Fantastic experience: My daughter (12-14 during the treatment) loved the whole team, as they were friendly and professional. When the process began Dr Mojtaba took great care to explain what he was going to be doing in that session. Which reduced any anxiety my daughter may have had otherwise. At each visit we were given detailed updates on progress and future developments. We're very happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant dentist. The dentist that helped my little boy was Absolutely amazing with children. He got my child engaged and told him step by step what was going to happen! He had such a good way with my son and made sure he was not in any pain during the appointment and was talking to him throughout to keep him calm. My teeth have been so straight since removing the braces off and it doesn’t hurt getting braces.

Fantastic experience: I first consulted with Dr. S Mojtaba in 2021 regarding an impacted tooth that had gone undetected by my dentist until I was 20. From the very beginning, Dr. Mojtaba took the time to sit down with me, explain all the available treatment options, and offer his expert opinion on the best course of action. I was hesitant about undergoing full fixed brace treatment, so we agreed on a plan that combined Invisalign with a ceramic fixed brace, following the extraction of my baby tooth to allow the adult tooth to erupt. The longest part of this journey was waiting for my NHS operation to attach a chain to the impacted tooth in the roof of my mouth. Once that was complete, Dr. Mojtaba truly worked wonders. Within 12 months, he managed to bring the tooth down, rotate it 90°, and put me in an great position to complete the rest of the treatment with Invisalign. Initially, I was quite reluctant to start orthodontic treatment at my age, but looking back, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Throughout the process, Dr. Mojtaba saw me at least once a month, provided constant support, and always took the time to answer any questions I had. His knowledge and professionalism inspired total trust. The entire team at Northern Orthodontics was equally supportive and helpful, shout out to Armando. If you’re considering orthodontic treatment, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Dr. Mojtaba and his team at Northern Orthodontics enough. The complexity of my case and the way they handled it with such ease was amazing, and I’m beyond grateful.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client to Northern Orthodontics twice (my own fault for not wearing my retainers the first time). However, from them working in the walk-in centre, to the place they are now the service has always been impeccable so it was shocking to me how they could get better! You can tell they take pride in their work and won’t let you leave until you’re satisfied. Specially now how they’re running their current place with the most up-to-date machinery, and the little care packages you get for before and after your treatment. I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone better than Northern Orthodontics. Take it from a customer who’s been with them from around 15 years old.

Negative experience: After waiting near 5 years my daughter never even got to see an orthodontic, she did not feel listened to and ended up writing an email after to explain her concerns, the response lacked any acknowledgement, so she felt no confidence here Update: as reply request noted I emailed with full details including their phone call re the review and as yet, received no response.

Fantastic experience: The team at Northern Orthodontics have been so nice throughout my whole braces process! I am super thankful for their patience and caring attitude. My results have also been amazing in only 1.5 years!! ‍♀️ The reception team is outstanding, if they were busy and I left a message or hung up, they would always get back to me ASAP and I was ALWAYS greeted with a great smile which made me feel amazingly welcomed. Handeer is one of the best dental nurses I’ve gotten to know, she holds amazing conversation and is very diligent with what she does!!! Orthodontists are also lovely and have taken great care of me throughout this year and a half. I had no cuts whatsoever from the wires and 0 complications overall. Amazingly pleased with the service ‍♀️ thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I have been with this orthodontist for 3 months now and in the three months I have had my braces I can honestly say I have seen an amazing difference already. My family and friends also tell me how much my smile has improved and I feel so much more confident so thank you so much! I know a lot of young people attend this Orthodontics but if you are thinking of buying any sort of orthodontic treatment I would definitely recommend attending northern orthodontics. Fantastic experience: My daughter has been treated by Northern Orthandontics for a fixed alignment brace for 18months. The equipment is to high spec with 3d scans of my daughters teeth and a jaw. We were advised that she would require braces for 18months and that is exactly how long they have been applied. Every single member of staff have treated us with professionalism and in a person centred approach. Any concerns or issues we've experienced have been addressed and resolved very quickly. My daughter has been given the choice of what coloured bands she wanted on each visit. I 100% recommend Northern Orthodontics for Orthodontic needs

Fantastic experience: Our daughter has just reached the end of her treatment journey with Northern Orthodontics and we have been absolutely delighted with the care and treatment she has received. Dr Mojtaba is a wonderful orthodontist. From the first appointment he put our daughter at ease and always clearly explained each step in her treatment. He gave advice as needed for each step of her treatment, both to our daughter and to us as parents so when we left each appointment we knew what we needed to do and what the next stage would be. Dr Mojtaba always praised our daughter's conscientious toothbrushing and spoke to her first about what he would be doing and anything she needed to do. We really liked this as it ensured our daughter was happy with each stage and felt that she could ask any questions that she had. Dr Mojtaba always answered her questions, ensuring that she was happy with her treatment at each stage. Shuma the Senior Orthodontic nurse is a fantastic member of the Northern Orthodontics team. She always welcomed our daughter warmly and talked with her about her about the different stages of her treatment, giving advice and praising her attention to detail in care of her teeth while wearing braces. Shuma is a fantastic Orthodontic nurse who always supported our daughter during consultations and shared important information and answered questions to ensure that our daughter was fully informed. She is a kind, caring and very knowledgeable member of the Northern Orthodontics team who gives amazing, personal support to patients at Northern Orthodontics. We are so happy to have had Dr Mojtaba and Shuma taking care of our daughter on her Orthodontic journey. As our daughter reached the end of her treatment and had her braces removed, she had digital images taken for her retainers. This process was conducted by Armando who is another credit to the Northern Orthodontics team. Armando led the digital photograph session, explaining carefully how he would take each picture. He talked about the process of creating the retainers that our daughter will wear to ensure that her teeth do not move out of their new position. He was very knowledgeable and explained how the retainers would work and how to look after them. Our daughter is amazed at how her teeth have changed and absolutely loves the results. We love that Dr Mojtaba, Shuma and Armando share in her delight! We were fully informed on different options for the retainer stage i.e have the retainer provided with care instructions, the option to buy an additional set of retainers and the long-term retainer care package. Information was provided and discussed but not pushed. It is your own decision. We have received excellent after care information and have purchased the retainer stage accessories that we feel our daughter will need. We have a follow up appointment in 6 months which will be great to check that all is well, receive advice and have the chance to ask any questions, We would not hesitate to recommend Northern Orthodontics if you or your child is looking into having braces. They are amazing!
