Fantastic experience: I have been attending VDENTAL since September 2024 as I needed some implants to be fitted. All the staff here are really friendly, professional, polite, and accommodating. I was quite a nervous and anxious patient initially but now I've become more relaxed. Dr Sara Waia, Farah and Dr Gaj are excellent at their profession and I would certainly recommend this Practice.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment after part of my fixed wire retainer broke, and VDental Smile were able to fit me in on the same day I called, at such short notice! Dr Diah was lovely and was able to fix my retainer - she was honest in what needed doing (i.e. didn't overcharge) and worked quickly and professionally. I was in and out within 20min! Excellent service, I cannot recommend enough!

Negative experience: I booked an appointment through their WhatsApp platform following after some queries I had made for second week of September. This was my first interaction with the team. The day of my appointment which is 9am on a Saturday I am told my name isn’t coming up on the system and that another patient was booked for that time. The receptionist mentioned about a deposit to then have my booking confirmed but this was never mentioned in the interaction of the booking. Having been a new customer this is disappointing especially waking up early for this. Very unprofessional and rather than suggestion solutions i had continues sorrys

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth taken out over a month ago but didn’t get a chance to post my review. All I can say is that I had an amazingly positive experience!!! Considering that I am not good at the dentist. Dr Hussian has great skill and took out my tooth and I didn’t even realise. She has a very calm personality and put me at ease and I felt confident in her hands. Everything was explained in detail. All the staff are very professional and welcoming. . I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Negative experience: I went here for a check up and clean. Dentist was very nice. Told me I needed two fillings. The receptionist then quoted me £600 for the fillings - this just seems like a crazy price. Never before have I ever paid close to that for a filling. It is a shame as I liked the practice but that is just not affordable for normal people.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best dentist in London. I’ve been with them for years, and can confidently say that they’re professional, honest, competent and lovely too! I’ve had multiple fillings, and it’s always gone really well and rather painlessly: you can tell the Doctor really cares about the patient’s wellbeing. And same experience recently when I had to have an extraction - I was really anxious and it went as well as it could have. I really felt like I was in great hands. Would highly recommended - and I actually have, to several friends and family members.

Fantastic experience: I first visited VDental Smile Studio on Tuesday 27th September after having not been to the dentists in over 10 years (but have been to multiple in the past, including an orthodontist for 2 years during my teenage years). I did a bit of research on and based on the reviews and Dr Diah's reputation decided to take the plunge. The practice is incredibly well kept and easy to get to. So far, of the 2 appointments I've been in for I can say they're very friendly and efficient, running either ahead of or on-time exactly! The prices are fair in my opinion and Dr Diah is incredibly talented at what she does (I felt nothing when getting injections for a filling replacement) as well as incredibly personable and easy to talk to. If the thought of going to the dentists makes you nervous I can't recommend Dr Diah's practice enough, she takes the time to explain things to you in easy-to-understand language and definitely made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my appointments. I'll be undergoing Invisalign with Dr Diah over the next few months so can provide an update on that later. In short, if you're looking for a fantastic dentist in the area, then look no further! 2 year update - Invisalign went great, even with some of the minor complications my annoying teeth decided to have! Really happy with the result and how far above and beyond Dr Diah went! I’ve also had my hygiene appointments here and the hygienist was lovely too, again being very clear with me as to steps to help improve my dental health even further. I’ve even got my wife booked in with them for her first appointment this Friday now! I feel the need to also stress that I cannot think of a single bad thing about this practice, Veerusha, or her staff. This has to be one of the most welcoming, friendly places in general and it’s a dentists of all places! If we ever moved out of London I would certainly aim to continue going here, regardless of distance! Thanks again for everything and see you for my next checkup in a couple of weeks!

Remarkably, I didn't feel even the slightest bit of pain throughout the procedure. The entire process was impeccably clean and professional. Not a single drop of water or blood was spilled in my mouth, which I found impressive. The technology used was unlike anything I've seen before; it was so advanced that I didn’t need to keep my mouth wide open, which added to my comfort. The dental chair was equipped with amenities, and there was even a television overhead to keep me entertained and relaxed during the procedure. It was simply superb, exceeding all my expectations. Even parking was conveniently arranged for me, which is a thoughtful touch I greatly appreciated. The dentist's precision was laser-like; it was as if they had x-ray vision, detecting issues with incredible accuracy. As someone who's quite particular about healthcare, I can only describe my experience as exceptional. The staff was not only the utmost professional but also incredibly kind. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere of the clinic was warm and inviting. The front desk staff, was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. Dr Diah, my general dentist, was thorough in explaining each step of the process during my routine check-up. The attention to detail and the genuine care for patients' well-being was evident throughout the appointment. I had been referred to see Dr Raveendran for a periodontal evaluation. From the start, Dr Raveendran was professional and compassionate. He took the time to thoroughly assess my periodontal health and explain the findings in a way that was easy to understand. Fantastic experience: I was told by my NHS dentist that i needed to see a periodontist. I found Vdental on google and they made me an appointment within 1 week. Ive just completed my periodontal treatment with Dr Gaj. He is so chill. On top of being super friendly, he explained my treatment really well and made me feel at ease during the process. He didnt hesitate to answer any of my questions. I have to go back in 8 weeks for him to review me. The money is so worth it as i have been suffering with this for years and its finally been treated. My gums dont bleed anymore and my mouth feels fresher. I would highly recommend!

Negative experience: I had a dreadful experience with this place once. I had an emergency situation where my dental crown came off. When I went to the dentist, I asked if it could be reattached and what the cost would be. The receptionist was completely unempathetic and not friendly at all. After consulting with the dentist, she said that the doctor wasn't sure if he could do it. So, I asked if he could at least take a look or talk to me about it, and I was told that I needed to pay £80 upfront just for that. When I asked if the doctor could come out of the office since there was no other patient, I was told he wouldn't talk to me, so we communicated through the door. The receptionist was very unpleasant and unprofessional, not to mention her poor customer service as she was already waiting with a payment terminal before I even understood what was going on. It was a complete disaster. I do not recommend it, and I will never return.

Veerusha helped to diagnose a very serious issue, that we caught in time due to her expertise, and followed my progress through way of referrals and follow-ups to ensure that my treatment was on track. When I visited today, Veerusha showed a true act of kindness and generosity that left me lost for words - I was so impressed with this gesture, it is rare that you see this sort of compassion these days.

Fantastic experience: The best dental practice in eastern London. I visited their clinic in Hackney for the first time and the treatment was very smooth. I would recommend them to everyone.

Positive experience: I went for a check-up here, based on the positive Google reviews and because my previous dentist was too far away. Service was good and friendly, but I was surprised at being told that four of my large composite fillings needed replacing, that I need a mouthgard and that bleaching my dead front tooth would be possible and the total would cost £1,750. This really surprised me as at my last appoint at my pervious dentist 2 years ago everything seemed OK and she said the bleaching would be difficult and probably not successful. I had a look around how much large composite fillings cost elsewhere. I found that £245 for a large composite filling is very expensive and so is £110 for Hygiene deep scaling. On a positive note they didn’t charge me for the X-Rays, but then the initial examination cost £70. I decided to get another opinion from a third dentist, who told me that the fillings are old and a bit worn, but everything looks healthy and there is no caries. One filling could be re-done if the gap between the teeth bothered me, but none of it would be a necessity. I told him about what VDental had told me and he replied that if you’re looking for work, sure, you could do it, but he wouldn’t know why it should be. In regards to bleaching the front tooth he said what my old dentist had predicted, that the bleaching most likely wouldn’t prove to be very successful. So it became clear that VDental’s quote not only was very high, but that also most of the quoted work wasn’t necessary and some of the work having a high chance of not being successful. I can’t judge their workmanship, but their attempt to upsell is definitely questionable.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to get my gap filled and had a consultation with the dentist. She explained all the options and there was no pressure. I had been to a few dentists but didn't feel comfortable going ahead with treatment there. VDental put me at ease and explained everything well. I look forward to starting my treatment with them.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my invisalign treatment at Vdental. The entire team has been amazing. Dr Diah takes her time to fully explain every aspect of the treatment. I wanted a quick fix but after her thorough explanation, my treatment is going to take around a year. At the start, she gave me 3 options, all were explained and then even emailed to me so that I could decide what I wanted to do. I asked her if I could come in to discuss the options again and she agreed. She went through all 3 plans and we decided on a plan together. There was no extra charge at this stage. The entire team have been trained to a high standard and if they don't know something, they will always get back to you after finding out further info. I have now got to wear my retainers for while before I have bonding done. The journey so far has been great and I look forward to finally having the smile that I want in a few more months.

Negative experience: Prices are reasonable but customer service is very poor. Staff would not have any consideration towards you as a client.They won’t give you any leeway, even if you have been going to the clinic for years, you are only ££. One day, my wife did not managed to arrive on time for her appointment, they cancelled her appointment, despite her explaining that the next appointment was her husband and that he was happy to wait for a bit longer, still took her deposit and said that seeing her would mean that they will have to say open for 10 more minutes.. shocking way of looking after your clients.

Fantastic experience: After trying a few different dentists in the area, and always feeling a little intimidated or walking away feeling ripped off, it was such a relief to find Dr Diah and the team. From basic dental work that's always explained fully, and carried out properly, to great service and communication through getting an Invisalign, it's been easy and approachable throughout. Positive experience: super cosy and easy access via bus (488,30,388). Staff is lovely and service is done quickly and efficiently. Also have a tv in the room and within the reception area. Abit costly but depends on service. However, only £10 for xray scan, bargain! There are about 2-3 bus stops within a few steps, off licsense and papa johns for pizza lovers.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist for the first time on 22nd Feb 2021 and went in for a hygienist appointment. After the initial check from the dentist she explained that I needed a more complex cleaning process due to gum issues. She explained the problem thoroughly and slowly and took X-rays to confirm the issue. I ended up needing treatment for mild-moderate Periodontis / Periodontal, which to me was very scary given that this meant needles all over my mouth and thorough cleaning under the gum line. (And I’ve never had any treatment to my mouth or gums) Dr Veerusha was incredible. She was calming, sympathetic, understanding and informative. It felt like we took things at my pace and she let me stop whenever I wanted. I was surprised that the local anaesthetic needles actually didn’t hurt at all, in fact I genuinely didn’t feel about 90% of them. Her colleague explained that Dr Veerusha is excellent at injecting them which means they’re hardly even noticed by the patient. The procedure went to plan and took around 1hr including the injections. They had a tv on the ceiling with subtitles on so that you can distract yourself whilst it’s happening if needed. I really don’t like visiting the dentist, I hate needles and I’m scared of pretty much everything but VDental really did a fantastic professional job. The receptionist was also polite and I was seen to on time. On the COVID front, it felt very safe. The dentist and assistant wore masks and face visors throughout the entire interaction we had, including throughout the procedure. The receptionist was behind a screen and also wore a face mask the whole time.

She also has the full set of PPE in place to offer the wide range of services (Some dentists I know do not have PPE in place at the moment and have scaled back services). Her prices are very reasonable and I was very happy with the pricing. Updated July 19 2020 Recently had my wisdom extracted at V dental by the oral surgeon, Mario and he did a good job. The bill was really reasonable and the after care advice was much appreciated. Thanks again V dental - will be back soon.

Fantastic experience: I have used the Quick straight teeth with clear brackets and Hygiene with polish services from VDental and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The teeth straightening was as quick as it stated - I had really wonky bottom front teeth, one of them had started pushing inwards into my mouth which had worried me for years. After 6 months of treatment, my teeth are now perfectly straight. Dr. Diah is extremely professional, I felt that my concerns were discussed thoroughly during the process. The Hygiene and polish has made my teeth sparkling clean. I have happily omit the idea of whitening my teeth after seeing the result and have planned to go there for Hygiene and polish every 6 months instead. The staffs from VDental are extremely friendly and helpful. The whole experience was worth every penny and I cannot recommend them more!

Negative experience: My husband went there to fix something it lasted 2 weeks nobody told him it would last so short time. When I call to complain she just booked a appointment no deposit nothing, so I thought they will see him for free to fix the job wasn’t done properly. I was wrong, she not just booked a paid appointment but charged him emergency appointment which is more expensive!!!! I didn’t ask for emergency appointment I just ask the service to be done properly but instead I got a higher bill!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Diah has worked magic on two teeth that needed filling. Very good service but the skill and craft of the dental work is really second to none. The teeth look brand new and you cannot see the white filling because of the sculpting. I'll be recommending to all my friends. Thanks Dr Diah!
