Fantastic experience: Great session on BLS training for staff. Ready to save lives in an emergency

Negative experience: Highly unreliable. Waited for 3 weeks to get the appointment. I got cancelled twice before I gave up. I understand that health problems can come up at any time, but they should have a back up so that people don't have to wait months to get a simple cleaning done. Disappointed.

Nothing was too much trouble and treatment was done with care and attention at every stage (which is not the experience many of my friends have had at other clinics where they throw the retainers at you and say see you in 6 months!) Fantastic experience: I've been with dr Qassim Abbasi for a few years now, and I'm nothing but delighted by the experience I had so far! My teeth are generally healthy but worn out, and we developed a plan to minimize the risk and prolong their lifetime. That has required a collaboration with an external orthodontist that Dr Abbasi recommended and I had a very positive experience there too. We finished with my teeth reconstruction last week and I am very happy with the result! The environment at the clinic is nice and welcoming, and I think the price is fair especially at this location.

Fantastic experience: I've avoided braces most of my life then finally decided to get Invisalign instead. I visited a few Orthodontists before landing at Mansion House Dental Practice. From my first visit, Dr. Abbasi has been incredibly thorough and diligent about the process, setting expectations and going above and beyond at every session. Even though I wasn't at the end of my Invisalign term, he was happy to temporarily remove the buttons from my teeth and whiten them just before my wedding! If you're looking to get Invisalign, don't go anywhere else. Every clinic focused on selling giving you lucrative deals but didn't give make the time to give the necessary info you need to make the big decision. Orthodontics aside, Dr. Abbasi is a genuinely nice person and fun to chat with. If you decide to not go forward with Invisalign, at least you'll get a genuine discussion out of your session.

Fantastic experience: This is best dentist practice you'll ever find in London. I've been to Mansion House Dental Practice since 2018 for both Invisalign treatment and general dental care. The Invisalign procedure was done for my wedding and it was great! Dr Abbasi is methodical, organised, really good at explaining each step of the process. and most importantly - pain free! Dr Johar is very friendly, also detail oriented. They treat you with respect every step of the way. I started going there as it's close to work but even though I've changed jobs I still go there as it's so hard to find the right dentist! It's a very clean nice space and well situated in the city, close to St Pauls, Bank, Cannon St and Liverpool St.

Fantastic experience: This past week I had my first check up and hygiene appointment within the practice. I run a Personal Training company, so am extremely particular about who I go to see when it comes to my health. The reviews convinced me to come in and see the guys at Mansion House Dental Practice and the good reputation is certainly justified. The appointment was during the pandemic, so as such, the practice had to implement various different procedures to keep everyone safe. This was all clearly outlined prior to the appointment and was executed really well. I saw Dr Abbasi and I felt at ease immediately. He provided feedback to me in what he saw and what I should keep an eye on for the future, all backed up by the x ray's they took. The results from the hygienist appointment were excellent. My teeth looked and felt great walking out of there and was more than happy to leave a 5 star review. I wouldn't say I look forward to going back... but... I am relieved and feel confident that if and when I do need to, I'm in the right hands.

Fantastic experience: I called in for an emergency appointment for a painful tooth and was seen on the same day.Had subsequent root canal treatment, which was surprisingly pain free.
