Fantastic experience: If you’re thinking about getting Invisalign here, I couldn’t recommend it enough. Mat and the team are great. I have never experienced a dentist with such friendly staff. The whole Invisalign process over the last year has been very easy. I had extremely crooked teeth so I am pleased with the results. I shopped around a little before deciding to proceed with Earlsfield Dental Studios (largely due to moving away from Earlsfield). Another dentist said I would need 4 teeth removing at a cost of £800 if I was to proceed (on top of the cost of invisalign), however, Mat was able to achieve my desired look without removing any teeth at all. The hygienists I have seen here were both amazing too, and both somehow made the usually terrifying experience (for me) pleasant. I actually looked forward to my last appointment.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to see Dr Salma Daou by my husband, who had been having issues with his gums for years and no other dentist took the care and time to identify the cause of the problem, which Dr Daou did in their first appointment. I saw Dr Daou for a general check up and for an initial Invisalign consultation. She listened to the concerns I had about my teeth, and was incredibly diligent in ensuring everything was healthy. I trusted her implicitly throughout the appointment. She then provided me with options regarding orthodontic works I had requested, and we chose to proceed with Invisalign. Dr Daou then promptly did a lot of work behind the scenes to provide me with the full picture of what could be expected from the treatment, which was so positive and looks incredible. She wrote me a detailed treatment letter and checked everything was ok with me before kicking the treatment off, requiring minimal time or effort from me - this was so appreciated. I’m now part way through the treatment plan, and honestly couldn’t be happier already, so thank you Dr Daou! Overall Dr Daou was so personable, positive, thorough and knowledgeable. She and Goldie her dental nurse were so lovely and really made me feel so comfortable in their clinic.

Fantastic experience: Having survived 2 dentists ( both now retired ) I was recommended Dr Matt Lowis by a doctor neighbour of mine when I needed attention to a slightly complicated dental problem . I have been very impressed with the treatment he gave me and only wish I had found him earlier. Matt Lowis is a careful , considerate and highly skilled dentist. Fantastic experience: My son was involved in an accident and incurred damage to four teeth. Dr Salma Daou was brilliant with him, examining him carefully and sensitively, and talked him through each step of the repair process. We were very grateful for her expert treatment and care, and my son’s teeth look as good as new.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with this clinic. I chose it on the basis of the glowing reviews. It was an emergency appointment, as I developed an abscess on the roof of my mouth related to an old root canal after suffering from a cold. I was very worried as I was due to fly out on a ski holiday a few days later. Dr Salma Daou was very efficient in diagnosing, taking an x-ray, and having me in and out with a prescription within 10 min. She said I'd need the root canal redone and to come back when the inflammation settled down. Unfortunately, as it later turned out, the antibiotic she prescribed was not strong enough to deal with the abscess. I called them the next day, really concerned as I was in excruciating pain. I left a message just before they opened asking for urgent call back, but no one called. I called again during the opening hours when they had a full reception on duty, and my call was again diverted to an answer phone, so I left a second message asking for urgent call back as I needed help. Still no call back. My head was throbbing, and painkillers were not helping for the pain. I went to the A&E but they don't deal with teeth related issues and just gave me more painkillers, and told me that the antibiotic I was given was not strong enough, and to find another dentist who could drain the abscess and prescribe an appropriate antibiotic. I emailed the Earlsfield clinic, to say I tried to contact them twice and could they respond, I also asked for the copy of the xray, which they eventually sent to me, but never called me back. Eventually, I managed to get another emergency appointment in a different clinic in Wimbledon. The doctor drained the abcess, which took the pressure off and immediately reduced the pain. The new, stronger antibiotic then had a better chance to work on a smaller volume of bacteria, and within 24h I was much better and although sore from the procedure, was able to fly out on holiday. Save yourself the pain and money and go elsewhere as these people don't seem to care. I since had the root canal redone under a microscope and hopefully saved the tooth for a few more years. The whole ordeal set me back £1300. Could have done without the first useless appoitment with these people.

Not only did he create an excellent finish with this aspect, he also shaped the tooth to make it align in better fashion to the other tooth. Matthew provided guidance on another tooth that I asked a question regarding and picked up on an additional item that I hadn’t identified. I’m delighted with the outcome and can’t recommend him highly enough.

I have to say that my teeth are very sensitive and I am always scared to attend teeth cleaning appointments, but my hygienist was so gentle, caring and commutative that this procedure is no longer a problem for me. I initially wanted just composite bonding for a quick fix and Dr Salma advised me to do a course of invisalign and whitening and promised I would be happy enough with the results, that I wouldnt want bonding anymore - and she was right! So happy she took the time to advise on a treatment that was more “long term”. So happy with the results - i also had two composite bonds on two small teeth and they are crafted to perfection! Fantastic experience: Upon entering Earlsfield Dental Studios I was warmly welcomed by Sky, a lovely member of staff. Just to add, this was my first time ever being here due to being a very sceptical individual who is quick to be thrown off. The place was very clean, perhaps spotless and I was seen within ample timing for my appointment. When being called in, Dr Marco Benigni (implantology Doctor) was ever so kind for which I warmed up to instantly. He was assisted by a lovely lady named Kasia and they worked together harmoniously with everything in synch. I was accurately and meticulously taken through the whole process and procedures verbally and was also shown in digital format as to how the outcome will be for which he was precise. Dr Benigni was also very quick to identify the problems of the past and any problem that one may encounter post treatment which was a bonus. I have had some work done to my teeth before in several places not to mention in different countries however, Dr Benigni performed miraculously. Moreover, Dr Benigni and Kasia worked in such a systematic way that everything just fell in to place in perfect timing and prefect form. Not a second of time was wasted on irrelevant matters but all focused on my needs and outcome. In summary, the service provided was outstanding, in uniform and beautifully structured. I am utterly thrilled with my encounter and would recommend Earlsfield Dental Studios in a heartbeat. Each member of staff I encountered were, polite, warm, and friendly and I am glad I found this place. Thank you once again to Dr Benigni and his kind assistant Kasia for such a smooth and pleasant journey.

Fantastic experience: I am really happy with the treatment I’ve had at Earlsfield Dental Studios. I had an Invisalign express course and bonding of my front teeth along with a check up/hygienist clean. The dental studio itself is spotlessly clean and calm. Mat is really professional, talks you through the treatment options in a clear way and there was no pressure of upselling. I found the treatment approach very consultative. My teeth were a tricky case to bond, which Mat approached with patience and we ended up with great results. Kasia and Skye are also friendly and really helpful. As someone who has never been a fan of dentist visits in the past, I felt relaxed and in safe hands here. I would happily recommend Earlsfield Dental Studios to anyone considering Invisalign or cosmetic treatments as I had a very positive experience and am so happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Salma at Earlsfield Dental Studios after not seeing a dentist for 2 years. The studio is clean, welcoming and you always feel like a VIP. I really struggle with going to the dentist so when explained my fears they talked me through treatment clearly every step of the way. They offer a dental check up for a great price where Salma took pictures, xrays and talked through any treatment that I needed. I had a filling refitted that had mostly fallen out (and was dark silver) which was completely painless and camouflaged into my tooth. I've never had treatment that I was numbed properly for so it was a surprise to leave without being in tears!! Salma then sorted me some Invisalign treatment after my previous treatment had started to move and no longer looked how I wanted. It was very quick and after some shaping of teeth and whitening I have a completely new smile that I'm so happy with! It's clear that they care so much about their clients needs and wants, as well as trying to save them money where they can.

Fantastic experience: BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Dr Salma Daou is AMAZING and very talented. My teeth were eroded at the gum line after a long illness, then a local dentist did a bad job 'fixing' them. I was very upset with the look of them. I searched the web for hours and hours, and finally came across Dr Salma - over 400 miles away in London. Her before and after photos were perfection. I was very lucky to stay in London for 2.5 weeks, and have Dr Salma go out of her way to fit me in for 3 appointments during this time at short notice. (Kasia went above and beyond to ensure I was all set for my initial appointments). I was very nervous after my last experience, but Dr Salma is absolutely lovely and calm, and talked me through the whole thing. She wanted me to be happy with the outcome, and took great time and care to make tiny adjustments. I could not be more pleased and never thought I would get such a good result. The colour, shape and size are perfect, and I am amazed she managed to do this with composite bonding alone and am no longer ashamed of my teeth. So happy I found Dr Salma. I am very grateful to her, and also Kasia, Goldie and Sky for their help. :)

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Mat and his ream enough. I went in for basic work - hygienist, replace fillings, crown etc but for the first time had some cosmetic done too - whitening and lengthening of shortened front teeth. The result are great! Subtle but definite and it feels like my teeth have been refreshed, looking how they were maybe 20 or 30 years ago. Also, Mat advises but never pushes treatments onto you, and even talked me out of having extra things done.

Fantastic experience: Where to start!!! Salma is the best dentist i have ever had. She has the most gentle and professional manner and managed to interpret my ramblings about the kind of teeth i wanted and completely re-vamp my smile! I had composite veneers and they look so natural i can't believe it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic team and very friendly service. Was greeted by the Earlsfield staff, Kasia and Sarah on multiple occasions. Very friendly with a wealth of knowledge in dentistry. Provided advice and updated me with all the issues I raised concerning my dental needs and treatment. The Dentist, Mat Lowis was very sincere and genuine with all his recommendations for my dental work. I was also treated by the dental surgeon, Marco who was also very good and very experienced in extraction, did not feel any discomfort. I have visited many dental centres and Earlsfield was definitely the best by far. The service and customer care given to me on every visit was above and beyond. I usually wouldn’t visit a dentist that is located more than an hour’s drive but due to the COVID restrictions I decided to visit as many were closed. From my first visit, I was definitely impressed with the options and genuine advice offered to me. I would like to thank the team for their care and advice through my dental journey. I have visited more than 5 practices to find the best place to carry out my dental work. From the initial consultation, I was very impressed with the level of customer care and honesty.
