Fantastic experience: So I emailed the practice Sunday night to ask for an appointment. I have a broken tooth and I am in pain. Immediate reply offering me an appointment first thing tomorrow. I am a nervous patient and within 15 minutes Monday morning my broken tooth is removed with compassion great care and skill. Wow. Unbelievable. You will not find better. Fantastic experience: I came to Craig Dental following an emergency treatment at Brecon Hospital and a consult at another dentist where they said I needed an implant (they pushed for me to sign up to the costs straight-away even though I was obviously distressed and couldn't afford it). I'd heard some good things about Craig Dental, so went there for a second opinion. Mr Raees, the dentist, advised me that a root canal plus crown would be an option, he also took time to explain the process and gave me time to ask any questions. This is the route we've gone, and the work is now complete and looks really tidy. I was nervous initially, but know that the team at Craig Dental will look after me and feel better about dental treatment again.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing- I originally went to this dentist for an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction as my original dentist in Brecon couldn’t fit me in for weeks and I was desperate to get it out.. i got me an appointment at craigdental, he examined me and managed to take it out there and then, I am now signed with them as they give amazing service, explains all the procedures that needs to be done! and are very professional. I suffer with a lot of anxiety when it comes to dentists but they manage to make the experience a lot easier.. higher recommend

Fantastic experience: I phoned with toothache and was told to pop over and the dentist would have a look as soon as he could. He saw me in his lunch break, did an x-ray, confirmed an infection and gave me a prescription for antibiotics, all within an hour of phoning. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Craig Dental after experiencing some issues with my denture, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Despite needing an appointment on short notice, Dr. Tanzeem and his team were incredibly accommodating. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was warm, friendly, and highly professional. During our visit, my partner had some moles removed by Mihaela, a member of Dr. Tanzeem’s team, and the results were nothing short of amazing. The procedure was entirely pain-free, and she removed 10 moles in just about 20 minutes. Mihaela mentioned that she has extensive training specifically in this area, along with medical training and other qualifications, which was evident in the care and precision she provided. We highly recommend her as well. The practice is located in a great area, easy to find, and the facility itself is spotless, equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Dr. Tanzeem's expertise was evident not only in his pain-free intervention but also in the numerous diplomas displayed throughout the practice, underscoring his extensive training and dedication to his field. The results of my visit were marvellous, and I never thought I would say this, but I genuinely look forward to returning. If you're in need of dental care, I highly recommend Craig Dental. Fantastic experience: I am very happy about the service provided to me by Craig dental. I was in a lot of pain when I first made an appointment and it was an emergency appointment. I was not already registered there because I was registered with an NHS dentist but because I cancelled my previous appointment they had unregistered me. But Craig dental saw me the same day and they cured my toothache. They seem kind and sympathetic as well as expert and professional. I felt confident in their care and went on to have a procedure. I was worried about it beforehand but I shouldn't have been because it was not uncomfortable. The dentist was reassuring and explained what was going to happen. I actually felt that it was quite awesome with all these tools as I could see them going into my mouth. I felt listened to and understood and the dentist asked me if I had questions and warned me about how I would feel afterwards and about risks.

Fantastic experience: I had a zirconium crown retightened on an Osstem implant which had been installed elsewhere. The orthodontist who I saw spent time ensuring that exposing the screw head did not compromise the crown’s integrity or cause future problems. This operation took a little while but the orthodontist was patient, professional and achieved a successful outcome, which I am more than happy with. Not many orthodontists will ‘take on’ implant work which has been carried out elsewhere, but Craig Dental saw me almost immediately and solved my problem. I am very grateful and hope to make them my dentist for the future.
