Negative experience: I won’t be returning here and neither should you. Completely uncaring Head Office. Go somewhere they see you as a person and not profit. It’s ironic because they will end up losing profit as I will make sure to spread the word about my terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: If you are thinking about getting dental work DO NOT HESITATE to go to SmilePod!! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and strive to give you the best possible experience. I have been going to smilepod for years after my mum recommended them and have always been so impressed by their service, quality of work and overall experience. Recently, I had my composite bonding redone and I cannot express how happy I am with the result! Everyone has commented on how amazing my smile looks but they can’t put their finger on why as the results are so natural they cannot tell I’ve had composite! Ana Bosco did my composite and she spent so much time and effort to ensure the best outcome for me. She went above and beyond to ensure the aesthetics were perfect but also took extra care to rebalance my bite so that I stopped grinding one of my teeth - I cannot thank her enough for this, the tension in my face has completely gone. Her attention to detail, technical ability and pride in her work shines through! Couldn’t recommend Ana Bosco and Ana Maria Mackinnon more!

Negative experience: I had an extremely strange experience with this dentist. The dentist asked me about my ancestry, and said to me "I think a few vikings snuck into your ancestry bro", and indicated that my ancestry means my jaw will grow a lot. He also hypothesised that my relatives must be tall, on account of my appearance and hair colour. I asked what he recommended for my teeth and he said "either a canary in a coal mine, or we throw the kitchen sink at it". He ended the session by saying "I'm going to a genetics conference next week bro". It was honestly the most surreal, bizarre, inappropriate waste of time I've ever experienced at a dentist. I will definitely never be going back!

She’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and understanding. I returned for a follow-up treatment with Rayza, and I can confidently say it was the best dental service I’ve ever received. She performed three fillings with remarkable skill and care. Her professionalism and genuine concern for her patients really stood out—she consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I undertook extensive treatment: braces; whitening; and finally the replacement of a crown on my front tooth - an area which I had long been self-conscious about. Negative experience: I have to say i've had one visit here so far- hygienists are friendly and welcoming but i had to give them 1 star as i had a really unprofessional experience with the receptionist... I had to call into to reception to reschedule an appointment as weirdly their website doesn't allow you to reschedule an existing appointment you made online.. I'm a software engineer and its 2022- i shouldn't have to call into reception to reschedule something when you give customers the option to schedule an appointment online already, smilepod. I was trying to explain if there's a way to feed this back up to people who make the decisions on the website but she had no interest in wanting to hear my feedback and asked if there was anything else.. i said this would free you up from answering calls like mine today...? her reply was curt, disinterested, said she had other customers waiting and hung up lol.. nice, smilepod!

Fantastic experience: I was desperate to have my wisdom tooth removed yesterday. It's been causing pain for the last couple of weeks despite taking pain killers. My NHS dentist was not able to see me due to Covid 19. From calling through to the SmilePod Soho and Holborn branches to make an initial enquiry, speaking to Diana and Ramona on reception, who were both absolutely lovely, to having the tooth removed by Zahra, who was equally as lovely, I have been thoroughly impressed with the service. The clinic feels very safe and they are taking the necessary precautions during the pandemic. I am very grateful for their professional service. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Dr Moraes and his team do everything to make sure you understand the treatment, what will happen, the procedures and they listen to every question you have - even if you ask a lot! My experience was that they ensure you feel comfortable and pain free throughout - this has by far been the best dental clinic I've visited anywhere in the world. Fantastic experience: I went to SmilePod Holborn for the first time today for a Diamond Polish. The place was super clean and all the girls that worked there were friendly. The hygienist I had was comforting and followed my instructions about where not to touch in my mouth (I have 2 very sensitive teeth on one side). The polish went very quickly and my teeth feel much cleaner. She also gave me some free advice, that I should get a mouth guard as I am apparently grinding my teeth when I sleep. It was really easy and I'll go again for sure.
