Fantastic experience: I saw Prya and Sophie yesterday I am a very anxious when I go to the dentist but Prya and Sophie were very patient with me. Very caring and made sure I was at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. Sophie held my hand all through my procedure. Thankyou Prya and Sophie. Highly recommend if you are an anxious patient these two will look after you. After care is also amazing

Fantastic experience: On Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th November 2025 Tracey (my wife) was seen by Priya and her dental nurse Sophie. Priya explained all the procedures to her. Tracey had a tooth extracted and this was the gentlest removal she has had. Excellent care.

This private treatment lark is definitely biased in favour of the dentists' bank balances and not on patient care! Today I got excellent private work done in Peterborough at a fraction of the price I was quoted by this practice! Shop around and don't get fleeced!

Fantastic experience: My daughter went for a filling yesterday and had to have injections in her gums. She's never had these before. And was quite concerned. The dentist she saw was anna and the nurse who was with her keligh i seriously cannot thank them enough. They were excellent. They looked after my daughter made her feel at ease. Both Anna and Kayleigh knew exactly how each other worked. And knew, exactly what was needed. They were so good with my daughter. I seriously cannot thank them enough. A big thank you to you both it can't be easy when you're trying to calm children down. But you had all the patients in the world.it doesn't matter how old or young you are no one likes going to the dentist but being with kayleigh and Anna made the experience pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I had a Hygenist appointment with Stella this afternoon, I explained how sensitive my teeth are and my battle with gum disease, she was incredibly gentle cleaning my teeth and I can honestly say it's the first time in nearly 30 years that having them cleaned hasn't brought me to tears. I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Have been here for years more than happy, but recently our child had an appointment with Ana and she was incredible. Our son would not enter the room as it was a different room and different person, but Ana came out to him, sat in the waiting room with him, talked him through everything that was going to happen. She was just so patient and kind and really left me with a smile. We went again to her and Katy and they were both just amazing. The difference people like this make to childrens experience really does set them apart. Thanks both. You are awesome!

Fantastic experience: I can't praise Vandana, her dental nurse Reda and the reception team, specifically Jo and Vicky, enough. I've experienced an unlucky run of painful dental issues over the last 6 months, necessitating extractions, replacement fillings and root canal surgery. Upon phoning on each occasion with pain, I've been spoken to kindly and appointments have been arranged promptly. Vandana and Reda have even eaten into their lunch hours (forgive the pun) once or twice, in order to help me. All the work I've needed, has been undertaken in a very professional and sympathetic manner. I'm extremely grateful for all this care, especially as I also have a difficult health condition to contend with. A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL.

Negative experience: I’m beyond frustrated with Bourne Dental Practice. My children have been waiting years to be seen by a dentist—only for the appointment to be cancelled. And now, we’ve been told we’ll have to wait another four months. That’s completely unacceptable. Children should not have to wait over a year for basic dental care, and then be told to wait even longer. The system here is broken. When I expressed my concerns to staff on the phone, I was accused of being rude, even though I was simply giving honest feedback about the unacceptable delays. My frustration is expected given the years of waiting but instead of reassuring me, the receptionist went quiet, and when I asked about appointment times, she replied in a dismissive tone and with a little laugh on the side, claiming she was “still looking for appointments” while offering no communication at all. Now that was rude and very poor customer service. At this point, I will not be returning to this practice for myself. I honestly wish there is another dental practice in Bourne that values patients and understands the urgency of children’s health needs. If you’re looking for timely care and professional communication, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Bourne Dental Practice is certainly NOT the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Attended today for an extraction. Priya was excellent, as always, very pleasant and professional. Priyas assistant too was a lovely lady who put me at ease during the procedure. Fantastic experience: Nicholas Maxey and his lovely nurse made a procedure I was dreading, both bearable and pain free. I’m now well on my way to getting my smile back and can’t thank them enough. UPDATE I now have my new bridge and it looks amazing, I can’t believe how easy and pain free the whole process was. I wish I had done this a few years ago, as this has given me my confidence back. People are often judged by their teeth, having lovely teeth now I feel I can smile and laugh, without holding my hand in front of my face. Fantastic experience: I had my appointment with Dr Gulzar Khan , He was really kind person and well know because of his abilities of treatment at this Dental Clinic and Dental Nurse with Dr Khan was really nice and supportive and the way Dr Khan done the treatment shows his personal attention towards his patients and made all easy for me . I have been recommended by one of my close friend and I drove to Bourne from London just because of their specialties and their expertise . When I came to reception, everyone welcomed me smiling and everyone were very friendly , I felt very relaxed and everyone seemed caring and looking after in the clinic Everyone in this clinic are Brilliant and experienced, outstanding customer care and support , Dental hygiene are Brilliant I would give 7 start if there is any option . My wife and I recently had to make appointments to have our teeth checked out and the service you provided was absolutely first class. From the friendly lady on reception who changed our bookings so we could both attend at the same day and time to the professional service from Gulzar Khan and his nurses, we have both been very impressed. Mr. Khan went out of his way to answer all our questions and explain in detail what was happening during the treatment. My experience with a white tooth filling was outstanding. I've had many fillings over the years and what Gulzar provided was the best experience. No pain, a little discomfort during the procedure as expected, and a perfect replacement tooth - and all in an appointment booked just 24 hours after the original appointment to diagnose the problem. Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extraction today with Elaine and Sam her dental nurse. I have a fear of dental procedures going back to horrendous experiences as a child . Adding to this I have developed a fairly recent fear of choking so I absolutely hate having anything in my mouth that shouldn’t be ! Elaine and Sam were brilliant , calm ,reassuring and so good at their jobs . I went in there feeling a nervous wreck and close to tears and also very apologetic for getting in this state! They were both completely understanding , gentle and kind ,I even came out feeling proud of myself for coping ! I would never have managed to sit in that chair had it not been for how they made me feel . I can’t thank them enough and only hope Sam’s hand recovers from me cutting off the blood supply !

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency visit to see Prya at Bourne Dental Practice. Though she couldn’t fit me in immediately to complete the work, Prya assured me she'd call as soon as they had a cancellation. True to her word, two days later I got the call and was in for my filling the very next day. Fantastic experience: I recently visited Bourne Dental Practice, where my dentist Vandana and her assistant Reda set about the job of fitting a crown to one of my front teeth. This was done expertly using a scanner to obtain precise dimensions for the new crown which was made using porcelain. During to course of this dental work Vandana made sure I was kept informed about the different stages of the process.I am extremely satisfied with the practice as a whole.

Fantastic experience: My 14 year old daughter has just completed 11 months of orthodontic treatment with Vandana and we are very happy with the result. Vandana clearly explained the treatment taking place on each visit to my daughter which helped keep the anxiety at bay. Vandana offered my daughter praise for taking care of her brace but also gave her advice on looking after it where needed. This approach worked well. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had toothache for several days but when I contacted Bourne Dental Practice they were able to see me the same day and discovered that I needed a tooth extraction which was done the next day (yesterday). Nicholas Maxey had a tough job to remove the tooth but he did a great job and my toothache is no more. Brilliant! Many thanks.

Fantastic experience: Following a nasty fall which damaged 3 front teeth, Elaine was wonderful in repairing the damage. The staff generally are always friendly and helpful. Dental nurse Sam is always very kind and considerate and helps calm my nerves. I was dreading this visit but the way it was dealt with was brilliant. I appreciate the Practice and all the staff.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was very nervous about having 2 teeth extracted today before having her braces fitted. I think she almost had one foot out the door, that was until Mr Maxey put her mind at rest and explained carefully how the procedure would go and he'd numb the area thoroughly first. He did everything he said he'd do and not a tear was shed. He numbed the area with cream before the injections and reassured her throughout the process. The teeth were extracted and no drama! I can't thank Mr Maxey enough for his calmness and kindness. In fact we're going back for round 2 next Friday for 2 more extractions and she's absolutely fine about it!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

After really bad experience @ previous dentist, which had really put me off visiting any dentist for years. Decided that I would have to look @ getting something done after an accident. Fantastic experience: Having been with Bourne Dental Practice since moving into the area in the 1970’s I must say have always found the team to be most helpful and very friendly. In 2023 I lost a large filling from a back tooth and the care i received from my dentist, Priya and her dental nurse( apologies for forgetting her name) was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and I was offered many options, both private and NHS, alongside this I received clear explanations about the work as well as the corresponding costs for all the options. Priya was very patient, both during these explanations and then the consequent treatment, making sure i was comfortable and reassured throughout the lengthy time the work took. The result a cleverly formed ‘new’ tooth looking just like the real thing. Nobody really wants to have to have dental treatment but it is so reassuring to know when you do, the expertise is there, not just to deal with it but to make it as relaxed as possible too.

Negative experience: 10 years ago I got knocked off the NHS list because of an error. Got told I’ll be back on the list within 2 years. Kept to the appointments then during COVID got taken off the practice list altogether. Since leaving I found better practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a gold crown made and fitted. Obviously, the procedure was protracted, as the crown had to be made after the tooth was prepared, but the dentist fashioned an excellent temporary cover which looked good and stayed in place for the days between appointments. Whilst dental procedures are never a walk in the park, the dentist took great care to cause as little discomfort as possible, and kept me informed throughout about what he was doing. It is an excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I think I registered with Phil Bramley in 1992 upon moving to the area. I have a real phobia about dentists following awful childhood experiences (40 years later I still envisage her every time I'm sat in the chair). He has always provided exceptional care offering unbiased opinions on the options available. I had an extraction today, I'm sure some dentists would do fillings even if it was highly unlikely that the tooth could be saved. I'm so relieved he has no immediate plans to retire! At the practice the entry/waiting/paying etc couldn't be better organised. On ringing to arrange an appointment, after the waiting in a queue bit, the phone rang again but 5 minutes later no one had answered. On my second attempt I held on until it was answered -- presumably a hiccup with the system.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the practice since 2004. I’ve always had the best care. My current dentist is nothing less than a miracle worker. I recently broke a back tooth and today it was made good and secure with a new filling. She was caring and considerate when I needed to take a minute and then proceeded to work quickly to get the tooth ready for the material. Priya is truly brilliant and takes pride in her work. She is passionate about helping people to have the best teeth going forward.

He was very careful with each removal and made the whole process easy for her to deal with. Also his technique allowed for the healing process to be super quick and painless. I also need to mention how attentive and caring Kayla was. She was super supportive when we needed assistance and in fact introduced us to Gulzar for which we are extremely grateful. They are possibly the best dentist/nurse team we've had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Bourne Dental Practice for 25 years and always have had a professional experience. The reception team are friendly and try to help in the best possible way they can. My Dentist always explains everything and puts you at ease. Fantastic experience: I am so happy with Bourne Dental Practice and the way they have looked after me this year when I have been particularly anxious. The Manager and Receptionists have all been lovely and today I saw Mr William Welch and he was absolutely marvellous. He took away all my anxiety and treated me with no anaesthetic and no problems. I am saying a great big thank you for the care and treatment I have received at this Practice. .

Fantastic experience: Had a filling that came out and chipped a tooth while away on holiday in Turkey. I messaged the practice asking if I could have an urgent appointment upon my return. The practice responded immediately offering me an appointment as soon as I got home. After a thorough examination by Dr Khan a couple of further filling issues were identified. These were fully explained and treatment options discussed and agreed. I was very happy with the outcome and would like to thank Dr Khan and Kayla his assistant for a good experience.

What a great team, Anna who treated my daughter was amazing and explained everything which kept my daughter really calm, and can I say that Sam the dental nurse was amazing too. Fantastic experience: Emergency tooth extraction needed. Reception was very understanding and managed to offer me an appointment on the same day. Aggie (the dentist) was excellent, telling me exactly what was going on and what she recommended. The tooth extraction was fairly quick and relatively painless. I can't thank the whole team enough for what they did for me.
