Fantastic experience: I want to say a big thank you to my dentist, Dr. Anne Vilgers, for taking such wonderful care of me during my treatment today. I had a large filling that had fallen out — it was done over 20 years ago — and during my initial consultation, Dr. Vilgers clearly explained all the treatment options, aiming to preserve the tooth’s original shape and colour. Today, during the filling appointment, Dr. Vilgers and her assistant Lizy were incredibly patient and kind. As a very nervous patient, I really appreciated the way they talked me through every step of the process and even gave me a stress ball to hold, which helped me stay calm. Amazingly, I didn’t even need any numbing — the treatment was smooth, gentle, and I felt relaxed the entire time. A special thanks as well to Toya, who prepared me before I was called in. She was so calm and reassuring, and really helped set the tone for what turned out to be a genuinely positive experience. Thank you all for your support, care, and professionalism — I truly appreciate it!

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Middle Lane Dental enough. Maya and her team were so kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. I went in for a check-up and ended up needing a filling. I don't like injections AT ALL ! but Maya was so skilful, I barely noticed it was done. I also had a cracked tooth that was sorted quickly and smoothly on a follow-up visit. Really grateful for the care - professional, reassuring, and reasonably priced. Fantastic experience: Just had my first ever hygienist appointment here at Middle Lane Dental with hygienist Izzet and he was so nice and welcoming and comforted me throughout the whole procedure. The receptionist and assistant were also very kind and warming. Mr Izzet has been the best hygienist I have ever had and i recommend everyone to come to this dental. My teeth feel so clean, smooth and fresh and all the staining around my braces are completely gone. Fantastic experience: Middle Lane Dental Practice is the BEST Dental Practice I have experienced in the UK. Everyone is super nice and very helpful from the receptionists (thanks Toya) to all of the lovely and diverse staff (I see you Elizabeth, thanks for keeping me laughing--no gas required!) They take both NHS and Private patients. The Dentists are very kind and knowledgeable with great skill. Fantastic experience: We have visited Middle Lane Dental for the first time today with my 4 year old son. From the moment we entered we were greeted by very friendly female who directed us downstairs to wait for our appointment. Our appointment was right on time without any delays. Dr Anne and her assistant made us feel very welcomed and made my son very comfortable without any fear for his dental check up. On our way out my son was spoiled with 3 stickers for being a good patient which made him super happy. Highly recommend and we will be back to see you again in 6 months

Fantastic experience: Friendly, helpful staff and a clean environment. Accompanied an emergency appointment and it was handled pretty swiftly both on the phone when booking, and with only a minor wait at the surgery for a previous patient to finish treatment. The dentist was reportedly excellent, with a caring attitude, clear explanation of issues and costs, and worked swiftly and safely. All other staff were very polite. Note that at least some of the surgeries are in the basement, which might be a little strange to some. A follow up edit may come when the second appointment has been made.

Positive experience: Initially, I found the clinic to be efficient and straightforward. Got an appointment, went there, got my x-rays and everything else. I was supposed to go back for a filling: first time they cancelled; okay no problem. But the tooth was hurting, so they gave me an appointment for the following week. That also got cancelled. And when I tried to call (few minutes after I received the notification), nobody answered. Hopefully it's not like that for everyone, but I decided to go elsewhere.
Fantastic experience: Maya is so good. She totally understood my phobia about going to the dentist and was so careful with me. I have been going to her for 17 years and would not go to anyone else!

Fantastic experience: I have always had very good experiences here. Both dentists that I’ve had here have been excellent, and I was pleased with the prices and the results. I trust them here; they are very good at their jobs, and friendly to boot. The prices always seem fair. They are a small office, so make sure to make your appointments well in advance (especially after the pandemic) but to me, this effort is worth it to use this office. Plus, I love that it’s local.
