Fantastic experience: I have just completed my implant journey with Dr Stuart McLaren and dental nurse Emma. Stuart is excellent, welcoming and reassuring - but most importantly great DENTIST! I'm not the easiest patient to treat, thankfully Stuart found the way to calm down my nerves, not many dentists were successful. Also very reasonable price for an implant, prior quote from another clinic was excessive. Straight after my treatment I have signed patient membership for future. Whereas another practice wanted to remove some of my teeth 20 years ago, this practice worked hard to repair them and they are still going strong due to their diligence ! I won't forget that. I'm happy to travel from Ayr to Rutherglen to maintain this level of personal service. The best dentist I have ever had by far.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had full mouth implants, top and bottom, done by Stuart McLaren and am absolutely delighted with the result. Stuart is highly skilled in Implant Dentistry which made me feel confident in him throughout the process. He explained in detail every stage of the procedures and involved me in all decisions being made, describing what would happen and when. The staff team at Prestige are superb and create a friendly environment within the practice. I would definitely recommend Stuart for implants, his attention to detail and work are 1st class.

Negative experience: £265.00 just to look at you in an emergency and it would be 7 days before they could see you! Then the cost of the fix on top! Nothing but an abuse of the British tax payer that paid for their training! I would boycott this place for this appalling behaviour toward those needing emergency medical care! I am not a member of your practice! I told your staff member this and needed emergency medical care! The information I got set out as above was the response! The review therefore will not be removed!

The dentist, Ryan Holland, identified the problem, in spite of my inability to be clear about the source of the pain. He extracted the offending tooth there and then. Result -problem solved. Negative experience: Been there for long time, since pandemic a young boy took me over as patient. I trusted him, why wouldn't I. It was a huge mistake! Several fillings just fell out but the worst was when 1 of my teeth just broke because of the bad job on the filling, the answer was oh that's just happens your teeth are really week. The scenario was crown or implant, I couldn't afford implant, crown yes but only privet mixed with nhs, had an argument with young boy over that as he started to price me between 1k to 4grand! Ridiculous. After several months and several arguments I got a green light for mixed payment crown, I've paid £450 and when it came to treatment time I said several times in person and over the phone ( after root treatment before crown) that I can still feel pain in that tooth. Young boy told me it's normal.. fitted the crown, £450out from my pocket. I'm posting this now, as I could stand several fillings to be replaced by my new dentist but the fact that my root treated tooth give me ache that keeps me awake and my new dentist said that there is infection and he has to take the crown off, treat the tooth and put hopefully same crown (If it survives the removal if not new one or implant as tooth may not survive this treatment either) boils my blood! We should be allowed to make a complaint and be able to get recompensation in case of bad treatment! I also leave the review now as I spoke with my neighbour recently and he told me he had similar situation with that boy, letting him know that he still can feel the pain but "dentist" just make him to feel like a fool! The worst dentist I've ever had. I have fillings from 20 years and no problem with it anything this unqualified boy done its falling apart! I paid lots of money for his service I should be able to complaint about it and get a refund so I can afford fix all somewhere else!

Fantastic experience: Been going here a long time and Nula has know my 2 children since there were babies (now both in there late 20's) ever time she so lovely, polite asks after my family. The staff are always welcoming especially the receptionist (can't remember her name, so sorry but she has been there 30 years) Would highly recommend them to anyone.
