Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with the hygienist last week and I cannot praise her enough.. I felt at ease the minute I walked in... she was amazing took me through everything she was doing and so gentle.. her assistant was amazing too...also the receptionist was absolutely outstanding. I couldn't recommend this Dental Practice enough.. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I called this morning at 8am for an emergency appointment, I had 2 temporary fillings done by Dr Patel, so pleased with the outcome, superb work and superb customer care!! 12/10, by far the best dentist in the area, from the lady’s in reception to dental staff excellent team and reasonably priced,thank you so much, Robert “ palace supporter” Martinez. Fantastic experience: Have had 3 appointments with the loveliest Dr Monisha Dey and cannot recommend her enough! She was brilliant at explaining all the procedures and all visits with her were so smooth and efficient! Had a fixed retainer placed, scaling and teeth whitening - would definitely recommend her for any of these and more. Lovely practice and all staff were so welcoming, best in the area by miles :)

Fantastic experience: After suffering with pain for 5 weeks thanks to Family dental care in chessington, I contacted Horton Dental practice. Even though it didn't felt right contacting them with so much pain, I was received by lovely receptionist, who made me feel comfortable. I was not only registered but I was given extraction and more antibiotics for my infection. Being a NHS patient, I was felt with suffering and pain by Family Dental care and that left very bad taste but here in Horton Dental practice they really care, no matter you are a NHS patient or Private. So Thank you Horton Dental Pratice ❤️

Fantastic experience: I've been meaning to add a review for a while but not got round to it. However after my hygienist visit today, it reminded me to comment. This dental practice has been by far the best dentist I have ever been with. I joined in 2024 as a very anxious patient and Kirun and her assistant were very understanding and put me at ease straight away which made my experience so much better. The hygienist was something I would especially avoid but this is now something I don't mind so much, Melinda is brilliant, so gentle and knows when I need to take a minute to stop, can't recommend this dentist and all the team highly enough.

I have had a fear of dentists for decades which I discussed with them and every effort was made to tell me what the plan was, what would be involved, what instruments would be used and all in a calm and concise manner by Jeevan and Sophie. Would certainly recommend to anyone new to the area looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: The dentist (Paulius Ugincius)gave me the anaesthesia injection with such incredible skill that I didn’t feel a thing. His work was excellent! Then, instead of extracting my tooth and making it easy for himself, he tried to save it, carefully cleaned it and filled it perfectly. I’m very grateful for such an amazing job he did on my teeth. and thanks to all the dental clinic staff at Horton Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Horton Dental Practice since 2018. I have mental health issues so it is not easy task for me to communicate with non-family members. However, the receptionists there are always so smily and welcoming. This helps me a lot to relax when I go there alone. The biggest reason why I visit the dentist is because there is Dr Rishika who has a heart of gold as well as amazing skills. Without hesitation, she is the best dentist I have ever met in my entire life. I have had a few problems on my teeth and I have needed to visit regularly. She has been very supportive and helpful each time. Although I am not a native English speaker, she listens to me carefully and tries to understand me. She also provides me clear explanation in details. I am really grateful that I am one of her patients.

Fantastic experience: Superb team and very helpful. I had a cracked tooth out of hours and visited the team first thing in the morning. An appointment was scheduled for me and Jeevan put me at ease and removed the tooth in under 10 mins including the anaesthetic. Thank you all for the help and support.

Fantastic experience: Took my two children and was greeted by very pleasant receptionists, the dentists including ones we weren’t even booked to see were very accommodating and made myself and my children completely at ease and just made it a surprisingly enjoyable visit!

Negative experience: I first registered under Leo and then transferred to Ian. Both were lovely and highly experienced. The reception staff were also really friendly and I think they remain but when Ian retired the ethos changed completely. During lockdown I had a lot of radiating pain but I couldn’t work out which tooth, I saw a young female dentist called Victoria who was lovely and recommended around £2000 worth of work, she said it was a cheaper under NHS but said I should use their private suppliers as the NHS materials were really poor quality. She was insistent so booked me in to start the initial work privately. A few days I had a GP appt and she diagnosed me with an acute sinus infection rather than dental, which was resolved with a 2 week course of antibiotics rather than a £2000 bill. My ‘dental’ pain vanished completely and I cancelled my treatment plan. I went for my next check up with Paul and although I had no pain he said I needed a filling redone, 2 months later the ‘healthy’ tooth he filled was black and dead. At my last check up he said I needed another filling redone (again no pain) but as he started drilling he mentioned the tooth might break and I would need an expensive bridge. I realised I had lost confidence, so raised my hand and told him to stop and just give me a temporary filling. When that fell out a week later, I plugged it with a £20 kit on Amazon which continues to work a treat. NHS dentists are hard to find so I’ll likely pay privately elsewhere when needed. Ian worked hard to create an amazing friendly practice and I have no idea who leaves these 5 star reviews as I’ve heard similar stories from other patients who have now left as lost confidence in the NHS provision.

Fantastic experience: Had a filling today done by Paul and Debbie, Paul (dentist) is very professional and good at what he does and Debbie ( dental assistant) is very calming and chatty, they dovetail perfectly and i would highly recommend if your a nervous patient.

He always checks I am happy with what he is doing, explaining as he goes. Today his dental nurse Amanda was equally kind and pleasant. Fantastic experience: Melinda (hygienist) and Rheya (nurse) were absolutely amazing last week, I can’t recommend them highly enough. I have exposed roots on my front bottom teeth, which makes my teeth very sensitive and painful when being cleaned. Both Melinda and Rheya were caring and attentive, going out of their way to accommodate my sensitivity to the point where I didn’t experience any pain at all. Thank you for your patience, the best customer care I’ve experienced anywhere in a long time.

Negative experience: I recently moved to the area and wanted to register my family with this local practice. I attempted to register my family at this dental surgery and found that the receptionist was abrupt and had no empathy or patience for any one with mental or physical disabilities. I urge the owners to get the receptionist some much need training in how to handle people with disabilities. I felt she was unprofessional and spoke to me in a very derogatory and condescending manner and this has made me reconsider my families registration with this practice because first impressions are everything and was very disappointed by how I was treated and would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give half a star rating I would as this place does not deserve 1 star for its appalling customer service.

Fantastic experience: Very professional dental practice. Calvin is the best Dentist and his colleague. I think my children are not taking the best care of their teeths so they can see Calvin more often . Very good communication and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have recently changed dentists from bourne Hall to here. I cannot fault the place, from the receptionists all the way to the top. The hygienist Meliuda Ebel and her nurse Lucy are outstanding. I have never had such a gentle hygienist. No pain at all and my teeth are gleaming.

Being a slightly nervous patient I generally don't look forward to visiting a dentist but Calvin and Amanda made it a really comfortable experience and I was talked through each process every step of the way. Fantastic experience: I recently had an abcessed tooth which required root canal treatment and a wisdom tooth which had become loose & needed to be extracted. Calvin performed both treatments over a couple of appointments with the utmost care & professionalism, very ably assisted by Rachel. This made a worrying situation a far less stressful experience. Fantastic experience: Amazing dental practice. I had a double tooth extraction and it went really smoothly. Dr Calvin Kundi was amazing. He explained every step and kept me calm and relaxed throughout the procedure. The assisting staff was very polite as well. 100% recommended. An update to this: 29/04/23: I had a two tooth cleaning appointments with the dental hygienist here, Melinda .. She is so amazing, caring and a highly skilled professional. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and I had loads of issues which have completely gone away especially bleeding gums. I highly recommend going to her for a cleaning appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have never found a better dental practice than Horton dental! I’ve had such terrible experiences at past practices both private and nhs. Here they make you feel so safe and they genuinely care for their patients! From the moment you walk in, the lovely ladies at reception always greet you with a beautiful smile, kindness and patience and they always manage to get me in and treated quickly when needed. I am an NHS patient now and they treat you as a person and not just cash signs (as I’ve experienced in other places) I recently had an extraction that my previous dentist didn’t do in the nearly 3 years I was in trouble with it but at Horton they assessed me and within about a week it was sorted and so amazingly well! Completely put me at ease and given me confidence to have any future treatments! From being a nervous patient who’d pass out at needles, to being able to have an extraction and root canal without being sedated, just shows you how amazing they are! I’m honestly so so grateful I found this place and have recommended my family and friends to go to them! Either on the NHS or privately, they still treat you exactly the same! Amazing practice!
