Fantastic experience: I've always been very nervous about going to the dentist, but my experience with Walton Dental Surgery has completed changed that. The team and Dr. Gary made me feel comfortable and at ease right from the moment I walked in. He was patient, reassuring and took the time to explain the treatment process - ensuring that I was happy at all times. As a result I actually look forward to going to the dentist and I am so glad that I found them!

Fantastic experience: What a truly amazing dentist surgery. I have always been terrified of dentist s , but from the moment I walked in, the smell of the sented oils , receptionist s who are helpful and patient . The dentist was so kind , he let me take my time , talked me through what he was going to do , and kept checking if I was ok .I selected to be sedated. The gentleman from sedation solutions was brilliant, we went through my medical history, and any worries I had . I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone. 10/10 . Thank you so much . I am extremely nervous and after years of abuae to my teeth and not looking after them i took the plunge to find a dentist i can trust and that can deal with nervous patients. As someone who absolutely hates the dentist and has been terrified of dental visits for years, this experience was a total game changer for me. From the moment I walked in the team made me feel calm and comfortable. The atmosphere is welcoming and I never felt rushed or judged. I saw Dr. Kunal Pareek, who was simply amazing. He was patient, gentle and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire appointment. For the first time ever, I felt relaxed in the dentist’s chair and actually trusted the person treating me. Fantastic experience: The best dental surgery I have ever been to. I scheduled an emergency appointment with this surgery a couple of months ago and they saw me straight away. Teresa was so great at fitting me in and has been a pleasure on every visit. My dentist KP is amazing, so reassuring, helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience 10/10. He listened to my issues, was genuinely caring and wanted me to feel happy for my wedding day. Fantastic experience: My 13 year visited Walton dental to have 2 teeth extracted. Both KP and his assistant were brilliant, making a ‘big deal’ light hearted and quick. If having teeth removed can be a laugh then this was it- very lovely people who got it spot on for my daughter. Thank you

Fantastic experience: From my first phone call to Walton Dental Surgery about my broken crown. The phone call was welcoming and I felt at ease, I went along to my appointment that afternoon for an assessment with KP. I found him friendly and put me at ease. I was given a detailed plan of work to be completed and cost. Again made to feel at ease and welcoming. My appointment yesterday to have old crown removed which I was extremely nervous about. KP made me feel relaxed the whole procedure was painless. KP explained what he was doing throughout the procedure.I look forward to my next appointment . I will certainly be going back .

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Walton Dental Surgery highly enough. You feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door, from the warm welcome by Teresa who is so kind and helpful, to the skill and expertise of both KP and Dr Gary. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable at all times and my childhood fear of going to the dentist has gone. Dr Gary did a filling for me and I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. I have had teeth alignment with KP and he has been excellent, very caring, patiently answering all my questions and taking as much time as I needed to get the results we wanted. Fantastic experience: I recently visited the Walton Dental Clinic for check up and to get advice on my sensitive teeth I was impressed with the level of care I received Dr. Kp was incredibly professional and knowledgeable he took the time to explain the procedure and calmly answered my questions his gentle approach and attention to detail ensured that the subject through yet painless which it was as I didn’t feel the anaesthesia injection at all. Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to see a dentist for maybe 30 years. I had a little pain so thought I’d better go in. What a lovely experience, everyone was very kind and friendly but most importantly not judgemental at all. After 4 months of cleaning and a few fillings I’m more than happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice! The receptionist was super helpful and both myself and my husband were able to get new patient appointments very quickly. The dentist Dr Gary Pahuja and his Team were very professional. I had to have a filling which was painless, and my husband, a tooth extraction which he also found to be straightforward and without pain. We were both very impressed with the service and treatment we received.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience here. After being turned away from my previous dentist to do Invisalign, KP accommodated me to my fairly short schedule, he opened the practice early for some appointments due to work constraints, was always very efficient and flexible and has done an amazing job, I couldn’t be happier with my teeth. Fantastic experience: Such a great dentist. My son had severe tooth ache and no other dentist could see him. Not only did they manage to see him they were so empathic, friendly and professional. Negative experience: Horrific reception staff! 6 week wait to make a basic appointment and I was scolded by the receptionist who asked me “how come you waited all this time with a decayed tooth and you can’t wait another 5 weeks”? When I told her my filling had come off her response was “eeer…ok… unbelievable”.

Fantastic experience: I was a very nervous patient and the thought or root canal treatment would have had me running for the hills. That is until I had an appointment with Dr KP, I can honestly say I had zero pain and the care extended to me was exceptional. Cannot thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic from start the finish. From the efforts made by the receptionist when I called in rather a panic to fit me in to the TWO dentists that took their time to examine and treat me and decide the best course of action. The dental nurses were lovely too, chatting to me and distracting me from a rather uncomfortable experience! Having a tooth removed wasn't ever going to be enjoyable but the staff really did go above and beyond for me. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: This is a lovely surgery with an accommodating team. Our dentist KP is welcoming and immediately puts you at ease. Fantastic experience: Called for an emergency appointment for an extraction. Was in extreme pain which kept me up all night. Was given an appointment very swift. And the team are all very welcoming and friendly. The dentist and nurse both made me feel at ease and the extraction was done with no pain whatsoever. Fantastic experience: At my first visit I knew that Kunal would look after me. Throughout the process every step was explained and I can honestly say that now the treatment has finished I have achieved what was promised and I love my smile.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my dentist as I needed my wisdom teeth extracted and I was extremely nervous. This dentist surgery offered sedation and I was adamant that I wanted it. I arrived for my consultation and was immediately greeted by warm and friendly front of house staff that were personable and talkative which made me feel at ease straight away. I then went through to KP one of the dentists. He was extremely calming, friendly and explained everything clearly and concisely. He spoke to me about the procedure and what it would entail; this made me relax and in the end I opted for just anaesthetic and decided not to have sedation. I did this because he ‘had my back’ and made it very clear that my experience was important to him. I have now had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and the whole procedure was a positive and pain free one. Kunal is an amazing dentist and I can’t thank him and his outstanding team enough for restoring my faith in dentistry and eradicating a life long fear. Thank You!

Fantastic experience: This is the first implant I’ve ever had and I am thrilled with it. All the processes were explained to me clearly in advance so I always knew what to expect. I couldn’t believe it when finally the tooth was fitted yesterday. It instantly felt like it had been there forever even though I had been without a tooth for over two years not helped by the Covid situation. And the colour is an exact match. I wouldn’t hesitate to have another implant with Gary and highly recommend him and Walton surgery.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my treatment plan at Wlaton Dental Surgery. I needed implants and bridges to replace my top front teeth following an accident many years ago. Gary was amazing, he was so patient and gentle as I have quite high anxiety and the treatment was quite intense at times. The end result is absolutely fantastic and I have my smile back, the look is very natural and you can't tell that they aren't my real teeth. I would absolutely recommend this surgery, the care, attention to detail and the incredibly calm way in which Gary works are among the many reasons why I wouldn't look any further for dental treatment. Teresa, the practice manager, was so kind and helpful and contacted me regularly to make appointments and also to check I was OK after treatments. All in all I cannot find any fault with the entire experience in terms of the care and end result.

Fantastic experience: Great service provided by the whole team at Walton Dental Surgery. A lovely friendly reception team who went out of their way to help with my enquiries. Good timing available for appointments allowing flexibility for visits to the surgery that fit around my lifestyle. Invisalign treatment with Dr Pareek was great, I felt he communicated the whole process to me at each stage so alway felt informed. The process was simple to follow and the weeks seemed to fly by. Love that I’m getting complements on how great my teeth look, giving me confidence in my smile again.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent practice. They have been looking after me for well over 10 years with all treatments, checkups and hygienist visits helping to keep everything in great condition. The staff are always helpful and courteous and have managed to fit me in for unexpected treatments at very short notice on a couple of occasions. They also told me to contact them over a couple of weekends after wisdom teeth removal should there be any complications which was very comforting after quite a major procedure. The staff are always open and honest about any required treatments and are happy to explain exactly what is required and why. My dental health is in great hands and you are always made to feel welcome and put at ease when visiting.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience from start to finish with Walton Dental Surgery and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice. What was offered was what I received. I believe the prices are reasonable. There were no dishonest or hard selling tactics. Gary's work was top notch and not without a degree of artistry because he rebuilt teeth with fillings by hand and they look like my original teeth, which he never saw before they broken. He also honoured his promise to follow up with additional work to perfect the job if I felt anything within reason could be improved. He sent personal messages to keep me informed during Covid-19 lockdown and the practice put good measures in place to be Covid-safe when they reopened. I won't hesitate to return for my future dental care.

Fantastic experience: A friendly and professional clinic that has everything in place to keep COVID safe. As a new and rather nervous patient, I was relieved at how understanding they were and KP explained fully the work he needed to carry out. Obviously, having a tooth extracted will never be a fun experience but I was comfortable throughout and the work was calmly and expertly done. Fantastic experience: I’m pretty sure not many people’s first thoughts have ever been “I had the pleasure of visiting my dentist today”, but I’m very pleased to say that visiting Walton Dental Surgery was exactly that - a pleasure. Given the current state of the world, you can imagine the worries a person might have visiting a new surgery for any kind of treatment with practitioners you’ve never met, however the team at Walton are taking every step to ensure the safety and comfort of their patients. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences - the staff as polite and friendly, KP listened to me and provided me with excellent knowledge and understanding of my treatments plus advice in general and has kept in touch with me regularly by text through my treatment. The surgery itself was near painless - given I needed a root canal and crown I’m amazed that I barely felt a thing and it all went swimmingly, including the recovery after. Prices are also very clear and adhered to well which is reassuring and there was never pressure to take a certain course of treatment. I’ll be looking after my teeth a lot better now, so I shouldn’t have to visit too often, however when I do I know I’ll be in safe hands and will be well looked after. Nicc

Fantastic experience: What can I say ? When I left the surgery I was feeling relaxed and had regained my trust in dentists after having a bad experience elsewhere . KP and his nurse Laura were both very understanding of my anxiety and did everything they could to ensure the procedure was pain free and successful. Both have a very calm disposition and good sense of humour ! KP explained what he was doing each step of the way. The soothing music and calm landscape scenes on the TV ,along with their personalities , made the experience of having quite a complex tooth extraction plus a filling , a relaxing, surreal and pleasant experience . The procedure was not rushed and there were pauses to ensure that I was comfortable. I think I nearly fell asleep I was so relaxed ! I didn’t suffer any discomfort or pain. All the team I have met at this Dental Surgery Theresa Gary ,Kathryn , KP and Laura have gone over and beyond normal practise to ensure their patient is cared for. I even received an after care call from Theresa to make sure I was ok . Nearly two weeks on and I have had no pain or after effects . I highly recommend KP and his team . Thank you all .

Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience of my life regarding dental treatments. I was always anxious and scared of going to the dentist but this wonderful team made my anxiety gradually disappear. I had the intravenous sedation which allowed me to relax and do most of my treatment and everything went smoothly, no pain whatsoever. Definitely recommend this dental practice as it's the only one I will keep coming to. Thank you all so much for everything you have done and still do for me on my ongoing visits.
