Fantastic experience: I had implants to the bottom of my mouth on the 14th January 2026 and could not thank the practice enough! The implants have made me feel so much more confident and I can smile without thought! The implants were a new system that I was the first to receive, with this system I was only in the dental chair for 3 hours rather than all day - with the normal implants procedure. I was made to feel comfortable at all times and I have already recommended the procedure to family and friends who are very impressed with my new look. Yes, I believe implants are a considered purchase but for the confidence and the overall feeling of positivity it makes me feel they are certainly worth the money. I would certainly recommend S10 to anyone who wishes to have any dental procedures with Nik Riley and his staff being extremely efficient and friendly at all times.

Didn't feel pressured to agree to any treatment that isn't needed currently either so that's a big plus :)

Fantastic experience: The best experience I've had at a dentist. I am a very nervous patient and they put me at ease immediately. I phoned at 9am and was seen by 4pm. The receptionist was amazing and efficient. And the dentist and assisting nurse were very kind and gentle. No discomfort at all

Fantastic experience: I had a completely pain-free rebuilding of a tooth (more filling than tooth) during which Mr Riley was careful to explain exactly what he was doing and why, and to give me advance knowledge of what sensation to expect, eg vibration, numbing of the gum etc. I was very comfortable with the whole experience and, two days later, am not really conscious of it at all.

Fantastic experience: Excellent but expensive. However, you get what you pay for here. Lovely staff, very attentive dental nurses and the lovely receptionist Rachael. Nick is the ultimate professional. I've been with this practice for over 50 years now and my parents before and with me. However it was NHS back in the day.

Worked with me to keep me carm explained all in detail and gave me antibiotics for an infection . Even the injections don't hurt at S10 due to the numbing of the gum, using what I do not know, but it is applied using a cotton swab prior to the main injection. Thanks to everyone at the practice for the excellent care and service.

Negative experience: Eye-wateringly expensive. I have recently booked in as a new patient/ customer having relocated, and hadn't bothered to move Dentists; Anyway time to get organised...I moved to my Partner's practice just to make life easy. I initially booked in for a new patient inspection. This was £180 with half paid up-front, and the remainder before the appointment started. The cost covered an OPG and some photography. On the back of it I have been sent a further quote for £84 for a hygienist session, and £489.72 for a posterior composite filling. I have chosen not to proceed so I cannot comment on any treatment per-se, just that the pricing seems very expensive compared to other Practices. There is encouragement to sign up to a monthly payment scheme but I would prefer not to. I do have a private dental plan so I can claim back fees, but on principal it's just too expensive!
