Fantastic experience: This week, I visited Megan at Sands for pain and limited movement in my right arm and shoulder. After just one session, I was impressed with the results. Megan used ultrasound, acupuncture, a massage gun, and manual therapy, which significantly reduced my pain and restored my range of motion. I highly recommend Megan and the services at Sands for effective treatment.

Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough of Sands and their customer service, in particular Stephanie. The practice is friendly and flexible and I feel like a valued client. I have regular Chiropractic sessions which have sorted (and kept away) numerous issues, including painful sciatica and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend paying a visit to see her or one of her colleagues.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Stephanie at Sands for quite some time now. Stephanie has helped me hugely with an ongoing neck issue. Her care is tailored to my needs and includes whatever treatment I’m comfortable with. The clinic and the staff at Sands are great!

Fantastic experience: I've been to Sands several times over the years, most recently because of a back injury. The whole team are really helpful and friendly, and Amy in particular was amazing! The worst of the pain was gone in the first treatment session, and she kept working with me for a few more sessions after that. Still a couple more to go, bit I can't fault her and the rest of the sands team.

Fantastic experience: I've had a couple of different treatments at SANDS over the past few months and each time my experience has been really positive. They take the time to understand your issues, are really friendly and informative and have helped get to the root of my pain. It's always a really good environment to go to and you're made to feel relaxed and at ease throughout the treatments.

Fantastic experience: Huge recommendation for not just Sands but especially for Megan. As a bus/coach driver I was really starting to struggle with both my movement and stiffness in my lower back. I now have an appointment with Megan every 4-6 weeks and she is a legend. Under the instructions of “feel free to beat the crap out of my back” she gets to work. Both by manipulation, adjusting and using acupuncture she completely resets my back. I have commented that she cracks me like bubble wrap. Meg is friendly, professional and completely competent and has my full trust in the treatments she suggests. She is a credit to the business and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am now a full time member as I go at least once if not twice a month for problems with my back . I did start going for my shoulder as I was in terrible pain with it but after a few months of work on it with Megan who I must say is excellent my shoulder is much better I keep going now as I have Fybromialga and I feel some relief for a little while when I come away from there which is a god sent

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Sands clinic in Tonypandy since June 23. Before my first appointment I couldn’t walk without pain because of Achilles tendinitis….I am now pain free. Also my other frequently occurring complaints of muscle pain in neck and back are far less often and less severe. Regular visits help to maintain my current wellness, along with suggested strengthening exercises. I definitely recommend this clinic if you want a better quality of life.

Fantastic experience: I attended Sands in Talbot Green and was treated by Megan, for a medial collateral ligament (MCL) injury that I'd sustained. I found the treatment I received (acupuncture and ultrasound) extremely helpful in my recovery. I found Megan to be a very caring, competent and knowledgeable practitioner, throughout my time using Sands an would definitely recommend her. My knee injury has improved and I now use Sands for other injuries.

Fantastic experience: Went to Sands health clinic for injury to back . Had 5 sessions with Amy the Chiropractor she was wonderful. She used massage ultra sound and acupuncture and sometime manipulation if needed. All in all good service had and I would definitely recommend a visit if you are in pain. Have had a few issues with my feet recently and she did thorough testing and discussed each process so I understood what was happening and reassured me of the findings, and carried on with treating my feet. Fantastic experience: Excellent. professional. friendly service. I was apprehensive about having such personal treatment but after a clear explanation of the cause and treatment of my back problem and a range of therapies within the same appointment I now feel totally relaxed. I felt the benefits after the first few appointments and am much more mobile as a result. The pain is greatly reduced and I no longer rely on painkillers. I know, that, in my case, this is not a " quick fix" but it is a realistic and effective treatment which I will continue.

Fantastic experience: Over two weeks ago I woke with a disc problem that trapped the nerves in the front of my leg. I could barely walk but Stephanie rose to the challenge and I am already back to work. It will take a while but I am confident that Stephanie will get me back to normal. My neck and back are so much better , but still work to do as it’s a build up! And after being told , there is nothing drs can do for my knee pain … 1 treatment saw 70% movement back and much less pain. Thankyou so much , it is life changing!

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot a discomfort with an ingrowin toenail that got really infected , i called sands they got me in with in a few days really helpful and friendly staff, i seen Bethany who was lovely she did the treatment on my toe, i was in and out with in 30 minutes of the treatment. A week later after my follow up appointment my toe is looking much better, really happy how everything has gone.
