Fantastic experience: If 2026 is the year is the year you decide to have your teeth fixed then I can highly recommend Taylored Dental Care. I was extremely anxious and embarrassed about the condition of my teeth, the team were understanding, patient and as gentle as possible. Seven months later and countless visits and my teeth are fixed and self confidence returning . Thank you for all your hard work

Negative experience: In experienced dentists that can't do the work. Office manager that writes emails demanding I pay more money after their temp filling fell out after 12 hrs. Now want me to pay £65 to be referred to different dental practice because they cant do the work. No one to takes responsibility, just a money grabbing machine. No care no customer service just money so watch out and hold on to your money if your not happy coz you won't get it back.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic dentist. I would recommend anyone who hasnt got a dentist or needs to change this is the one people need to go to I mean everyone in there are so lovely and friendly and so caring for their patients simply the best

Fantastic experience: Started treatment here a good few months ago , after over 30 years of fear of the dentists which bordered on phobia . Top class treatment administered by top class people , everyone from reception through to dental nurse and Dr.Rosina Cutler . Never thought that I could ever get through the treatment , but the care taken by them all has been second to none . Fantastic experience: Rosina and all the staff are very professional and go out of their way to make sure your at ease throughout the treatment - I would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: My dentist was fine and the receptionists too but the practice has a ruthless streak. I cancelled two appointments due to illness by leaving voice messages on their answerphone hours before the surgery was due to open, and mine were both midday appointments. This was plenty of time for them to fill my time slots. Anyway My Dentist dismissed me from their practice. It seems you are not allowed to be ill these days.

Fantastic experience: Where visits to the dentist are concerned I am extremely nervous. In the past this has meant I have avoided any kind of dental care which obviously isn’t good. Having seen adverts for Taylored Dental Care in Wibsey Bradford, and the promise of treating patients sympathetically, I made an appointment. I’ve been going now for a number of years and can say that I’ve had the best experience. All the staff are incredibly caring, trustworthy and listen to and manage my anxieties and concerns. Unbelievably to me, I’m in a position now where I don’t have any worries or anxiety before my appointments. My dentist is the lovely Rosina and I have also had care from Charlotte Helliwell. Both are great and all the staff (reception, assistants) are fantastic. I’m posting this in the hope that it will help someone who has the same anxiety for the dentist that I used to have. If you do, I strongly recommend that you use Taylored Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Charlotte at the wibsey branch this afternoon I am a terrified patient when it comes to going to the dentist Charlotte took care whilst getting me ready for the clean numbed all the top of my mouth and made me feel really relaxed came out of the dentist with the best clean I have ever had thank you so much Charlotte and your Dental nurse you are both a credit to Taylored dental care Also thanks to the new reception girl she is fantastic. Fantastic experience: I'm a very nervous patient so when I have to visit the dentist I always have to prepare myself but Rosina and the team always talk me through what's the best course of action and puts me at ease with no messing or prolonging the outcome needed.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team at Taylored Dental Care in Wibsey that dealt with me. Being a person with massive phobias of anything to do with dentists i can clearly say that the whole team put me at ease. From the first consultation a treatment plan was put together for what was required to be done as well as options for the ways to carry out the treatment. One option I took was sedation for tooth extraction which was a massive help for me, also on cavity fillings they gave me earphones to listen to music to drown out the sound. My treatment plan has now come to an end and this was only possible by how at ease they all made me feel. A great touch at the end of my treatment plan was that I received a plant from them and a card to say thank you for putting my trust into them. In all honesty I should have been the one who gave them a gift to say thank you for how they treated me. I would recommend that anybody who has a phobia about dentists like I had should reach out to the team at Taylored Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: A great big thank you to the Keighley Branch for seeing me at short notice when I dislodged a temporary crown . As a nervous dental patient I have finally plucked up the courage to have some much needed dental work done. This particular tooth is causing quite a few issues as it has been sadly neglected by myself . When I phoned for an appointment at Idle there was nothing available as Kat was off ( everyone's allowed time off ) I got myself so worked up with the thought of having to go over the weekend but the girls on reception were superb. They went over and above to try and sort something out, even though I was both upset and unstable on the phone . After three phone calls they had me booked in at Keighley and the staff were staying late to accommodate the appointment. I saw Richard ( I hope I'm right with this as I was still in a tiz) who was calm , professional, took his time and made me feel safe sat in the dreaded chair Thank you to you all for your understanding and professionalism today. Fantastic experience: I am extremely nervous about visiting a dentist and put off doing so until I had no choice, due to a tooth infection and severe toothache. Rosina and her team were so kind and considerate, Rosina explained all my options and went with what made me feel comfortable. I felt a lot more confident in having treatment and ended up having root canal treatment, a filling and two crowns. Rosina and her team made me feel safe and in control which made all the difference. I was assured after my £4000 pound package all would be included in my treatment, only to find out I've been charged at least a £100 since. Fantastic experience: I changed to Taylored Dental just over a year ago due to my previous practice not giving the the required treatment that i needed. i found out on my first check up at taylored dental that i needed a lot of work, so over the last year I've had all the treatment done, now happy. My experience with the team was very professional from the first day, Amy (receptionist) is amazing at explaining things and makes you feel welcomed, my dentist (Rosina) totally a diamond, very professional explains about the procedures before starting on the day, this makes you feel restful. Fantastic experience: I had my new patient appointment today with Rosina after many years of not going to the dentist. She was extremely kind and really took her time with me, understanding how worried I was. I thought I was the most worried person on earth when it came to the dentist but I was reassured that many patients who come to taylored dental care feel the same way. She walked me through every step of what she was doing and really helped me feel at ease giving me time to have a breather if I needed it. Fantastic experience: I have just finished having all of my remaining teeth removed due to their condition and how loose they were. I have now just had my new dentures fitted. As a person who was terrified of the thought of having all of my teeth being removed, I found the whole thing very easy as the staff were absolutely brilliant in putting me at ease. The whole process was done without any discomfort at all. The fitting of my temporary dentures were fitted with exceptional care been given. Fantastic experience: I honestly don’t know how to put into words how grateful I am to have come across Taylored Dental Care, I have suffered many years with dental phobia, the anxiety of going made me physically sick! The day I plucked up the courage to speak to them and arrange a smile consultation was the best decision I have ever made, from the first appointment (shaking, teary & feeling sick) I was instantly made to feel at ease by Fiona the lovely receptionist, I then saw Rosina who talked me through every step and we set up a dental treatment plan, took xrays etc. I honestly feel at ease every time I go, I don’t worry the night before or the day of the appointment, I have had a fair few appointments and just finished my first treatment plan, and the next treatment plan for whitening will be starting shortly and we will see what’s next. Fantastic experience: After a traumatic experience a few years ago i was too afraid to go to a dentist, however after needing an extraction, i managed to find this dentist and i am so glad i did. As soon as i entered all the staff were kind and very understanding. There was no feeling of being rushed and i was able to settle in my own time. Fantastic experience: After suffering from a dental phobia for over 15 years, Taylored Dental Care @ Wibsey helped me over come my fears. All the staff are kind, caring and patient. I have had extensive dental work, all pain free and the dentist Rosina and the dental nurse Becky are wonderful and so understanding. Fiona the receptionist is also wonderful, helpful and even phoned me for a few weeks to see how I was after my extractions.... she is a calming voice on the phone and so helpful. Negative experience: Been ringing 3 days in a row consistently and just been supposedly that busy that the receptionist can't answer the phone but they will take 100 pounds from you and never answer u back when u try ringing them. Theives is what I call them, there are way better denists in bradford than this one and they don't steal

Fantastic experience: Lost a filling and broke some of my tooth, while being 36 weeks pregnant. Called up the Wibsey branch to see if I could get an emergency appointment to get the tooth filled, as it was very sensitive and painful while eating and drinking. The staff there were super helpful trying to fit me in last minute, so I didn’t have to wait over the weekend. The team managed to get me in at 9am and I was seen and my tooth filled within 20 mins. Excellent service! Great staff. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Went over and above the original remit when fixing a front chipped tooth, took the time to remould the original and the tooth that side that overlapped the chipped. Now both look to be inline and straight.

Fantastic experience: As someone who’s spent basically my entire life being terrified of going to the dentist I can’t recommend Taylored Dental Care enough. Everyone has been very professional but also down to earth and genuinely nice. I have had quite a lot of work done so far and there’s more left to go but during all of this I haven’t felt a thing. I’ll never go anywhere else. A definite 5/5. The only regret I have is that I hadn’t gone sooner.

Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive about my appointment today due to new procedure's for covid 19. Everything was explained in advance about how to gain entry, temperature check's and payments. My concerns were totally unnecessary my Dentist explained everything even about the extra protection he needed when drilling. The Dentist and dental nurse made me feel totally relaxed, and as always pain free. Keep doing what you are doing, keeping our teeth healthy and us all safe.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing dentist, i get my self so worked up before i even get there that I end up been a mess before I’ve even started, I’ve never been made to feel as comfortable as i did today, from the welcome on reception to the treatment from Mr. Hussain i was made to feel at ease as everything was explained during the treatment AND it was pain free and i don’t know what i was worried about. I would definitely recommend Thanks so much guys! What a great team!

Fantastic experience: I've read the reviews on here for all the practices both good and bad and wanted to share my experience for those debating. I have had a dental phobia since being a child. I remember the days being dragged kicking and screaming up the stairs and pinned to the chair to have the gas mask. It still haunts me now. For the past 15 years I've only visited a dentist in extreme pain and that was shaking and crying hysterically. One day it happened again. I thought about going to nhs emergency, paying £22 to get sorted but having to wait days, probably travelling and not knowing if the dentist would empathise or just get me in and out. Googling dental phobia I came across this place. I rang up and the receptionist informed me they could see me within the hour. Half an hour that lovely person spent listening to me crying on the phone I was that scared. I went to my appointment crying, shaking, clinging to my coat in the corner. The care and compassion that dentist showed me was nothing like I've had before. Waiting until I had calmed to have a look, taking everything slow and explaining everything. Reassuring me at every point. When I left I was calm and couldnt believe how relaxed I felt! I booked a new patient consultation straight away. My teeth were a mess and for my health I had to have it sorted. A treatment plan was created but I wanted to know exactly what would be done and build my confidence a little so I had plenty of contact with the staff first to really get it clear in my head. A payment plan was set up as they do that option too which is perfect for me as I dont have a high paid job or anything or a lot of money spare each month with 3 children (2 teens). I have gone from that shaking quivering wreck to going for fillings without a tear. Am I still nervous? Absolutely. Still panic. So much so I'm having some treatment done under sedation. But they even tried talking me out of it saying I could do it without so it isnt all about money. But the panic is slowly reducing thanks to them. Is it more than NHS private dentists? Yes. Is it worth it? Well so far I've found absolutely it is. For nervous patients who really want to smile. There is no rush, they listen to you, they calm you, reassure you. And u pay it off monthly. As in everything, you pay for the care and the service. The receptionist even sat and played with my son while I got checked so he didnt have to see my nerves. And he absolutely loved it! I cannot wait to see my end result in a matter of weeks. And I will writing another review once it is all complete. I am all about honesty so what I say is my truth, good or bad! From my appointments so far I feel that this dentist has a patient for life in me, because for me it is about the care and compassion and excellent dentistry too of course. They tick every box. I really would recommend this place for anyone who's nervous and terrified like I am! I cannot recommend highly enough!

I have been visiting this particular practice for 45 years and was hoping the exceptional care I had always received over the many years, would remain when taken over a few years ago by Taylored Dental Care.
