Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending the practice for a number of years. My initial treatment plan stabilised my gum issues and I’m now under an ongoing maintenance programme of treatments with Dr Hopkins and Alicia. Have no hesitation in recommending the practice.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist, hygienist and dentist are all really friendly and nice. There is a really nice, chill environment in the practise all the time. Makes you almost forget that you're at the dentist!! Also they've changed their hygienist equipment recently and it's much less invasive now which is great.

Fantastic experience: We are so lucky to have this fantastic dental practice in W3, right next to Ealing Common Tube. The receptionist, Zoe, is so helpful in getting an appointment organised and understanding if it is urgent or routine. Mahnaz the dentist is excellent. Very experienced. We really feel we get a personal caring service. The whole family have been coming for over 11 years now since Mahnaz took over. Twice a year at least we also book in with Tisam - the wonderful hygienist.

The staff are professional and friendly and Mahnaz did a great job recently to refit a crown that broke off. No one likes going to the dentist, but the staff make the whole thing a more pleasant experience.

Booking process is very smooth and accomodating, practice itself is very clean, tidy and looks and feels more like a spa then a dental practice. They are the reason my teeth and gums are happy and healthy.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting the practice for 4 years now and I have had a really bad past of dentistry procedures which led me to have an acute fear. Dr Mahnaz Rezakhani and her team are the best dentist practice I’ve been to in my life and I’ve lived in many places around the globe! I’ve had extensive dental treatment in recent years here which was always handled with the upmost care, empathy and more so I leave smiling! I have just had the worst issues of late having wisdom pain and my extraction was not straight forward. But Abbas was just fantastic, he did it all at ease with such patience to keep me calm. I really can’t thank them all enough! I can confidently say have since becoming a patient here I have totally overcome my fear and actually now look forward to some cosmetic procedures at W5 Dental in the near future! She was very patient with all my questions, and was able to explain everything about the treatment to me and quell any fears I had. I am very happy with the results, and I will continue to see Dr. Mahnaz for routine check-ups in the future.

Fantastic experience: I got two implants done by Dr Abbas Arbabi and couldn’t be happier with what’s been done. He is a fantastic professional and a highly skilled implantologist. The other thing I absolutely like about his approach is that he patiently gives thorough explanations of all steps before and after every step and makes sure his patient is comfortable with and is aware of what’s going on. I have also been to their hygienist Alicia Munoz and found her expertise and knowledge super helpful. She also explains every little detail of the work and it seems like this is a high quality work approach at W5 Dental. Alicia helped me cure a chronic gum infection within only two weeks.

Fantastic experience: Great service from a friendly team. I purchased Invisalign and the treatment plan went perfectly. I would recommend W5 Dental to anyone, so much so that I now live outside of the area and still travel back to W5 Dental for all my dental appointments

Negative experience: I do not like it. Communication is not good, I guess maybe because both me and the dental team there do not speak English natively, so the communication is really minimal and inefficient. I also doubt the skill of the dentist, who was not graduated in the UK, I feel like she unnecessarily drilled some of my teeth to put filling in, which they have not informed me beforehand. I would think that there might be another way to do it or at least let me know I am losing parts of my teeth for the filling. After doing the procedure,I actually felt worse, with pain and hypersensitivity in my teeth, I think they might just drill too deep. They just said it will go away sometime later, which never did. I am very unhappy about that. They also keep selling you stuff. They have a pattern of unfriendly responses to negative comments here, which makes me hesitant to post this review. But I feel like I should share my honest feelings.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend W5 dental if you're looking for Invisalign treatment. Not only could we finish my treatment plan in a shorter time than expected successfully, but the treatment also improved my long-standing musculo-skeletal issue as well as a pleasant side effect :)

Fantastic experience: Having not been to see a dentist for over a decade, I visited W5 dental for a check up/clean and consultation. This was the start of a 1 year journey that has completely transformed my teeth and my dental hygiene. Dr Mahnaz was amazing throughout the process, always explaining every step and going out of her way to fit me in when I chipped a tooth on the weekend! You can see the pride she puts into her work and this has led me to referring family members (which is something I've never done). All in all, a top class service filled with professionalism and warmth. Thank you to the whole team!

Fantastic experience: I wish dentists had been like this in my teenage years , I wouldn’t have dreaded it so much! I have been with W5 for over 20 years now and have had all my routine 6 monthly check ups and hygiene appointments during this time as well as some specific treatment. This is a very warm and welcoming practice starting at the reception with Zoe who is a ray of sunshine and so helpful.Zoe never rushes you even when other patients are calling or waiting which is so calming. I have seen a number of hygienists over the years and they all have the same calm and friendly manner , making an uncomfortable 30 minutes a lot more bearable. Mahnaz never a rushes you in but first chats to you about your week or the summer or an event you may have discussed before. Sometimes I am not sure if I have come for a chat or a checkup! But it all helps to make you feel calm and also be open about any dental issues you may be experiencing. I intend to continue coming here for at least the next 20 years and would definitely recommend this practice for all dental matters.

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist ever. Because I gave them honest online review two weeks ago, W5 Dental has sent me rude email saying that refuse to refund my money back. They haven’t also refund my deposit which I paid for hygiene with another dentist there. Very very unprofessional

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist for many years and Dr Rezakhani is patient and caring with how she gives treatment. I have had procedures where I was nervous and she put me at ease and explained the whole process to me. My son also goes and he was really nervous when he was little and Dr Rezakhani never pressured him to sit in the chair and now at 6 years old, he is happy and relaxed with her. The team are also lovely and always try to give me an appointment that works with my schedule. We couldn't ask for a better dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have only but the best to say about W5 Dental Care, as they have been looking after my whole family's teeth for the past 7 years. Especially my younger daughter who's been looked after by Dr. Mahnaz since she was 2 and has build a wonderful relationship with her. I have an absolute confidence in all of the wonderful staff who work there and their professional but kind approach and would never go anywhere else. Also, with their professional advice and care, my teeth have never been in better condition .

Fantastic experience: Dr Manhaz and her team have been amazing. They are friendly, polite and so professional. They really take time to explain procedures and answer all questions clearly and in simple enough terminology that make is understandable. I have always felt in the best hands and safest hands and for this reason to do mind the 90 min trek to see Dr Manhaz.

Negative experience: This is 1 start because : Only happy for the receptionist lady called Zoe which she was super helpful and kind and polite. However Truly no star or minus star for DR Mahnaz Rezakhani. From reviews , she seems professional but they are not realistic. after my first visit for assessment, this is what I faced: She didn’t have decency to understand my dental history, like why I got gum issue and why I met her. She still doesn’t understand why patient go to doctor yet! and how to behave with patient for first time. When someone is sick and pays a good money for private care/ dentist , means they needed help. She was rude and didn’t explain enough for problems, challenges and solution . I was shocked from her reactions. Literally assessment took 5 mins . I think she lacks of a great deal of decency to be doctor. Yeah feeling waisted money on this

Fantastic experience: I spend few time already with the Hygienist, Alicia Munoz-Villa the service she provided makes me come again. She spending her time very carefully into the details and explaining everything you need to know about. My problems with my gums getting a lot better since i start visiting her. I would highly recommend her to be your Hygienist.
