Negative experience: This was the worst Hygenist I have ever been to and wanted to charge extra up to £110 for air flow that he really didn’t know what he was doing with Needs more experience !!! Should not be charging so much -

From the moment I arrived, the reception team were warm, welcoming, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, was gentle throughout the treatment, and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and has a very calming atmosphere. It’s rare to actually feel relaxed at the dentist, but they really manage to create that here. I left feeling reassured, well cared for, and very grateful to the whole team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bushy Park Dental Clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Dr. Alex explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and the procedure was surprisingly quick and almost painless. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone who’s nervous about dental work—they truly make it as easy as possible!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dental practice, Sharon on Reception is always welcoming and remembers your name. Dr Zerai is a fabulous dentist, so calm and gentle, and explains clearly what you need to do - I had real problems with one area of gum and after following a new routine advised by Dr Zerai and Colin (the hygienist), the problem has vastly improved and I couldn't be more happy - I would 100% recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: Looking for a new dentist, I had an initial consultation with Alex a couple of weeks ago. He took time to listen to my concerns and then gave options for treatment as well as helpful advice. I've had a filling today and as a nervous patient was treated with sympathy. Alex also corrected some work done by another dentist with which I was unhappy, free of charge. Having tried different dentists in the area after my last one retired, I now feel confident returning to Alex at Bushey Park Practice.

It was a very professional service and the outcome exceeded my expectations . Fantastic experience: Dr Smret Zerai and her team are fantastic… true professionals with a great sense of humour! I can honestly say I actually looked forward to going to the dentist … and I don’t normally say that. Re my Invisalign treatment Dr Zerai was spot on. Nothing was too much trouble and she would often see me at a drop of a hat if I was concerned about anything. Really pleased with the results and that was down to Dr Zerai and her superb knowledge of the process! May I suggest that whatever advice she gives you go with it!! A real pleasure and I shall stay with them for aspects of my dental hygiene that the NHS won’t cover!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Bushy Park Dental for Invisalign braces. I found the whole experience very pleasant. It was really easy to get an initial appointment for a consultation, I found that the information shared was very helpful and they were transparent with costs from the start. The opening hours also gave the me the flexibility to attend appointments easily around working hours, which can sometimes be tricky. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. In particular, the dentist would often get back to me even if I called out of hours, and more recently was incredibly flexible with me regarding my treatment when I found myself needing to go abroad at short notice. Whilst my teeth aren’t quite finished yet, I’m very pleased with how they are looking and would recommend the practice to others.

My 8 year old had to have 2 of his stubborn baby teeth removed and Mike made the whole experience so easy and put my son at ease - he even provided him an envelope to leave for the tooth fairy. He talks to my children and engages them so that they are not daunted by being at the dentist.
