Fantastic experience: If you’re thinking about having private dental work done, I honestly can’t recommend Dr Rajen enough. He’s professional, friendly, and really takes his time to make sure you’re comfortable. He explains everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed. The standard of his work is excellent – very thorough and gentle, with real attention to detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting the best result and making sure you’re happy with it.

Fantastic experience: I’m very pleased I signed up with Chase Dental Surgery. I’m a nervous patient, but Dr Rajen Lodhia is always kind and gentle, thorough and skilled, and patient with my many questions. The hygienist is also thorough, and I recently tried the Airflow treatment, which removes stains and plaque more thoroughly in tight areas, and with less stress. Prices are very reasonable, and I’d recommend the surgery to anyone.

Recently she had a denture made by Dr. Shria and she is one of the best dentists she has come across. Fantastic experience: I recently went for a routine check up and a hygienist clean with Dr Shria , I was extremely impressed with the care and attention that her and her assistant provided . I felt welcome and comfortable every time I went to see her. I highly recommend Dr Shria.

They take time to explain examination results, the various options for treatment, if required, and are more than happy to answer questions and provide advice on looking after your teeth. Fantastic experience: I had been recommended to see Dr Shria from a family member and had a check-up appointment with her for my teeth, then I also booked in a teeth clean with her. Dr Shria took the time to explain every part of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout especially as I had previously had a bad experience elsewhere. The cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and my teeth have never felt better! I'm so grateful for the care I received, and I will definitely be returning for my future dentist appointments here. Fantastic experience: I always have anxiety when I sit in a dentists' chair, it's something I usually do not like and get very nervous to say the least... But now that I've been going to Chase Dental Care for some time, I’ve become more used to the experience and cannot praise my dentist, Dr Negar Mirzai, enough. Positive experience: Dr Raj is honestly an amazing dentist! I strongly recommend him to anyone who is happy to pay for private dental care. I have unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with Dr Shria. She was unable to answer a couple questions I had regarding a failed root canal. I found it very frustrating that a dentist was unable to provide me with basic information. She later refused to provide me with an NHS appointment which is my legal right. Thankfully, Dr Raj happily saw me within a short time frame although he was very busy. 5 starts for Dr Raj, 1 for Dr Shria.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Chase Dental Care and have always received excellent care and advice. Over the years I have seen a number of different dentists and as I am a nervous patient, I have found this unsettling. But I can honestly say that all the dentists I have seen at the practice have been exceptional, not only with their expertise, but with their patient care and understanding. I have recently been having treatment with Shahzia Siddiqui who is outstanding in her care, treatment and advice. Also I have to compliment Shahzia's dental nurse, Tufic (not sure how you spell his name) who has also provided exceptional care. I don't think dental nurses are complimented enough as their role is vital to help with the care and comfort of the patient during treatment. I can highly recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: I had a rather nasty sporting incident involving an ice pick in 2017, and for 6 years had uncomfortable, ugly, and poorly fitting crowns from my local dentist. Finally these gave up, and I was anxious about what my next steps were. After some research I was keen to secure the skills of Dr Syed for the implants, and was looking the right prosthodonisr/dentist to do a good job on the crowns. Thankfully, I stumbled across Rajen (Dr Lodhia) and the team at Chase Dental, who have been amazing! From my first visit Rajen has always been willing to answer my many questions and set my mind at ease. Having shopped around prior - their pricing for implants is remarkably competitive for the quality of the products, skillset and service. Everyone at the practice has been great. They don't charge unnecessarily, and are upfront with their costs. I now have two nice-looking front central incisors that only me and my dentist know are prosthetics! Most importantly, for the first time in 6 years I can bite into apples, chocolate bars, and most importantly bite with confidence!

Rajen and the team have been beyond excellent in customer service and hospitality. I have had services such as fixed retainers, retainers/aligners, hygiene treatment and even regular check ups. Fantastic experience: This practice is excellent! I needed quite a lot of dental work and Dr. Lodhia did everything amazingly, I could not of asked for better results. I was fitted with 2 crowns (front teeth), and they genuinely look like my real teeth, Dr. Lodhia approached my dental work with precision and perfectionism and I am so grateful! We were also under a time constraint because I wanted everything done before my wedding.....this was no problem for Dr. Lodhia and he made it work despite it being difficult at times! I also finished everything with the teeth whitening service, which has made the world of difference to my smile! My husband and I are so satisfied with this surgery we even travel 45 minutes in the car (into London) because we have found no one better! Thank you Dr. Lodhia and the whole team!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Chase Dental Care for several years now. Dr. Lodhia is a great dentist, always caring and always able to calm my nerves and talk me through any procedure no matter how complicated. I once needed a cavity replaced and another dentist struggled to get it done at my previous practice. Luckily I was recommended to Dr. Lodhia and Chase Dental Care. They managed to do this complicated procedure without any issues. He recently even set up a teeth whitening process which makes my smile finally pop again. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Terrible experience :( I will not come back! Came last year to have a full clean and was amazing! Back this year booked 45 min clean and She did on 20 min but I still need pay 45min. I always did clean in my life and never was so quickly… looks like She did on rush… Left my mouth very painful, last time was not like this… Also when I booked on website there was one price and when I went to pay was another price higher… I do not recommend hygienist on this place!

Fantastic experience: Dr Shira is terrific. She gave me an in-depth clean up because I have sensitive gums and plaque built up between my teeth. She keeps you informed throughout and checks to make sure you are not in any discomfort. All in all, she provides a great patient experience.

Negative experience: some of the worst dentistry i’ve ever had. they attempted to fix my back tooth twice and i’ve had to have further work on it since they failed to do this. it was 2 female dentist that done the work and both seems to struggle. the second appointment took us so long she cut it short as she ran out of time. i will never be returning to this jock of a dentists. wish i could get my money back!

Fantastic experience: I attended Chase Dental Care yesterday after contacting them for an emergency appointment after a filling came loose. They offered me a same day appointment. The practice was exceptionally clean and hygienic and every member of staff both professional and welcoming. I was seen promptly by Dr Lodhia who immediately put me at ease before and during treatment. I would recommend this dentist without hesitation and applaud the exemplary service.

Negative experience: Went with a root canal that was failing and started to get infected as a result, same day appointment, private. Got told to take over the counter painkillers ( paracetamol and ibuprofen ), as I was not swollen enough / not in enough pain for antibiotics. For the privilege of a 5 minute consultation and two x-rays, the bill was more than £50; I was also told that if I want an extraction, they can refer me to someone else. Luckily, I booked another appointment with someone else the next day, by witch time my jaw was proper swollen and I manage to get everything sorted out.

Fantastic experience: I am fortunate to have Dr Rajen as my dentist. Having been frightened of dentists all my life this young man gives me the confidence to regularly visit his practice as I know they give wonderful service all round. I recommend anyone to come here whether they are private or NHS.

Dr Rajen and his team are professional , friendly and look after their patients. Advice is given and treatments explained carefully. We always feel advice is given honestly and reasonably and never a ‘sell’ for other treatments. The reception team are also informative and friendly. We have also been very impressed with the measures taken at the surgery to ensure safety during Covid. The surgery is kept very clean and sanitised to a very high standard. Fantastic experience: I really cannot rate the professional care of this place highly enough. As the mother of a ten month old who has been suffering as a result of teething, Dr Rajen Lodhia has gone above and beyond. I have been really concerned about getting her checked-up whilst the pandemic is going on, and he not only checked photos and on the phone, he then kept in touch with me throughout to check in on how she was doing. This level of care means the world when you are a worried parent in unusual circumstances with the lock-down. His prompt use of technology during this time as well is exemplary, definitely highly recommended.

Negative experience: Phoned to get an urgent appointment for our 6 year old having toothache and infection. Told to phone 111 as they had no availability. Supposed to have referred him to Community dental 3 weeks before this, but have still heard nothing 3 months later. Decide for yourselves if you want this level of service!
