Fantastic experience: I am a very anxious patient when it comes to oral health, and I honestly couldn’t recommend this practice enough. Fabrizio has been my dentist for a few years now and he is amazing — extremely knowledgeable, calm, and genuinely able to put me at ease. He always takes the time to explain things clearly and never makes me feel rushed or judged. The whole practice offers a very high standard of care: friendly staff, clean and professional environment, and a really reassuring atmosphere overall. I feel very well looked after here. Highly recommended!!!

But Dr. Fabrizio Castellari has been very kind and patient with me throughout the treatment, explaining everything—what was happening at each step and what I should do afterward. After a couple of years, I had almost given up on the idea of undergoing another treatment to whiten and revitalize a tooth. I stumbled upon Dr Fabrizio by chance, and he gave me a renewed sense of hope. Though I wasn’t completely convinced at first, I decided to give it another try and I’m so glad I did. Fantastic experience: I started out with a significant open bite and in an last resort to avoid jaw surgery, and after multiple ‘no’s’ from other orthodontists, I was intrigued to see what Dr Wahab, with his many years of experience had to say. He was able to easily suggest that Invisalign could correct my bite. Now at the end of my treatment, I could not be happier with my smile and how everyone at the practice has facilitated my journey. Dr Wahab makes sure he can get your teeth the best they can look and always focuses on whats good for you and the long term health of your teeth. If you have an open bite that you intend to fix or any other orthodontic problems I really recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shakir is by far the most patient, caring, and skilled dentist I’ve ever met. I had been struggling with chronic TMJ and jaw grinding for years, and nothing brought relief—until I was referred to him as expert in the field. The custom mouthguard he created has made a world of difference. My mother has also undergone multiple root canals with Dr. Shakir, and he has always been incredibly gentle and accommodating. The office is clean, modern, and inviting, and the staff is consistently professional, friendly, and efficient. Appointments never feel rushed, and Dr. Shakir takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures and answer any questions. I’m truly grateful for the care and attention he provides every time.

Fantastic experience: I came across this dental surgery a few years ago, looking for a dentist who could look after me, as I am a very nervous person when it comes to dental work. I needed advice and help as my teeth were in need of corrective protection. I have been going there ever since, and Dr. Wahab Shakir, my dentist, not only gave me practical advice but, also, with his professional knowledge and kind emotional intelligence, has completely cured me of being a nervous wreck about dental work. Today, I had 4 composite resin fillings done without any problems and did not need an injection. The nurses there and also the reception staff are highly trained and are all courteous and helpful. I recommend this dental surgery highly and I would never go anywhere else!!

Negative experience: I went to get Invisalign done and it was an all round bad experience and now after the whole situation £1500+ out of pocket! When the mouth guard was delivered they wouldn’t stick on my teeth so he cut the end off and told me to use a nail vile to smooth the sharp edges off, I couldn’t believe it, so unprofessional ! Awful all round, my teeth are worse now as he made gaps in between the teeth saying Invisalign will bring the teeth together… well they didn’t and now I get food stuck in between my teeth often because of his errors ! He also recommended I get a 2 wisdom teeth taken out to help align them which I think was a con to get more money. I wish I would have done more research ! Avoid and go to a professional!

Fantastic experience: I hold Wahab and Museum dental suites in extremely high esteem. I have suffered with a range of life limiting symptoms throughout my head and body, originating from my TMJ's for the past 13years. I've seen many maxillofacial consultants to try to establish the cause of my jaw stress, no answers or progress until seeing Wahab. From the first appt with Wahab I was elated and confident in his finesse & knowledge of TMJ issues & dentistry, passion, attention to detail, professionalism and genuine demeanor. He is also attentive and very patient with my many questions! I broke down in relief and happiness after the first appt. Using his knowledge, skills and advanced tech, he came to the root cause of my jaw symptoms being a bite issue, we're now balancing my bite with removable splints, precisely changing my teeth positions with invisalign and perhaps a final equilibration for the fine tuning. I feel the improvements happening as my teeth move, it's improving my quality of life and calming my mind. I couldn't be happier with the process. I travel for 3hrs 45 each way to see him every few weeks, it's worth every moment. I'm a chiropractor with good knowledge of addressing TMJ issues, in my opinion Wahab is the best in the business and a rare find. I'm enjoying the whole process with the team. Fantastic experience: This is THE BEST dental clinic in London, the level of service is remarkable. I have had a complete smile makeover over the last two years this clinic has been incredibly reliable on all levels. Dr Fabrizio and his assistant Kasha have never failed to make me laugh and I always leave feeling better, on top of the wonderful receptionist Margaret, who is always prompt and ensures I have the best appointments suited to my needs, every time. I had a particularly tricky case because of my jaw alignment and after getting just Invisalign and a few polishes and fillings - my whole smile and alignment has completely changed into perfection (something which I never thought I could have) I know whenever there was something I wanted to fix or change I could always adjust without any problem. Dr Fabrizio always had my comfort, aesthetic and pain free smile as a priority. Fantastic experience: Following two years of orthodontic treatment, I developed painful jaw issues that progressively worsened. While one doctor recommended surgery, Dr. Shakir offered an effective, non-invasive solution. His treatment plan, including a custom moutguard to stabilize my jaw during the night and align my bite, combined with osteopathic care, has greatly helped me, and I have not experienced any jaw blockages ever since. Dr. Shakir is compassionate, trustworthy, and highly knowledgeable in managing TMJ conditions, bringing clarity and reassurance to what can be a complex and intimidating condition. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone dealing with similar jaw issues.

Fantastic experience: I had the most fantastic experience with Dr. Lia Melconian at Museum Dental. After originally seeing Dr. Lia on the NHS in Fulham, I have now followed her over to this beautiful practice opposite the British Museum. Dr. Lia has helped to whiten my smile, and placed 2 veneers in advance of my upcoming wedding. I'm a bit of an anxious patient and Dr. Lia always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Prices are absolutely reasonable by Central London standards, and I hope to return soon for Invisalign treatment to perfect my smile.

Fantastic experience: The Museum Dental Suites team’s availability, warmth, and high-quality care in a very stressful and challenging dental emergency situation was incredible. We were in the city for a short time just days before I had to deliver a presentation at a large conference in Berlin when a crown on a live tooth came loose! Of course, this was on a Saturday evening to boot. In short, the team was able to get us in the next morning, get my crown not just comfortably but securely re-seated for the duration of the trip, literally making it possible to complete our journey safely and happily.

Fantastic experience: I noticed my son had a possible tooth abscess while visiting London so we came here without an appointment and were very pleasantly surprised how great the staff treated us considering we had no appointment. The dentist, Dr. Shakir, was very attentive and made my son feel very comfortable during his examination and X-ray. He gave us an antibiotic prescription and concrete plan going forward. The cherry on top of this whole experience was how affordable the cost was; in the US it would have been easily 2 to 3 times the cost. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This is my favourite dentist. Making appointments is incredibly simple and the people working at the reception are very efficient and welcoming. Dr. Wahab seems to really enjoy his work and has the best interests of his clients in mind. I never felt rushed into any decisions but rather always strongly supported and openly communicated to. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend these guys enough! After a 2 year corer aligner journey that left one tooth higher than the other, I’d gone in not knowing what to expect on a recommendation for composite bonding. Dr Wahab Shakir advised me on what was best for my teeth AND cost effective (for a public sector worker!) and I Ieft with a fixed retainer which I wanted eventually and straighter teeth!! He and his dental nurse Iyat were such a lovely team, warm welcoming and honestly a joy of a dental experience. I assure anyone who use them, you will not be disappointed. Fantastic experience: When a sudden toothache interrupted my London trip, I had the good fortune to be referred to Dr. Wahab Shakir. He was exceptionally through, identified the problem(s), and provided me with an action plan (report and x-rays) to convey to my dentist back in the States. He also prescribed the really helpful medication I needed for my flight home. He truly was a godsend, and I am most grateful!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Wahab enough. I have always been terrified of the dentist and he is the solution. I actually enjoy the dentist now - he takes the time and care to ensure I am never ever in any pain - (it seems my teeth are particularly sensitive to pain) which means I need more than the normal amount of pain injections and more than the normal amount of time for the drugs to take effect. He is caring and patient and I am 100% confident that he will not do ANYTHING until he and I am sure I cannot feel a thing. Last time I was so happy and relaxed I nearly fell asleep during treatment. I was told about the Museum dental suites and how welcoming and friendly they all are, so I booked an appointment with Jack the hygienist and WOW! Negative experience: Went to see Dr.Yianns last week to have my veneer re-cemented as it unfortunately came off after 1 year. Due to the fear of it possibly happening again I have completely avoided biting into anything with that teeth. Sadly it’s only been 1 week and that same veneer has come off. That is most definitely too soon for a veneer that has just been re-cemented. As mentioned i avoided biting into anything, therefore it is evident the cement/bonding used was either not done correctly or poor quality. Extremely disappointed. Waste of my time and money.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing clinic. A team is a group of high-level specialists and polite, funny, and friendly people. Everyone is just simply nice and full of empathy - what we need in these years!I have been seeing in the past by Dr Yiannis who helped me with my very painful tooth infection. Since that moment he is a Dr I have always contacted for tooth problems, he is just the most trustworthy doctor I have ever met. Yesterday, I was seeing by Dr Fabrizio, he just SAVED me from horrendous tooth pain I was dealing with recently over 2 days. I could not find any help in NI emergency they were just sending me from one place to another. Since I called and explained my problem, the clinic Manager- a lovely person- organised my appointment with doctor Fabrizio for the next day. He did a great job I feel like new now and finally I don't feel pain like before. The prices are fair and suitable for everyone. Fantastic experience: Stumbled across the practice after a Google search for emergency dentists. Called yesterday and went in today. I was very impressed with the service received. Friendly reception/dental nurses too. Have been in agony with a crown infection for a few days and my dentist today was great. Very professional, communicated the problem clearly and provided a remedy. Thank you Ioannis. My usual dentist cannot see me until next week. So Museum Dental Suites definitely came to the rescue. Will be using their services again going forward.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Wahab and his team enough. I have been going here for 3 years for dental check ups and the odd filling. All have been completed flawlessly including some rather tricky fillings at the back of my month. Even better they offer early morning and evening appointments which fits in with my schedule. I have recently completed Invisalign treatment. Unlike other quotes I got, Wahab was honest from the start, saying I only needed liners on the lower set of teeth and provided great care and advice from start to finish, despite a gap due to COVID-19. I am beyond delighted with the results! If you are looking for a great, detail orientated dentist with integrity and a sense of humour Museum Dental Suites is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: This review is for Wohab: a truly fantastic dentist almost impossible to replace in London. Wohab is extremely detail-oriented and will truly spend considerable time and energy in satisfying his customers and providing excellent care. Always happy to answer ALL questions even when confronted with customers like me who tend to question a lot I have never met a dentist like Wohab and it seemed an impossible task in London as many dentists are just into sales and maximising profits with poor ethics! Wohab is the opposite: efficient, honest, impeccable and committed. He has a lot of passion for his profession which clearly shows in his work and the overall experience he provides. Negative experience: I may have been very unlucky, as most reviews I see are positive, but my experience was terrible. 2 years ago I had to find urgently a dentist as I was in pain. I went to Museum Dental Suites and after trying to do a filling, which diodn't solve the issue I had to go back for a root canal treatment. 1 year later I go to another dentist as I am having some discomfort on the same tooth. They tell me that the root canal is not properly done and is very clear that hasn't been done by an specialist. As this was a very expensive treatment I wanted to have a second opinion before doing anything so I went to a different dentist who confirmed exactly the same and recommended to do the root canal again. So in the end I had to have the root canal done again, this time with an specialist, and pay a second time for a very expensive treatment. I would definitely avoid this clinic, especially for anything other than a regular checkup or maybe a simple treatment. They are also on the higher end of the pricing bracket which don't deserve at all.

I have an, um, interesting set of teeth and usually dread dental visits but the experience was way, way better than I could have even hoped. Can see why so many 5 star reviews. Almost - not quite - looking forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: I have been undertaking a cosmetic treatment (Invisalign) for around eight months here, off the back of a recommendation of a friend who had the same treatment. The professionalism and perfectionism with which my treatment was delivered was outstanding, as was the general service and were all of the staff I encountered. My dentist Dr. Wahab Shakir was particularly great, with a friendly, reassuring manner and an eye for detail. He always went above and beyond, without ever being asked. I'm now almost at the end of my treatment and couldn't be more pleased with how treatment has gone. Given the service and end result I'd also consider it excellent value for money. Keep up the good work Museum Dental Suites!

Fantastic experience: Firstly what a great dentist, all the staff were friendly and very helpful as this was my first time here. I had called for an emergency appointment due to a sudden cracked tooth and Dr Wahab Shakir despite the end of day fast approaching (30 minutes till close) he said he would see me. The treatment was not straight forward due to the crack but Dr Shakir after a lengthy time managed to save the tooth/restore it and prevent what I believe most dentists would have done which install a crown - Thank you! Highly recommend this dentist and service and I am grateful for not only seeing me within an hour but also staying passed closing time and finally for doing a Stella job.

Marios, my dentist is extremely patient and cares about your dental care and the service you receive. Just received my new dentures and they have been done to a very high standard and am very pleased. I have nothing but praise for the staff and the treatment/service I received.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever hands down. Least painful and least scary experiences here (I'm usually really scared of going to the dentist, and even find the initial anaesthetic injection painful) - they really care about the patient, and making sure you're comfortable, results are also fab. Seriously can't imagine a better dentist!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for emergency appointment as I thought my tooth is loose. I was scared and desperatly trying to find dentist in late afternoon. Dr Wahab Shakir answer the phone and his kind and caring voice calmed me down and he said he can see my right away to ease my worry. Fantastic experience: Very happy got panoramic x ray here today as this facility is not available at my local dentist easy transportation opp british museum very professional staff and understanding when i was unavoidably delayed on my way to the appointment said to come along an take my time gave me time to catch my breath before getting my x ray then forwarded the image to me by e mail immediately afterwards lovely surgery calming knowlegeable staff who put me at ease many thanks gail colville

Fantastic experience: I won’t be getting my dental work done by anyone else ever again now that I have finally found a dentist that I can trust. Not only does Dr Wahab Shakir explain everything to me as he’s going along, he also welcomes my opinion and really takes on-board what I say. For so many years I’ve been worryingly ignorant about what is being done to my teeth, now I’m finally clued up and part of the conversation, thanks to Dr Shakir. There’s still a long way to go to get my teeth perfect, but I have complete confidence that Dr Shakir will do everything to achieve the very best for me. He’s superb.

Kind reception, very comfortable and well equipped dental suite, right diagnosis and emergency treatment including medication let me continue with my vacation trip without any problem. Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment (I think it was pretty much next day after I chipped my tooth - although it was a dead tooth anyway, so wasn't in any pain while waiting). The dentist gave me options (either to recover the tooth with permanent filling or a better long term solution of a crown, especially due to my tooth circumstances and history). Went for the crown option and had a temporary filling on that day to temporary restore the tooth while was waiting for the next appointment. Went through a few appointments and I think this is the best crown I ever had. Thank you. P.S. Also special thanks to my dental insurance, otherwise I would be broke. :)

Fantastic experience: Very professional and flexible service. They are open late in the evenings and at weekends which is really convenient. Despite not being a patient before, I was able to make an appointment online for the same day. I had several appointments with Dr. Christos Theocharides to sort out a number of issues that I had left for a long time. I am fairly nervous of visiting the dentist, but Christos made me feel completely at ease. He explained the treatments and options clearly and gave me as much choice as possible. I felt that the pricing was fair and reflected the considerable skill and care that were taken. I will continue to see Christos as he has made me overcome my fear of dental treatment!

Fantastic experience: An amazing experience from the first telephone call with the gentleman over the phone to the first appointment with an amazing dentist and assistant! Having tried so many dentists and them all stating the wrong treatments or not caring and doing a quick job.
