Fantastic experience: I was referred to Endo Elements by my dentist for a root canal re-treatment due to an infection. I was impressed by the care and support I received from Jonathan and Sarah before, during and after the treatment. I felt I was in good hands from the word go. The treatment itself was quite lengthy (needed 2 visits due to my tooth anatomy) but at no time did I feel any discomfort due to the professional and caring manner of both Jonathan and Sarah. They even have a TV on the ceiling so I was able to binge watch Friends on Netflix during the treatment. It certainly provided a great distraction! They also do a 6 month follow up. So a huge thank you to Jonathan, Sarah and the team at Endo Elements for a fantastic service. Highly recommend Jonathan Lee and Endo Elements to anyone needing a root canal treatment

Fantastic experience: This has to be one of the best dentist visits I've experienced. I was that comfortable I dozed off in the chair whilst he was working on my root canal. There was a TV on the ceiling and I watched the Blue Planet and yes, dozed off. Dentist had put a block in my mouth so I couldnt close it and he could work away. Staff were very supportive and friendly. Highly recommended.

So being told I needed root canal treatment (on 3 teeth!), I have been delaying the inevitable until it all became too painful & my dentist referred me to a specialist. Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough for Jonathan Lee and his team. I came to the conclusion he’s a genius at his work. Jonathan is cheerful, kind and very gentle, and he and his assistant were friendly, helpful and relaxing. I had a root canal problem with a very painful infection, and Jonathan is a specialist in these problems. My dentist referred me to him, for which I’m extremely grateful, I had a consultation where Jonathan showed me the problems – in fact there were three – and then later the operation took two hours. It was never painful, just a bit inconvenient in having your mouth propped open for that time; and since then absolutely nothing has hurt at all. Contact with the surgery is easy and very helpful, I would highly recommend anyone with the same problem to go to Jonathan.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to Dr Lee at Endo Elements in Leatherhead. I would definitely recommend him, having experienced root canal treatment on a rear molar. At my 1st appointment Dr Lee listened carefully to the details about the the problems surrounding the tooth. After a thorough examination, xray etc, he explained the procedure that he would follow and answered all of my questions. I was feeling relieved that the procedure was in motion. I felt relaxed returning for a 2nd time for the actual root canal treatment. I was confident being treated by Dr Lee. He checked, as he worked, that I was OK and comfortable, alongside his assistant who was equally reassuring. It was easy to distract my attention from the procedure by focusing on the screen overhead. At the end of the appointment he explained, that not only had the root canal gone well, but he had 'prepped' the molar for the next stage, which was for it to be crowned. This was to be carried out later after the root canal treatment had settled down. Altogether, being treated by Dr Lee was a reassuring, experience. His professionalism speaks volumes. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have had an excellent experience today with Jelena and her Team. She saw me after a complication with a root canal treatment that sadly didn't fully resolve an infection. She took time to explain to me all the potential outcomes of her assessment of my problem and then the options available to me to address the problems and treat it She was incredibly gentle and took time throughout my treatment to ensure I was comfortable and explained to me as she performed the treatment what I may experience in terms of sensations, sensitivity etc. The treatment was painless and I am very hopeful will resolve the problems I've been experiencing. I have a follow up on the 15th January with her to complete the treatment but I can honestly say that just a few hours since being treated I'm already feeling more comfortable. Great service from the warm greeting at the reception to the kind and caring approach from Jelena and her assistant. I can't thank and praise Dental Elements enough they're wonderful. Fantastic experience: Jonathan Lee replied to my email very quickly, actually at 22:00 in the evening. I was in a lot of pain so this was much appreciated. I was seen by Jelena Kosoric who was very good. She explained the options to me in a clear way and the pros and cons of each ("try and save the tooth" or "remove it and have an implant"). I made my decision after seeing her. I actually saw two dentists beforehand so it was overkill to see a third but my surgeon recommended I see an endodontist specialist so I did. The first dentist didn't give me any information to make an informed decision, just gave me some antibiotics and told me to get it taken out. My regular dentist spent time with me and is good but didn't explain the pros and cons of trying root canal to save the tooth, simply said it wasn't worth it. Jelena gave me a better explanation which allowed me to make a more informed choice. In the end all three dentists essentially advised me towards the same option for my long-term oral health, which was to remove the tooth but it was the manner in which the information was delivered and the quality and quantity of information provided which made the difference. Some people will follow anything a professional says whereas some, like me, want to understand the options before making a decision. Thank you Jonathan, Jelena and the rest of the Endo Elements team.

Fantastic experience: You couldn’t wish for a more special team at Dental Elements and they are exceptional with nervous patients. I needed some help the other day and Jonathan literally went out of his way to come into the practice to see me. Jonathan and all the team get to know and understand you and they are all extremely caring and gentle. Having specialists like Jonathan and Vijay along with Rav who is my general dentist and the lovely hygienists, nurses and reception ladies all in one place makes such a difference and they are so approachable. Fantastic experience: This is the second session of root canal work I've had done which I initially was terrified to go through. But once again, the work was done very professionally, it went fairly quickly and I was never in any pain (including the injection). The team are very reassuring and you always feel in capable hands.
