Fantastic experience: I have been attending this friendly dental practice for over 10 years, and I have always received professional, high-quality care. The team consistently make me feel welcome and well looked after. As someone who has had corrective jaw surgery in the past, every dental treatment can feel like a stressful experience for me. However, being in the hands of this professional team, and especially Mr Hussain, who is always kind and puts me at ease during treatment, gives me great reassurance and confidence. Mr Michael Healy made me feel very well looked after and in professional hands, thanks to his kind personality and excellent attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care — I even bring my 6-year-old son here as well.

Fantastic experience: Very highly recommend!!!! Absolutely lovely! I don’t like going to the dentist- but I have to say they have changed my mind. All the staff from receptionist when booking the appointment to the dental nurses assisting and taking an X-ray (free) to the lovely dentist of whom were all very approachable and caring. They will definitely be my dentist from now on! They made me feel looked after and did an amazing job refitting a loose crown. ‘Morella’ the dentist was so kind, thorough and skilled at fixing my teeth- that she did nothing short of perfection! Fantastic experience: I was first introduced to Alpha House when I needed a root canal treatment. I had long been dreading such a treatment as I am not good with drills and needles. The treatment went really well and was not as awful as I had anticipated. I would happily have this done again. Whilst there I noticed an Invisalign promotion and decided to find out more as my teeth were getting very crooked. Daryl Crasta and Michelle are the team who have brought me through the treatment. They make a great team, very good at explaining the treatment, caring, kind and good fun. My teeth are almost straight after only 3 months, I can’t believe the difference. I highly recommend consulting with them if you are considering Invisalign and I also recommend Alpha House as the whole team are welcoming and available to support a wide range of dental procedures. If I lived a bit closer I would switch to them for my regular dentist and hygienist work.

Fantastic experience: Well I went to Alpha House house to have my tooth out - was I looking forward to it- No! I had the injection to numb my gum and awaited the dreaded drill - but then a little shove and my tooth fell out! Did it hurt - not at all. I was shocked - didn’t expect that. The Injection about 12 minutes to numb the gum - and then for tooth to ‘fall out’ out 2 minutes. What no drill - no? So I bounced out a very happy bunny. Many many thanks to Neil and Michelle. Great place but all the staff very very nice - no complaints from me. Thank you everyone.

My problem was quickly solved after some months of discomfort since then I have been a regular at Alpha House and the treatment and service has always been first class. The atmosphere is very professional but it is enhanced by the staff who at all levels present a caring and human face so that I know that I am important as a client and that the care that I received is a personal and caring one. I cannot recommend this surgery too highly

His professional yet friendly approach made every visit comfortable and relaxing. Special mention must go to Michelle F, whose wonderful sense of humor, warm personality, and caring inquiries about my family always put a smile on my face during each visit. Even during the multiple appointments required, both Daryl and the entire team always kept me at ease. The outcome has exceeded my expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for orthodontic treatment.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend this place enough. I saw Dr Hussain for the first time after a horrific experience with a previous dentist. He was absolutely fantastic, he gave me time for my nerves to settle and I barely felt him pull my wisdom tooth out. I live out of town now and I've chosen to stay with them and make the drive when I need to see them as the service is so good. I'd never considered private befre due to the cost, but so far my experiences here have been invaluable.

Fantastic experience: Location is lovely - there's a car park right around the corner, and the practice is in a converted house, so the setting is relaxing and far more welcoming than some others I've been to. Staff were all very friendly and efficient, the orthodontist was professional and patient, and spent time explaining what he was doing, why and going over all the different options. My son was put at ease, his concerns were addressed, and he really felt involved in the process, rather than being dictated to. You can argue no one particularly likes going to the dentist, but our experience here made it as pleasant as possible, and my son is actually enthusiastic to get his treatment!

Fantastic experience: Had a filling replaced today. Mr Hussain talked me through everything to be done. Great 'chairside manner' from him and Katie. It's unusual to describe a visit to the dentist as enjoyable, but it was definitely pleasant from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Mr Hussain's consummate skill as a dentist has saved me from surgery on my jaw. Having suffered from TMJ for 30 years, during the lockdown period of the pandemic, I experienced a sharp pain on the left side. A later MRI scan confirmed that the ligament on that side had snapped and could not be repaired, the pain I was experiencing only alleviated temporarily with risky surgery. Needing emergency dental work, Mr Hussain took me on as an emergency patient and the painstaking work he has done over the past three years has restored my "bite" and alleviated the pain in my jaw. I can safely say that he is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is unfailingly kind and reassuring and the work he has done for me has been exemplary in every respect. I trust him implicitly and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

I had problems with my teeth for over 1year which my public dentist didn’t know what the problem was, as soon as I changed dentist in December 2024 all my pain and problems have gone within 2 months and I have never felt better. I was scared at first to get the work done as I have a fear of needles but the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome that I got through it, thank you so much. I’ve had a phobia of needles for over 30yrs stemming from a dental experience when I was a teenager. It’s impacted my life massively. I had to have some teeth removed, the absolute care and gentleness with how I’ve been dealt with from the reception team through to the nurses, the anaesthetist and to the truly amazing Mr Hussain I cannot express my thanks and gratitude enough. It’s so much more than them just doing ‘their job’. Quite simply the best experience I’ve ever had and I’m now sticking with this lot! They’re just absolutely brilliant, worth every single penny. I’m a regular patient at Alpha House, having regular teeth and hygiene check ups and recently had to have a filling, again, the entire experience was pain free, Mr Hussein makes you feel so relaxed, and also makes you laugh! Fantastic experience: From Dread to Delight: I Wish I Had Done This Sooner! I can't believe I waited so long to get my crown done! My experience with Alpha House Dentist was amazing from start to finish. Over the weekend, my front tooth filling fell out, and I was honestly quite traumatized by the sight of what was left visible. I dreaded having any treatment because I was sure it would be a gruesome experience, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I called them first thing Monday morning, and they managed to squeeze me in, which was a huge relief. The team even stayed late to make sure I didn’t have to walk around looking unsightly, fitting me with a temporary crown while my permanent one was being made. To my surprise, the whole process was completely painless and went so smoothly—I didn’t feel a thing! On top of that, the temporary crown looks a million times better than my original tooth! I really wish I had done this years ago. If you’ve been putting off dental work because you’re worried it might be uncomfortable or scary, don’t wait. I can’t recommend the team at Alpha House Dentist enough. They gave me my confidence back, I can show my teeth now, and I’m so happy with the result!

Fantastic experience: contacted Alpha house after experiencing tooth and gum infection after years away from dentists. faultless and detailed initial consultation with Neil who took the trouble to run down my x rays in depth and produce a treatment plan. This business and in particular the service from Neil Dymant thus far has restored my faith in dentistry. Yes it is a private practice, and there are probably countless cheaper options but they won't be as good professional or caring.

I am American who was in Kent for holiday. I have an extensive and complicated medical history and I was experiencing moderate to severe gum pain. I called around 15 dental practices in the area and 14 of them quoted me a first appointment in weeks or months. I explained my situation to the representative at Alpha House and they got me in to see someone that day. I was in tears from relief. From that first call to my last dental hygienist appt (4 total appts in 8 days) and pickup of a rushed custom mouth guard, I cannot properly put into words what Alpha House did for me and with such exceptional quality of service and friendly interactions. Every person that helped me there, and it was a lot, was friendly, professional, and caring. If you're looking for a dental practice that treats you like a person, that will listen to your concerns, and does not try to squeeze every pence from your wallet then stop looking and call Alpha House. I am forever greatful to them and I will never forget the kindness and professionalism they showed me in a time of need.

Fantastic experience: I became a patient of Alpha House Dental Practice in April. 2023, and it was the best decision for my dental care, that I have ever made. Having moved into the area just two years before "Lock-down", my teeth required a considerable amount of attention. At my first visit, I was very pleased to meet Mubariz, my dentist, and he reassured me that all would be well, and together we discussed a treatment plan for me. Explaining each phase of treatment to me, Mubariz is kind, caring and reassuring, and is dedicated and highly professional and experienced in his work. Immediately I was put at ease and everyone I dealt with were super kind and really professional. For my first visit Aisling came up with an excellent plan and put me on the correct medication to help with the pain immediately. Such a relief!! Both Aisling and the dental nurses have been incredible. I ended up having root canal treatment and was assured I’m in the best hands - I most certainly was. All the pain has gone and I can get back to my life. I am so grateful. If you’re a nervous patient….contact them…They are so attentive…and come up with really good treatment plans that are fully explained with no hidden costs. At last a Dentist I’m happy to visit :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been wanting to write this review for a while now but don’t even know where to begin. I suffer from extreme anxiety to the point of not leaving the house & after not going to a dentist for 14 years I was petrified and knew I needed a ton of work doing. I contacted Alpha House with the goal of being sedated and having as much work done under sedation as possible. The moment I walked into Alpha house everything changed, Mr Hussain could tell exactly what I needed and how much I could cope with (not just dentally but mentally). He suggested sedation for my extractions but we agreed I could be strong enough with some encouragement and possibly oral medication to have the fillings done awake. Everything was taken one tiny step at a time which was perfect for me. I started my journey and never looked back, truly life changing. After my 14 visits in the past 6 months, I feel like I have made friends with everyone at Alpha House. From my first appointment with Mr Hussain, my pre-op with Michelle, Chris the anaesthetist, my many fillings with Mirela, a root canal with Aisling, ALL the amazing dental nurses (especially Katie who I seemed lucky enough to have a lot), Charlotte the hygienist, to Paula (who my mother said makes the best cup of tea)! If you had told me that I would need to visit 14 times, and by the end I would feel totally relaxed going to the dentist I would have laughed. After finishing my journey I can confidently say I look forward to going back in 6 months to see Mirela and Charlotte again for my check ups and hygienist appointments. On every level the treatment plan and friendly staff are superb. My procedure was very complicated, yet it was managed perfectly and without any pain.

As someone who suffers from anxiety and paranoia, also terrible dental phobia due to feeling insecure and embarrassed about my teeth, alpha house has changed my fear. I almost don’t feel illiterate enough to find the words to express my gratitude! Never would I imagine I could say I now feel relaxed and comfortable coming to the dentist but I honestly do! I’ve been through it all, gum problems, knocked out front teeth, their care, knowledge and dedication is superb. Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Mr Hussain and the team at Alpha House for the work they have undertaken to improve substantially my disastrous teeth. Not only can I eat and drink but I am able to laugh with confidence. I would also like to thank the team for their expertise and their caring and supportive approach when dealing with patients. I would recommend anyone to visit the Alpha House practice, it's been the best dental experience I have had and at my age I have seen a lot of dentists.

Negative experience: There's a special place in hell for traffic wardens and dentist. This bloke over prescribes antibiotics, now I can't use them, he didn't seem to care. The warmth is fake and the high turn over of staff suggests it's likely not a nice place to work.

Fantastic experience: I developed a long term problem with a tooth and despite years of trying to save it, it was time I had it extracted. My own dentist was away, but recommended his cousin Mr Husain. I was so apprehensive to have this done by a dentist I’d never met before but I simply had no choice. However, from the moment I entered Mr Hussain’s surgery, I received the warmest of welcomes and reassurance that I was in safe hands. If like me, you suffer with the fear of dentistry I really couldn’t praise this very professional caring man enough. Thank you so much.

From reception and support staff to hygienists and dentists they ensure that you are supported and looked after at every stage. I was a nervous patient when I first went over 14 years ago and they have helped me overcome all my anxieties.
