Fantastic experience: Had two teeth removed and three implants placed by dr Ali and his team and having had a tooth removed before was blown away by the speed and ease this was carried out I was kept aware of the whole process throughout the treatment and felt completely safe throughout the whole process. When the teeth were fitted they were so good it took people days to notice as they looked so natural! I’m blown away by the treatment and so happy can’t recommend dr Ali and his team enough!

Negative experience: Terrible service from the customer support team, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, had to ring them 12 times, to get my deposit refund, always making false promises, Glad I am not wasting my time with these jokers, Riyan is the appointment cordinatior never answers calls very quick to book you in and take your £50 deposit but a real pain to get it back. Negative experience: My recent dental experience (dental implant), has been disastrous. The lack of professionalism, unacceptable actions, misleading information and breach of contract have left me deeply frustrated and dissatisfied. There was a clear avoidance of responsibility, with critical issues being ignored or dismissed. I totally lost trust in the practice. Now, I am left dealing with unnecessary stress, anxiety and uncertainty due to their negligence. The lack of resolution, prolonged timelines, and absence of clear accountability have left me deeply frustrated and concerned about the standard of care I’ve received. Despite repeated attempts to seek clarity and resolution, I continue to face delays, dismissive explanations, and a lack of urgency in addressing my ongoing pain and treatment. I have to escalate my issues by seeking legal advice and filing complaints with the appropriate regulatory bodies. I do not recommend this place and strongly advise everyone to reconsider before choosing this provider for any dental procedures.

Fantastic experience: I had to have two back teeth removed that had broke at gum level from a crown ( not done by them ) and I am a horrendously nervous patient ... from the onset they was kind sympathetic and when it came to the day of having teeth removed I had sedation - even to the sedation man who gave me a little bit to calm me down before administering it fully - I cannot tell you how lovely this dental practise is - and thanks to Dentist Ricky for putting up with me

Negative experience: I tried to make an appointment for my little girl because her tooth has been hurting for 2 days and her cheek is swollen. I have to give her medicine. She had never been to a dentist before, so I looked around for the best one in the area, and then I found this dentist. I called them and they answered and i told them why I was calling. Then the reception member put me on hold and they hung up. They didn't say anything about what I should do in such a case, or if I would get this appointment or if they could accept it. All I got was nothing. Thank you, I will definitely not visit you again from now on.

Fantastic experience: I have always been a very anxious about the dentist. Dr Ali and the whole team have been amazing and put me at ease. The equipment is state of art - I was able to have a full mouth scan and view with Dr Ali imediately in 3D. Treatment options are always explained in detail. Fantastic experience: Dr Ali Adeel carried out a double arch implant surgery for a close family member and I have to say he is one of the, if not the best in the industry! The patient was made to feel completely relaxed and at ease from the beginning which has made the experience extremely comfortable. We went for a 1 week post surgery follow up which was extremely positive, to the point where the patient became emotionally overjoyed with tears with the success of the implant journey so far. Patient’s comment to Dr Ali was “you have changed my life”. All staff at Smilewell are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Smilewell without hesitation for anyone looking to have any sort of dental surgery or procedure carried out.

Fantastic experience: I’m in the process of having full arch immediate load implant surgery. I had the top jaw done on Sunday the 16th June 2024 but dr Adeel Ali and his team. From the first enquiry to walking out the door Sunday I don’t think I have ever been treated as caring by a the whole team if I had a question it was answered in detail while reassuring me they left no stone unturned to give me the confidence to have the procedure done I’ve gone to the dentist every 6 months of my life and had a good relationship with my previous dentist thus was a completely different experience and almost look forward to going in 8 weeks for the bottom jaw I just want to thank everyone at smile well and see you in 8 weeks watch this space Martin Thomas
