Negative experience: I’m still awaiting my response and support, despite paying twice for a dental clean both top and bottom, that was two separate payments according to them. Awaiting at the time 6 teeth out and holding a disability, never responded for an update. I pay my NHS stamp and additional charges they requested. I now have more broken teeth. My money was good at the time. Does it pay to be a key worker and front line at the time? Whilst avoid a response if I was still on their books which I was ignored. I’m awaiting a response.

Fantastic experience: I had a new crown fitted, everyone at the practice was so friendly, got me in within a couple of weeks, had the necessary ground work done, and within 2 weeks , had the new one put in , really happy with it

Fantastic experience: My own dentist retired recently leaving me in a situation of having no dentist. After leaving several messages on websites and answer machines I unexpectedly received a call from Greenfields dental practice offering my wife and I the opportunity to join the practice. On arrival of my first appointment I was immediately impressed by the professional and cheerful attitude of the receptionist who put both of us at ease. I was then greeted by Ethan Lucus and his dental nurse Jo. Both were bright and cheerful as well as being extremely professional. Ethan conducted a very comprehensive examination of my teeth and then set out a dental plan that would help me get my dental health back to an A1 condition. They thoroughly explained what was required and assured me of what the costs that one would expect to pay. I felt totally reassured by their gentle and professional approach. At no point was I subjected to any unnecessary hard sell of expensive treatments. They kept it simple and too the point. I can't express my gratitude enough, for the excellent experience I received at my first appointment at Greenfields dental practice. Thank you and well done to all of you involved.

Fantastic experience: I am writing this on behalf of my sister who has recently visited the surgery for the first time. I was communicating with the receptionist Jo, as my sister is profoundly deaf. Jo went above and beyond to accommodate my sisters requests due to her being hard of hearing. Communication via the surgery and my self was outstanding. My sisters first visit was a very pleasant one, all requests for the appointment were adhered to, making my sister at ease and comfortable throughout the appointment. Thank you to you all!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient if this clinic for many years and the service has always been superb throughout. Diane is so efficient and always willing to help on Reception. My recent treatment for an extraction was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and I was fitted in at short notice, anti biotics given before the eventual extraction which was handled with care and great support from Mrs Joseph. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Baffled by the 5 star reviews. I registered here in February and had an appointment booked for April, the week before this appointment I received an email telling me it was cancelled and a new date for July was given but no reason. I have had another email today to tell me the July one is cancelled and I'm now booked for September.

Fantastic experience: Really pleased I registered here. Greenfields have been just excellent from the outset. No problems registering myself and children here as NHS patients. When I suffered a tooth abscess I got an emergency appointment within the hour. Staff very friendly and want to help. I’m now also using them for private treatment. Having a dental implant and they use one of the top implant specialists in the country who visits the practice. All options were discussed and considered first. Reasonably priced for private treatment. Feeling confident with the treatment going forward. Best dentist I’ve ever registered with!

Fantastic experience: Having not been to see a dentist for a long time, I have to say I was nervous about going for an appointment! My first visit to Greenfields was for a check up and I appointed for two days later for a clean and some work that needed doing. Mrs Joseph was so good with me, she knew I was nervous and she was absolutely brilliant with me. She made me feel so much better about the procedure before, during and after. Constantly checking that I was OK throughout and made me feel at ease all the way through. Can't recommend Mrs Joseph enough, such a genuinely lovely professional, and I know moving forwards that I am in the best possible hands. Thank you so much, I truly appreciate your kindness! Fantastic experience: I’ve returned to this dentist after moving to dentists more local to me. It was a lovely experience. Calm, kind and reassuring. I’ve had a couple of teeth filled and another will be treated at the next appointment. My recent experiences have been the dentist ignoring the obvious and letting me have further examination appointments without addressing these problems. It’s a relief to be back with the professionals.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been using this dentist for many years now, & despite a change in management, we’ve found it is of a consistently high standard. Plus, if we’ve had to cancel (rarely) they’ve always been accommodating & understanding. I lost a long standing fear of dentists, after bad dental work growing up, simply because of here. They all bring a calmness to proceedings that is most welcome.

Negative experience: Il give 2 stars as the last appointment was with a lovely lady but the appointment I had today was the reason I'm scared of dentists! She was so rude and laughed in my face and made me feel so uncomfortable. She offered me a refund but I walked out of that dentist and cried she made me feel terrible

Negative experience: Rude staff, been to the hospital in which they told me I needed to see a dentist asap, came in to the dentist where I got refused an appointment because she wasn't a dentist and couldn't tell me how urgent I needed to be seen although I had been sick in pain with no sleep and not eating.

Negative experience: Phoned to book appointment and was told I had been struck off the list and my two children as I missed an appointment when my child was in hospital. even thou my children have not missed there's I have been told that they are not welcome there either I would not recommend this to family's!!

Positive experience: There must have been more to it than reported previously .. my wife and I missed an appointment because we forgot .. but as soon as we realised, we phoned to apologise, and a new appointment was made with out any problems.

Negative experience: I was refused an appointment due to I didn't attend my last appointment. I explained to the Dentist I didn't attend because my Wife went into Labour with our first Child and I was very preoccupied with this, I was told that this was not a good enough reason and was instructed not to return to the Surgery and find a new one. I said I was unhappy with this and was replied to as "Okay". I believe a little empathy or common sense should have been used in their decision, I am now having to find a New Dentist for my Family which is causing issues with work and having a young Baby. I do not recommend this Surgery to any Family, you are a number and not a Person.
