Fantastic experience: This is a well run, friendly, dental practice. We were with her father from his start as a dentist in Wallington, and have no reason to move. Felicity has carried on the "Paice" work with the same care and attention. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Purley Dental Practice has been the best dentist I've visited in my life time. I'm a nervous patient following previous bad experiences elsewhere, but the team here always put me at ease. And I can hand on heart say that following 3 root canals and 2 fillings, I've not experienced any pain post-dentist work. This still amazes me to this day. I never thought dentists could be this good.

Fantastic experience: I visited Uma Skinclinic at Purley Dental Practice. Can I just say Uma is so lovely and knowledgeable at what she does! She is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. I had 2 sessions of Profhilo done by her and she was brilliant! I will deffo be visiting UMA again in the future! Highly recommended! Also visited Sarika and Bee for hygiene clean.. they were both so helpful and understanding.. lovely service

Fantastic experience: Service beyond and above. I had the pleasure of having some teeth removed by Dr. Zaneev and his assistant nurse Lizzie. They were both really kind and informative and made me feel at ease very quickly. Before I knew it both teeth where removed without any fuss. I can’t express my thanks far enough for the amazing service provided. I can only recommend this dental practice to anyone needing dental treatment. I don’t usually say this but I am looking forward to my next dental appointment

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience and service with the hygienist Sarika, who was very thorough. She explained everything so well and clear. With her clean and instruction my gum disease improved within 3 months. Prior to her visit I had gum disease and was at risk for remedial action, but listening to her sound advice I am now working towards healthy gums. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I went to Purley Dental Practice today for the first time for a hygienist appointment. I saw Sarika. She was really lovely and made me feel at ease throughout. I am really pleased with the outcome too and will definitely go back in future. It was £62 for the appointment which is much better than where I had been going!

Fantastic experience: Been recently as a new patient to see felicity I had an amazing experience! All the staff are extremely lovely, I would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Extremely poor with communication, paid double the price for an emergency appointment, needed a root canal and was told I would be put on a plan and told the price. Got back with unclear answers and told I may need to be referred again and need to pay more money to be seen again, even after my first appointment had been done and X-ray completed. Money grabbers.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined this practice. Zaneev explains everything and gives advice on the best treatments but always with what is best for you in mind . Zaneev and Hayley are so friendly and helpfull . I would definitely recommend this practice without any hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Coming from another country and having the same dentist my whole life, I was a little split about needing to have work done while in the UK. Dr. Zaneev and Nurse Birute were absolutely amazing, both were so unbelievably friendly and kind whilst also very professional. Dr. Zaneev provided comprehensive and reassuring explanations about the work he was doing and had my best interests at heart, the team worked with big smiles on their faces which was refreshing. Negative experience: Was a a nice practice when Mrs Payne the receptionist was there, unfortunately has gone down hill ever so quickly. Paid for a hygiene clean, called to advise I was running late and was told that was fine. When I arrived was told that the hygienist was seeing the Patient after me as they were early which was completely fine as I was running late so that is understandable. Once the hygienist started my hygiene clean about 30 mins later. She gave me a 10 mintue clean what should have been 30 minutes and they then had the audacity to advise that I would have to book another appointment to finish the clean and pay another £62. All the hygienist had to say was that she could only give me a 10 minute clean or I re-schedule the appointment. Outrageous really, will not be returning here that’s for sure!

Fantastic experience: Felicity at Purley Dental Practice is our family dentist and I can highly recommend her. She's friendly and patient but most importantly you can rely on her to give you good/honest advice and the correct treatment when required. Felicity picked up on some issues with one of my children's teeth and made a timely referral to an orthodontist to get her started on some specialist treatment. Over the last couple of years she's also fixed a chipped tooth for my husband and done a couple of fillings and crown for myself , all of which have been done to a great standard. I would highly recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend this dental practice more highly. I decided on having some dental work done, fillings replaced, teeth straightened, and a few teeth veneered. Dr Murray walked me through the process explaining every step and procedure and made me feel very reassured. We worked over the course of months and the results have way exceeded my expectations. I’m delighted! She is calm and professional and her work is excellent, a very high standard. The whole team are warm and friendly, giving it a personal touch which is rare to find these days. My children (7 and 10) also attend and always enjoy going which is a huge relief. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Purley Dental Practice scores 5 stars from me. Me and my family and young children have been going there for a few years now and have been seen by Andrew and more recently Felicity. They are first and foremost excellent dentists and my children are not afraid of going at all. They are genuinely the nicest team of dentists I have known and it is evident after going there that patient care is their number one priority. They take the time to talk to you and give advice and I honestly wouldn’t want to go to any other practice.

Fantastic experience: Having been forced to delay seeking treatment for a chipped tooth due to the Covid-19 lockdown, I ended up with a painful tooth infection and gum abscess. My usual dentist was unable to see me for 6 weeks, so I contacted the Purley Dental Practice - and I’m so glad I did! Dentist Felicity was kindly able to fit me in the very next day to assess the situation with my tooth. She took the time to patiently explain the different options for treatment and instantly put me at ease with her reassuring, friendly and professional approach. Having agreed a course of action, she booked me in for a follow-up appointment the following week and provided a on-the-spot prescription for antibiotics to control the gum infection in the meantime. When I returned for the recommended treatment, I was incredibly impressed by Felicity’s attention to detail at every step and the state of the art equipment which she used. I’m very happy with the end results of the treatment and can now chew pain-free again! Thanks again to Felicity and the team at the Purley Dental Practice for taking such good care of me, and I would highly recommend their professional, patient and caring approach to anyone needing dental treatment.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment asking them to look at my wisdom teeth, which were causing pain. They charged me for x-rays which didn't even include the wisdom teeth, and have refused to acknowledge or respond to multiple follow up emails seeking clarity. Very disappointing response to what I'm sure could have been a simple resolution.

Fantastic experience: i honestly couldnt fault or say a bad word about my experience with this Dental Practice. From Elaine the Practice Manger, to the Dentists (Dr Felicity Murray and Dr Paice) they all took great care of me during my procedure. They carefully explained to me each step of the procedure and i was suprised by how smooth and pain free the procedure was. The aftercare i received was sublime also and i can certainly say i am now a proud member of the practice.

Fantastic experience: I joined this practice a few years ago having spent a few years avoiding dentists completely because of how I had been treated by numerous dentists. I was expecting the same. My husband told me join PDP they are really good. So I called up and they were so lovely and reassuring. When I had my appointment with Felicity I couldn't believe how amazing she was. So kind, so caring, so knowledgeable, so honest and professional. I wished I had spent those past years with this practice. I immediately signed my children up and they all have no issues going to the dentist they find it a pleasant experience the dentist they see is so gentle and so sweet. I also see Ruth the hygienist, she is the loveliest lady and never ever hurts you even though it should at times. She knows what she's doing! All the assistants shouldn't be left because they always are so smiley so warm. Honestly can't recommend this practice enough. They are amazing. Great location and ample free parking right outside.

Positive experience: Overall experience was great - professional service, good parking, pricing was appropriate and the staff were friendly and accommodative. A small complaint - the consultation was not completed without taking Xrays (separate fee). I would have liked to have been given the option for these rather than it being added to the end of the consultation given the additional fee

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic dental practice. Andy the dentist was amazing, I'm such a scardy cat...truth be told I always hate going to have my teeth checked, but Andy was brilliant. He and Elaine the surgery manager spent time with me before the treatment explaining what would happen and how the would manage my pain. I didn't feel a thing, no pain. I'm in awe and recommend this practise to everyone I know, even some folk I don't... thank you so much Andy and Elaine your support, professionalism and kindness was truly appreciated.
