Negative experience: The dentists here were excellent but I am writing a review for a treatment I received years back by I believe one of the partners on my eyebrows, a caucasian lady. That individual literally stripped much of my eyebrows away and to this day I still require treatments on them. So I would rate that service negative 5 out of 5 and whilst the group may deny they ever offered such a service, they indeed did and that individual was not fit to practice with regards to cosmetic services.

Fantastic experience: Had such a lovely experience! Cara cleaned and polished my teeth so nicely, they look brand new. She was super sweet, welcoming and chatty, which made it even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and I’ll be asking for Cara every time ✨

Negative experience: I had a root canal treatment done here recently, and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. After the procedure, the treated tooth was left with a rough, uneven surface, which caused my tongue to be constantly scraped. Within days, I developed multiple painful mouth ulcers. On top of that, the filling material had overflowed onto the adjacent tooth, which should not have happened in a professional setting. I reached out to the clinic for help and am waiting for them to address this, but the level of discomfort has been extremely difficult to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Peppermint Group for years and would 100% recommend using this practice for your dental care. My dentist Andrew is very honest, caring and has your best interest at heart. He is very thorough with examining the health of your teeth and gums, explaining the best ways to improve or retain your oral health. He and the other dentists will only perform treatments if required and not do unnecessary work, which is another reason I have stuck with them, as you can tell that their practice acts with integrity. I also would mention the hygienist do an amazing job I have sensitivity due to gum recession and previous dentists have left me anxious, as previous cleanings have been painful when cleaning, however I do not experience this here, as they do this very gently and thoroughly, making sure that you are okay throughout and can stop at any time.

Fantastic experience: I started going to The Peppermint group last year and so far I can’t recommend it enough. Friendly and helpful receptionists who make you feel welcome. A relaxed atmosphere with very patient, informative Dentists. For anyone who may feel nervous about the Dentist this is the place to go! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I've had to have extensive dental treatment done at the clinic for several years and Dr. Welsh is always excellent. He's always really professional and reassuring, even though I am more challenging to work on because of my fear of dentistry. He always works hard to make sure I can get through my appointments and because of that I put them off less which means I ultimately need less work done than I used to. I don't know if I'd be able to have got on top of my dental care with a different provider.

Fantastic experience: i wanted to leave Alexander some positive feedback as he has been a very attentive dentist during my time at the peppermint practice, and has a great duty of care to his patients Alexander made me feel welcome, clearly explained processes and provided options and best advice without pushing me into the most expensive options. He was patient and understanding when i needed breaks during treatment. He let me ask questions and even if i hadnt remembered to ask something during the appointment, the practice was always on hand through the phone to help with queries During my treatment plan we did encounter an unexpected problem, however Alex quickly resolved this with an 'okay how do we work through this and still provide the best quality care regardless'. and i feel despite the set back that the work was done to a very high standard and am happy with the outcome i recommend to anyone! especially anyone who is a nervous patient like myself. peppermint group are friendly and fab! -Sally

Fantastic experience: I had my 4 upper premolars replaced with dental implants by Dr David Pearson last year at the Peppermint Group in Bath St. It’s a clique to say but my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. From day one, my dental implants have felt completely natural in my mouth.I forget I have implants. I was pleasantly surprised that the whole process from start to finish was mostly pain free. I love the freedom of no longer feeling self conscious when I smile. As advised,I got several quotes from different practices before deciding to go with the Peppermint group. David’s quote wasn’t the cheapest nor was it the most expensive either. But I felt my consultation was much more thorough and David talked me through several options before I chose my treatment. Other practices I felt just asked me what my previous quotes had been and knocked a bit of money off that. I wouldn’t hesitate to go to back to David and the Peppermint Group for any future dental issues.

Fantastic experience: Had my face & neck PDO thread Lift yesterday with Dr Rita Poddar, I was very nervous, but was immediately put at ease by the whole team at the Peppermint Group, so friendly & professional, I knew I was in very safe, experienced hands. All went very well, a very slight amount of swelling and a little sore today, but very manageable.... I am thrilled already with the result & it will keep improving!!

Fantastic experience: After receiving the news that my tooth root had fractured & the tooth could not be saved along with recurrent infection in nearby teeth I was advised to see Dr David Pearson at the Peppermint Dental Studio. Dr Pearson immediately made me feel at ease & talked me through the options I had, of which I opted for dental implants. As it was the front four upper teeth that were being replaced I had two titanium implants to hold a 4 tooth porcelain bridge. In total it took seven months to complete the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Pearson if dental implants are an option you are considering, his knowledge, communication & people skills are exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I had lip filler done by Rita. I had never had any aesthetic work done before & I also had to factor in that I am immunosuppressed. I had an initial consultation with Rita who took onboard my additional medical needs & advised the best way forward. On the day of my appointment, I was super nervous but Rita & her nurse Alex were so kind & patient with me. I had minimal swelling (my app was at 4pm & it was gone by the next morning) and I had literally no bruising. I would strongly recommend Rita for getting aesthetics done!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist clinic, I fly up to Glasgow from England to have my teeth taken care of. Dr David Pearson was outstanding in preparing me for my dental implant. He explained the whole process so I would not be nervous. When I had the process, he was checking all the time if I was okay and if I wanted to stop. Even when numbing my mouth it did not feel painful and I hate needles. Thank you so much Dr David Pearson.

Fantastic experience: I recently received treatment from Dr. David Pearson for a tooth which had previously been root treated. David and I decided on a surgical implant as the best solution and I am absolutely delighted with the results. Undergoing this treatment did take a few months but it was worth it for the end result. Although my tooth was at the side of my mouth as opposed to the front, my new implant makes such a difference to my smile. Not only was David friendly and helpful but he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very skilled within his profession. In addition to the implant I also had silver fillings changed to white ones which look incredible, and we’re replaced with ease, and tooth whitening trays which were very simple to use. I cannot thank The Peppermint Group enough for their time and effort! Thank you so much for making this experience simple and enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: My wife recently attended The Peppermint Group as an emergency as she had damaged her two front teeth which had been heavily filled over the years and this had caused her recurring problems. She was fitted in at short notice and saw Amer Mobarik, one of the dentists at Bath Street. When she left, after a marathon session of just over an hour she was absolutely delighted. Her teeth have not felt and looked this good in many years. The finish on them was smooth and the tooth colour was perfectly matches so there was no sign what so ever that they had been filled. Fantastic experience: I visited the peppermint group for a thread lift, both areas of my face and brows. And I have to say I am over the moon with the results. But also with how at ease Dr Rita and her team made me feel, the procedure was explained clearly to me, what I had to do before and after etc. The aftercare I have received has been second to none. Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to begin. RITA had me speechless after my appointment with her today. I had a non surgical rhinoplasty done. When she took me into the surgery I was so nervous to feel any pain. She took her time on me & asked me how I wanted my nose. I explained to her how I hate the bump I have on my nose. She really took her time with me & explained exactly how she was going to shape my nose perfectly. I instantly felt so comfortable with her. She kept asking me if I was ok making sure that I felt comfortable during my appointment. She was very gentle with me & I barely felt any pain. When we were finished I looked in the mirror & I felt so different, so happy. I had such an amazing experience for my first time ever being injected. She really is amazing at her job & I highly recommend RITA. She’s also very nice & I felt so comfortable. I am so lucky that I chose her to inject me. Fantastic experience: After seeking advice from a few different dentists, I had all but lost hope, until I was recommended by a few people make an appointment with David Pearson at The Peppermint Group in Bath Steet. I wanted a brighter whiter smile for my wedding but because I have old crowns I was told previously (much to my distress) that I would need implants. From the first appointment, David put me at ease and discussed all my options. What made me put my total trust in David was despite the fact that he is a successful implantologist, he said he would do everything in his power to save my own teeth. The process took a few months (due to covid) but I now have brighter whiter smile and so much more confident and I’ll be able to smile for my wedding pictures!!! I cannot recommend David enough if you are looking for any type cosmetic dentistry. My experience at The Peppermint Group was stress free and positive; I have now switched dentists despite the fact it’s a 30 minute car journey from my home.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for years when Rita was my dentist but now Andrew looks after me. I have the biggest fear ever coming to the dentist but the team always look after me and make it a breeze. Big shout to Andrew for my tooth extraction recently :)

Fantastic experience: Very reasonably priced compared to others who pass their advertising/ marketing costs on to their client/ patients. Extremely professional team who take the time to look after their clients.

Negative experience: I've been having botox for over 10 years, most of this in London. I picked this place due to the mainly good reviews, which I can see now are mostly for dental work. Once in the chair the hard sell is immediately pushed upon you, with all her commission products recommended and although my visit was only for 3 area botox, fillers were recommended on parts where botox has worked just fine. I left there with recommended work of nearly £2000. This would have been OK as I just ignored it, but the botox itself was very poor. I reckon the minimum amount was used and I didn't see much result so I had to return to have the top up done at £25. Still I had lines. Now only a couple of months in there is no sign of the botox, usually I get minimum 6 months, wherever I've had it done previously. And, before Dr Ruth says "we have no client of this name visiting" this review is under an alias. I can confirm Dr Ruth, the short asian lady, who likes to show you her photo album on her phone of her before and after(whatever it was she had done) while talking nineteen to the dozen and her minions who all are asked to agree with whatever she says was the one who did my treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had treatment carried out for excessive sweating by Rita and Annie in September time. It involved inject toxin 0.6mm into my skin around my forehead and cheeks (where my sweating was the worst). Initially due to the severity of my hyperhidrosis I had to have the treatment redone two months later. As it was a relatively new procedure they were kind enough to give me a stronger serum and carry out the procedure for free. My sweating reduced dramatically and It helped me feel more confident in myself. Thank you Rita and Annie for helping me and being so professional in the process.

Fantastic experience: I just got my implant done by David Pearson at Peppermint group and i can't appreciate enough what an amazing job he has done from start to finish....Especially all the worries i had regarding my front tooth and he was absolutely brilliant would put me at ease every time i visted and talk me through step by step what next stage will be....couldn't ask for a better dentist he is the best! Also the staff at front desk are very friendly and welcoming always happy to help with any inquiries.

Fantastic experience: I Attended The clinic on Friday for botox treatment and can not recommend Dr Rita highly enough. She is extremely professional, highly experienced, knowledgeable and also a lovely person. Before the treatment began Dr Rita instantly recognised my brows were notably asymetrical which has caused issues in the past by other practioners and has left me with an obvious higher brow after past treatments. Dr Rita reassured me that she could easily correct this by the proper technique of measuring the difference before administrating the treatment which I was delighted to hear and was instantly put at ease. I am delighted with the whole experience and will definitely return in the future.

Fantastic experience: Got lip fillers at peppermint studios in Glasgow yesterday and it was a brilliant experience! Was talked through the full process and shown each stage to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the results. Cannot recommend high enough and will certainly be returning. Recently went back to peppermint studios, for the WOW Fusion facial, to treat my hyperhydrosis. This was done to combat any excess sweating on my face and four weeks on I have noticed a huge difference. The treatment itself was done by using botox and putting into the top layer of skin. My overall skin texture has improved with this as well. If you haven't been to see Dr Rita for this treatment you are missing out!!

In absolutely everything she does, she makes sure the safety of the patient in-front of her is of the utmost prioroty and importance (unfortunately not every aesthetic clicic (or claim to be) does this. Fantastic experience: I don't normally post reviews but the service and results I received from this clinic deserves to be shouted from the roof tops!!! I see some people have commented negatively... the only explanation for this i can think of is that they have commented on the wrong clinic as some of the comments are so far removed from my own experience. My experience was the best I could have hoped for and more! Being a novice to any type of aesthetics I was understandably a bit nervous and had researched numerous clinics before finally settling on the Peppermint Group and by god am I glad I did! From the moment I entered and was greeted by the most lovely nurse Annie, I knew I had made the right decision. Dr Rita was absolutely brilliant, not only with the results achieved but her caring, understanding and second to none knowledge made me feel at ease straight away. Fantastic experience: Over the past few years I have had almost all of my previous (bad) dental work re-hauled by David, and I now love my pearly white smile! I have also had two bridges and an implant with them and the care and after care has meant going to the dentist is no longer traumatic for me. To round off three years of getting my perfect smile, I had lip fillers with Dr Rita, which again was a wonderful experience. I felt in really safe hands, and after an initial appointment I waited a few months before getting them done for summer. I had just one tiny bruise on my lip, minimal swelling which was back to normal in just 4 days. Safe to say I am addicted now!

Fantastic experience: I have only been to this practice for general dental treatment or a check up however I have always been very satisfied with the service here. I feel the colleagues are always friendly, knowledgeable and always consistent. I have also been referred recently to an orthodontic practice and generally feel happy with my dentist's honesty and helpfulness. I never feel like this practice want anything more than to help their clients.

Fantastic experience: Over the last few years I’ve had some major dental work carried out at the Peppermint Group. I have found their staff to be friendly, attentive and very professional. My dental work has been carried out by Dr. David Pearson whom I would highly recommend. During the dental work he took the time to make sure I was comfortable and aware what he was doing at each point of the procedure. This helped me to feel at ease. He also took time at the end of the procedure to make sure I was happy with what had been done. The dental work I have had carried out has been to an excellent standard and without fault.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Rita for consulation for botox and fillers, she has given me a lot of information that made me comfortable with the treatment and it shows how experienced she is. The following appointment I had my botox and fillers done, I am so happy with the treatmen t not that I only didnt feel anything but a fabulous results aswell! After this I came in to see Donella for consultation for coolsculpting and again donella has made me feel comfortable and given me lot on info and this treatment was amazing I could not be more happier with the result! I came back from my long trip from asia and I had bad sunburnt and terrible skin. Dr Rita advised me to use the ZO fundamental five, and honestly the result is fantastic! I can now go out without any make up on! And people give me compliments! I cant recommend this clinic enough, they are bloody amazing !!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Rita for a consultation for facial aesthetics and information about skin care and I could not be happier. Dr Rita was amazing I was given so much information about my skin health and started my ZO journey that day. Negative experience: Went here for botox with a female work colleague a while back. I had to pay more, so I asked "do you get more product/higher dose of male then?" The answer? "No, it's just cos men are more likely to come back". I asked if I could have the difference refunded as I did not come back... "no". Con artists. I acknowledge your response, If you had acted with an ounce of decorum and investigated the matter you would have found out I have changed my name since I was there; 'Billy Gardner' will be on your records, please check what I was charged and then check what my friend and colleague 'Lorna Wilson' was charged at the same visit. I hope that any further reply will show some shred of professionalism and not outright blame, name calling and lies ... Kinda says it all!! (Remember: card payments and emails [which my challenge to the pricing were over] always leave a paper trail)

Fantastic experience: I got lip dermal lip fillers at the Peppermint Group and I am delighted with the results. I've been thinking about the them for years but wasn't sure. I explained to Dr Rita the sort look I was after and she talked me through every step of the way during the treatment to make sure I was totally happy. She was also really helpful and reassuring during the consultation as was her nurse. I'll definitely return.

Negative experience: I had filler here with Dr Rita and sadly it has not been a good experience. I made a big mistake going to this clinic and wish to remain private about it but gave a truthful account of my own personal experience. Again in response to the Peppermint Groups reply. This is my own personal experience and does not intend to reflect the other 18500 that Dr Rita has treated! I did not say that Dr Rita has no experience in complications. I said in future I would go to someone with more experience. This is the truth and you show great arrogance in believing that someone should not challenge or speak out against someone in a position of authority. In cosmetic surgery and in any other medical procedure there is always a risk of things going wrong. I understand this as I work within the NHS but we must learn from our experiences rather than become so defensive we don't listen. I am please to hear she is so successful but defend my honest review.

Fantastic experience: Had my lips done three times now by Dr Rita and they get better every time. Very happy with the results! Also Heather, the hygienist, is amazing at doing what she does! Mouth feels very clean and fresh afterwards would never go anywhere else now to have my teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: I initially visited The PG for some welcome advice on root treatment. Since then, after a crown came loose, I called Dr Rita and they fitted me in immediately! I then made an appointment with Dr McLean to discuss the option of either a new crown or an implant. Advice was given on a ‘treatment plan’, along with the ins and outs of what to expect in language that I could understand. Any concerns I had were addressed and explained in full. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for nearly 20 years. I have been seen by a good number of dentists over the years. As one dentist left, I was given a new dentist. BUT there's only been ONE dental hygienist! I have a few angels looking after me, and Heather is one of them. Heather has taught me how to look after my teeth. I listen and learn.
