Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful dental practice. Maria is an amazing and skilled dentist. She has such a lovely kind nature, lots of patience and instantly makes you feel at ease. An all round super lovely person. The reception staff are equally as lovely, friendly and will always do their best to get you seen and help you. I highly recommend the practice.

Fantastic experience: Ramsbottom Dental surgery has served me well for a very long time I've always had good service since my Denist lady arrived about 5 years ago now, Maria loves her job she is kind caring & has a great ability to keep you relaxed while any procedures are being performed she is a fantastic Dentist very skilled i can only sincerely thank her for taking great care of my teeth to me she is an ambassador of great Dentistry I would also say the receptionists are excellent too with the same caring polite help they demonstrate from the minute you enter & leave there are two doors one on same level as the pavement for easy access and the front door with a step thank you all off you for a fantastic service in our community Regards Steve

I’ve had a tooth out, a filling without any needle and a clean in the last year. And it’s all down to Maria and her patience, kindness and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: With trepidation after not visiting a dentist in over 20years, I walked into Ramsbottom dental surgery in August. I was met with very friendly staff who dealt with me immediately which gave me confidence in their manner and approach. I was given an appointment with Patrick that was the icing on the cake! What a really reassuring experience. I pointed out what I thought I needed. The whole appointment was relaxed, calm, reassuring and so confidence building for me. I booked my four future appointments and the last one was last Friday. I can highly recommend this dental surgery, I never once felt the feeling that I used to experience. I am still amazed at how I feel after having five teeth out and new ones put in, they are perfect, fit, colour and most important comfort and the confidence to smile again. Fantastic experience: The best dentist! Just had my second root canal with Patrick and it was a breeze. Didn't feel a thing, as a nervous patient I can honestly say I've been so well looked after. Such a caring and professional dentist, Patrick went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, he really is an expert in what he does The ladies on Reception are a dream, so welcoming and friendly and really put you at ease soon as you walk in. I highly recommend this dentist. Excellent staff and excellent treatment. They've not just fixed my dental problems they've given me the confidence to no longer be fearful of the dentist.

Millie and other reception staff are extremely helpful , kind and personable . I’m anxious due to bad experiences from my past so Patrick put me instantly at ease and my check up was very comprehensive , thorough and he explained everything in as much detail as I needed . He gave me great advice and tips which were very useful . It was an extremely positive experience throughout and I felt confident and well cared for . I have been travelling to Liverpool for a very long time to a good dentist but due to her retirement I decided it was time to change and find somewhere local . It’s been a big decision for me but definitely the right one . I would highly recommend this dental practice . I look forward to my next visit which I think speaks volumes !

Fantastic experience: Today, I had a hygienist appointment with Joanne, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Firstly, a big thank you to Sarah at reception for accommodating me with a last-minute appointment. I had an appointment booked at another dental practice but was unable to be seen (for reasons that aren’t relevant to this review) and Sarah kindly found me a slot here. She kept me updated on timing, was incredibly understanding, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Joanne and her team were kind, professional, and reassuring throughout. As it was my first visit to the practice, Joanne took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and provided really helpful tips to keep my gums and teeth healthy. She did a fantastic job, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. I’ve already booked my next hygienist appointment and will be using this practice going forward. From reception to treatment, the care and professionalism really stood out. It only takes one thoughtful interaction to make a real difference and today, I experienced several. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: For many years I was extremely anxious about visiting a dentist. Eventually I summoned the courage for a consultation. I was seen by Dr Sam Young. He was very understanding and put me at ease by explaining what treatment options were available, and how he would undertake the processes. Throughout the work I had done he made me feel in control of the pace and progress. I needed some extensive procedures and it was absolutely painless. I later saw Miss Joanne Spencer the Dental Therapist. Again after not visiting a dentist for many years it was necessary for some hygiene work. Following on from the expert and caring approach by Sam, Joanne was equally caring. She was very sensitive to my still nervous disposition. And all I can say is I don't know why I formed this fear of dentists. They were both excellent. They put you at ease and really cared about you. There is no doubt this is an absolutely top practice with very nice professional people.

Fantastic experience: My usual dentist is Tottington but I needed to see Patrick for a root canal on a tooth further back in my mouth and to say it was a good experience would be an understatement. From start to finish everything was explained to me perfectly, with care and compassion. All of the staff are lovely. Thank you and keep up the great work

Ramsbottom Dental Surgery was recommended by a friend and I'm pleased to say, she was absolutely spot on! The practice is always clean and welcoming, plus timely reminders are emailed and/or texted days beforehand which I find very helpful. Maria, my Dentist, is brilliant! Such a lovely person, but just as importantly, such a caring Dentist! Her attention to detail is second to none in my experience and she seems to me to really want to to a great job. That initial perception has been realised as she's just installed a new cap on a troublesome tooth and the result is fabulous! I'm so happy to be here and under Maria's care, it's difficult to describe

The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, giving you lots of information to help you make informed decisions about your dental care. The team are brilliant with kids too, putting them at ease during check ups, chatting to them or even a TV on the ceiling to watch Paw Patrol! In addition, they were kind enough to entertain my 10 month old whilst I was having treatment as I couldn’t get childcare.
