inspection and diagnosis or more detailed dental procedures the skill and professionalism of the whole team always shines through.
