Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Sarum Dental Practice, they have been superb throughout my many years with this dental practice. I want to give special feedback to Kyle and his dental nurses who have looked after me so well during my recent long duration treatment. Kyle goes the extra mile to ensure every aspect of my treatment is stress and pain free, so going to the dentist is actually enjoyable. All the staff at the practice are so lovely, and in times when I have needed treatment urgently (toothache) they have always seen me rapidly, which is so reassuring. So 10/10 to Sarum Dental!

I moved to Salisbury and joined Sarum Dental, and my fear genuinely dissipated from my first appointment. The atmosphere is lovely as soon as you walk in, and everyone is really friendly. No-one makes you feel guilty about your eating habits or any problems with your teeth, and the staff are all knowledgable and approachable. I see the dentist and hygienist regularly and they all seem genuine and lovely. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough (and have done so to family!) and have registered my toddler so they grow up with a positive dental experience. She has had one mini appointment so far and the staff were absolutely brilliant with her. Thank you, Sarum Dental, for completely changing my view of the dentist <3

Fantastic experience: I've been receiving treatment at Sarum Dental Practice for the last year after a long period of neglecting the dentist. Raj has been excellent in identifying problem teeth and working out treatment plans, and I'm more than happy with the fillings/crown that have been fitted. As a private patient I've been able to book appointments at very short notice which is a breath of fresh air after years of NHS dental care. Definitely worthy of five stars!

Fantastic experience: Nobody actually likes going to the dentist, nobody would describe it as a pleasure. However, Raj Mehta and his team at Sarum Dental Practice get as close to making it a pleasure as it’s possible to get. With a very friendly reception, a highly professional and informative hygienist and state of the art dental equipment everywhere. I recently endured the lengthy procedure of a dental implant….I hardly noticed what was happening, I was far too involved in the fascinating wildlife program playing on the television conveniently located in the ceiling above the chair. Oh yes, not a pleasure, but ever so close.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend this place enough! If you are someone who has a genuine phobia of the dentist then this is your place to go. I spent 10 years not visiting a dentist due to being so scared but after having a tooth that was persistently hurting I knew I needed to go. After finding this place (from reading previous great reviews) I decided to book my appointment and I am so glad I did as from start to finish the whole process was just amazing! No judgement, no feeling of discomfort or feeling awkward, just full support from everyone. I was seen by Fran and she is honestly amazing! From first sitting in her chair and crying due to how anxious I was, to then not even 24 hours later having a filling and a tooth abstraction due to abscess, she was so reassuring, caring and reassured me the whole way. I have a few more appointments to go until my teeth are in the best health but I now no longer fear going to the dentist and I am actually looking forward to my 2 appointments which is crazy considering less than 48 hours ago I was petrified! This place is honestly amazing and I would recommend it to anyone, especially people who may be anxious or scared of visiting the dentist. Thank you so much again you really have changed my life!

Fantastic experience: I have to admit dentists have always scared me since I was a little girl as they had always given me great pain, bleeding, receptionists unhelpful. Except for Mr James whose practice was on the corner of Hamilton Road and Castle Road in Salisbury. When he was no longer able to practice I tried a variety of dentists and my fears grew again. When I found Sarum Dental Practice again and Raj and his lovely assistant my confidence in dentists began to grow. I had a first ever extraction today and it was quick, pain-free and a total non-event due to how calmly and expertly Neal carried out the procedure.

Fantastic experience: I was in excruciating pain with a dodgy molar so called up sarum dental surgery for a one off appointment to hopefully sort the tooth. I got through to Lynn one of the receptionist, I couldn't believe how understanding and kind she was, She got me an appointment for that day, It's been a long while since I'd been to a dentist so I was understandably terrified!!! Customer care and satisfaction have always been the top priority and it is clear that the very latest techniques are employed not just for patient comfort and well-being but the very best outcome for their dental health and hygiene. Some techniques are truly amazing these days which imparts a most impressive realisation that the days of endless fearful drilling, fright, pain and dread are very much things of the old days in the dim and distant past. It still surpises me how such high quality dental care can be achieved so effectively and so easily - and I'd not felt a thing. Dental care has come a very long way. I was really worried about the outcome of my teeth thanks to prior dentists messing up SIGH, But Sarum dental were so helpful and did such an incredible job and were realistic about everything! Fantastic experience: Sarum dental practice is professional and efficient. I have absolute confidence in Neal's professional dental skills and abilities. I always feel relaxed because of this, and also because of the friendly atmosphere which starts at reception and is evident with all of the staff one encounters at the practice including Sally, the hygienist. Fantastic experience: At 64 my teeth were quite stained and there was some crowding particularly to my bottom teeth with one chipped tooth overlapping another. I now have straight white teeth and even the chipped tooth is level. I was hesitant at first but the treatment wasn’t that inconvenient and I’m very pleased with the result.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Lister House since I was a child, I have recently had Invisalign and I’m so impressed with the results. Admittedly it is pricey but I strongly believe you get what you pay for. From start to finish Neil Mehta was brilliant as was all the staff at Lister, everything was explained clearly about the process and anything I wanted adjusting or changing was never a problem. I would highly recommend having Invisalign it’s has given me so much confidence. And having the experienced staff on hand any time is an added extra to put your mind at rest.

Fantastic experience: I phoned last Monday 1 August 22 to try and get an emergency appointment, they managed to get me in on Wednesday prescribed some antibiotics. Just returned home from having a tooth extraction no pain during the procedure. Needless to say I am now on there books. From the first phone call to walking out of the clinic this afternoon all the staff are purely professional in there approach I would thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone Thank You Andy Walters

Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for years because the thought of it terrified me (probably due to having not great experiences as a child), I've been to Sarum Dental Practice a number of times in the last 3 months to finally sort out my teeth! Everyone I have interacted with has been so pleasant and welcoming and has put me completely at ease to the point where I could comfortably say that I'm not "scared" of going to the dentist anymore! Navdeep in particular is so approachable and explains everything to me as she goes, and I trust her completely which really makes everything so much more pleasant. Honestly cannot fault the service and treatment I receive here.

Fantastic experience: Had some dislocated teeth so I went to see the dentist. Im really anxious about any kind of theeth treatments but they were all lovely and helpful from the first time I stepped in. Offered me an invisalign treatment which also contained lots of appointments, theeth scanning, all the invisalign trays, retainers, and even a home whitening kit. I went for it because I trusted his advices. And today I finished my trays and just got my retainer and whitening kit. Ohh man, my teeth look amazing all in place and I'm ready for the red carpet if it is needed. Thank you so much Neal Mehta for your patience and great job. If you thinking to have braces I suggest to go for invisalign, it is worth the hustle.
