Fantastic experience: Just completed a round of dental work at Wareham Dental Surgery. My dentist and his staff were superb. I am very pleased with the outcome my dentist was kind, patient and understanding. I would gladly recommend this surgery to anyone a little nervous of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Giles for years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else, especially after having a bad experience with another dentist in the past. From the moment you arrive, both Giles and his assistant are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely reassuring. Giles always explains everything clearly and takes the time to make sure I feel comfortable, which really puts me at ease. His assistant is equally attentive and kind, helping to create a calm, stress-free experience every time. It’s rare to feel this relaxed at the dentist, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for looking after me and my teeth!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dental practice I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years seen it change throughout that time I rang up with terrible toothache explaining it was an abscess as I’ve had them before I was seen that day and the tooth was removed This was done even though there was one dentist there at the time he fitted me in with the rest of his days schedule Couldn’t have been any more grateful that day

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted a few days ago and Swapnil and the team were absolutely fantastic. I have nothing but praise for Swapnil and the dental surgery. They are all wonderful and make you feel totally at ease from the word go. I get very teary when I have injections but Swapnil is so good at giving them you hardly notice what is happening! I was looked after so well and treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The surgery called me the next day to make sure I was OK and had not problems with the extraction. It was lovely to receive the call as it shows they care about their patients. I can totally and 100% recommend Wareham Dental Surgery, they really are the best!

Negative experience: I only had two of my teeth filled and my teeth hurt, I went, they said there was nothing, and moreover, they asked money for appointment it is a disgraceful place, I do not recommend it to anyone. £900 wasted

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment at the surgery yesterday. I am holidaying near Wareham. Booking an appointment was no problem and the receptionist was extremely helpful. I saw Otis and Chelsea in the morning. We decided I needed a tooth extraction for a cracked tooth. I was in severe pain and they very kindly offered me an appointment at the end of the day after practice hours. Otis was extremely professional and caring. He put me at ease and removed a particularly troublesome back tooth. I am extremely grateful. I am a little sore this morning but the agonising pain has gone. Thank you thank you Otis. Chelsea was working with Otis. She was extremely kind and caring. Reassuring me all the way through. Such a lovely lady. I would thoroughly recommend this practice 10/10

Fantastic experience: I am an elderly gentleman and have attended quite a few dental surgeries over the years. All have been very good. However I belive Wareham Dental Surgery to be top in the league of excellence. This includes not only the very professional Dentist themselves but also their caring nurses and friendly reception staff I don't believe you'll find a better organisation anywhere. So don't hesitate get signed up.

Fantastic experience: We recently moved to Wareham, and reluctantly that also meant a change of dentist... our previous practice had been excellent and we were more than a little apprehensive that we could find similar. I am also VERY fussy having had a mum who was a dentist! HOWEVER (& it needs capital letters) we were both blown away by Wareham Dental Surgery. The surgery is welcoming and calm. Giles and his team were just brilliant to both of us. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed over the course of a few months. Giles explained everything very clearly. He was professional, but above all, he was patient, gentle with the treatment and thorough in his aftercare advice. Fantastic experience: The treatment I receive here is excellent.I recently had a filling in a tooth near the front with Swapnil. He has completely remodelled the tooth which looks so much improved and I am very pleased with the result. Fantastic experience: I'll start this by saying I was completely petrified of seeing any dentist. Not anymore! I suffered from tooth pain for around 10 years without seeking any help, I was finally in so much pain with multiple infections that I had no choice but to call for an emergency appointment which I was recommended to Wareham dental surgery and seen the same day of calling. Wareham dental surgery and in particular Swapnil Shinde made me feel so relaxed from our very first appointment. He talked me through every step of the way and had taken me out of pain immediately and treated me in such a way that has cured my fear of getting further treatment. I now have a recurring treatment plan and have had in the region of 15 appointments in the last year and overall gaining confidence every step of the way. The assistants are fantastic, always asking if your OK and talking to you to put you at ease if your bag of nerves. Highly recommended to those with a fear of the dentist. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I phoned Wareham Dental Surgery & (with a bit of luck,a cancellation!)they managed to fit me in & cap a back tooth.Thankfully the steering pain has gone. Positive experience: The dental treatment was very good, that's for sure. However, I was kept waiting 40 minutes after my appointment time and not one person - out of 4 possibilities - said sorry.

Fantastic experience: Just completed the first of three dental implants and to say I am super pleased is an understatement. Apart from being a contender for the nicest man in England, Swapnil is an absolutely brilliant dentist. Implants require a lot of attention to detail and Swapnil completed every stage with great care – he is completely dedicated to his profession. As a result of his work I have a perfect rear molar implant which means I can chew again! My new tooth feels brilliant and I am really looking forward to the next stage in my treatment plan - two upper molar implants with a bridging tooth in between.

Great reception and dental nurses. They went out of their way to fit me in for an emergency procedure - the dentist even called me out of hours to organise treatment! Fantastic experience: Managed to break a tooth at the start of my holiday in Dorset, Wareham Dental surgery kindly fitted me in and fixed the problem until I next see my dentist in London. Otis explained what he had done and made a few good suggestions. Highly recommend and when I finally do return to Dorset for good will definitely use full time.

Fantastic experience: I joined this practice because my previous dentist in Parkstone went private, I live in Wareham, couldn’t find an alternative NHS dentist, had no choice other than join a private one, and chose Wareham Dental Surgery. Since joining I have found all staff members to be helpful, very pleasant and welcoming. Swapnil, the Dentist that I see, has a very calming manner, and is gentle in his approach. I had to have an extraction yesterday, which I wasn’t looking forward to, but “Neil” took his time and removed all three roots individually, constantly explaining what he was doing. Whilst I wouldn’t relish a repeat performance, if I had to I wouldn’t be so nervous next time, as I know I am in safe hands!! Thank you all for your professionalism and consideration.

Fantastic experience: I’ve now seen Dr. Swapnil several times and I’m over the mood with the service that I receive. I’ve always been nervous about dental appointment but Dr. Swapnil is very friendly and does an excellent job. The surgery it’s self is very professional but welcoming at the same time and all the staff seem lovely. I can say I’m very happy with my choice and I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent! They fitted me in as an emergency before Christmas and I've since registered with them as a private patient. Dr Giles Kuyzk did composite bonding on my top two front teeth today to repair a broken tooth. He is very skilled and made a lovely job of them. He was so friendly and approachable throughout which helped relax me (nervous patient- like most). I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had my tooth prepared for a permanent crown in two weeks.I was in the chair for1hr45mins and was so relaxed with the help of Otis he asked me what music I would like to listen to to relax .He explained what he was doing all the time . Fantastic experience: I joined the practice in 2018 after years of struggling with dental treatment. Swap Neil was very kind ,caring and understanding.I needed an extensive amount of treatment which was carried out over nearly two years .At each appointment I was given lots of time and reassurance and encouragement to complete all of the treatment .Without Swapneil this would not have been possible he even gives me a choice of music to relax me and makes sure the chair is not fully reclined as this makes me anxious .I am now able to attend check ups on my own as I am no longer extremely stressed .I cannot thank Swapneil enough he really has gone above and beyond for me and I would never go to another dentist now .Thankyou also to all of the staff who have been so kind to me at every appointment .

Fantastic experience: Being a very nervous patient, I waited many years until I was brave enough to go for 2 implants. It involved a number of appointments over quite a few months but so worth it and it has made such a difference to me. Every visit I felt that I was in such good hands and Swapnil always talked everything through and explained what he was doing. I have never felt so relaxed with a dentist, completely confident in the treatment and his calm reassuring manner made each visit almost a pleasure. Fantastic experience: Having found the Wareham surgery after experiencing poor customer service at our previous dental surgery, I have found both, Otis and his colleague Swapnil to be extremely professional and friendly. Both take the time to explain in detail what the treatment entails and make sure you understand exactly what will happen and the cost before any treatment begins. All the people I have met so far who work at the front end on reception, are also very professional and friendly. I would recommend this surgery to anyone but in particular to those who may be nervous due to previous bad experiences at other dental practices. My most recent visit (today) was a broken crown, they managed to fit me in and its temporarily sorted and most importantly I am pain free, until a more permanent fix can be undertaken. I couldn't ask for better than that.

Fantastic experience: I would just like to thank Wareham dental surgery for a fantastic experience at my appointment last week. I am quite apprehensive before any procedures but as I walked in the door , I was greeted by a smiling friendly receptionist . I was soon called into the treatment room by Giles my dentist, who was so kind and reassuring. I knew my treatment would include injections and drilling as a large filling had broken off and I was really not looking forward to it at all but I needn’t have worried as I didn’t feel a thing. Giles was so gentle and checked with me that I was ok several times throughout the procedure and Eleanor the nurse was friendly and seemed very efficient! The end result was a fabulous job which left me with a whole cosmetically pleasing and functional tooth again and a great feeling of relief that I didn’t experience any of the pain or discomfort that I was dreading! I will definitely be returning for any future treatment. Thank you so much Giles for your kindness, skill and professionalism and to the practice as a whole.. 10/10!!

I really cannot thank Otis enough for being so kind, compassionate and helpful to me and for always taking the time to explain the treatment I needed and the options available to me. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Wareham Dental Surgery for some years now for routine check ups and the odd filling and have always been delighted with the treatment I have received. Recently however I have had to have a root canal treatment which, my dentist Swapnil , was able to complete at the surgery. My daughter has been using them since she was little (now 6) and is so comfortable with them; they were so gentle and caring towards her & gave her great care when she needed a filling.

Fantastic experience: Recently had to accompany my mother-in-law here prior to major cardiac surgery. With a phobia of dentists being her biggest barrier to surgery, we cannot thank Wareham Dental surgery enough for the adjustments they made to enable my mother-in-laws dental work to be completed and the compassion shown to her throughout. She is now recovering well at home. Fantastic experience: I've had a fair bit of work done recently on my teeth. Although dental work isn't always fun, the team at Wareham dental surgery have been great. If you need a dentist, I'd highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated as a private patient for the past year or so, and found my dentist Ottis to be extremely professional and a pleasure to visit. I find the welcome by the reception staff to be pleasant and polite.

Negative experience: Unfortunately they are just in it to make money off you. Yes they are friendly and great reviews on the practice, till you start challenging the process..... then everything changes! Best £42 spent.... walking out without having anything done.... at least it didn't cost me an unnecessary procedure!

I'm 60 & i have at last been shown how to brush my teeth properly with an electric toothbrush. I've had a black tooth for years that i never thought would be white again. And I've had a successful root canal. I would highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: We are away on holiday and our autistic son was in a lot of pain after having some dental work done back home, miles away, it put us into a problem, we called up to see if there was anything they could do, luckily they made space to fit him in, we got there and he was seen straight away, they stayed after hours to help him, they seemed to understand him and helped to keep him calm and answer all his questions. Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Wareham Dental Surgery, under the care of Swapnil, for some years now, and have always found him a total pleasure to visit which sounds unusual in a dentist! In the last few years my husband has also had to attend which, to someone who has never felt at ease with a dentist, should have been an ordeal but in reality, under Nil's care, proved to be pain-free. Fantastic experience: I cannot praise this dental surgery enough. The whole team are always helpful, cheerful and competent. A piece broke off one of my top front teeth this week (It was already cracked so probably an accident waiting to happen.) It was not painful but I was self conscious about how awful it looked when I smiled. I rang Wareham dental surgery and was given an appointment at 1pm, their lunch hour, the following day. I was convinced I would have to go elsewhere to have it fixed. When I saw Swapnil he immediately reassured me that he could fix it. He is always empathetic, understanding and good at communication. Although it was the lunch hour he performed the procedure there and then, ably assisted by the dental nurse. He did an amazing job, so skillful, it looked even better than before it broke as there was no visible crack any more! I am so grateful. Fantastic experience: I have recently had treatment for a dental implant with a neighbouring crown. From start to finish, the experience and treatment received was excellent. The procedure was fully explained from the initial consultation and through each point of treatment, which was communicated very well. I was also positively informed of any complications that may occur as a result of varying factors. Communications between the practice, the dental surgeon and I were exceptional and the dentist himself was very accommodating. I cannot recommend Dr Swapnil Shinde enough.

Fantastic experience: You know you are registered with a great Dental Practice when, from the moment you walk in to when you leave everyone is smiling and helpful, you always feel that you are in good hands, and you learn something about looking after your teeth on every visit because the team are on your side. I wish that I had always been looked after by Swapnil and his team, but very glad that I am now!

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth towards the beginning of the pandemic. As I have a major fear of dentists, I was initially very apprehensive of making an appointment, let alone getting any treatment! But from the 1st phone call with the reception staff to actually seeing the Dentist Swapnil (Neil). They have made the whole experience a lot less frightening. Throughout the course of the treatments, they all have been so patience and understanding. Swapnil with his gentle care, knowledge and professionalism has helped this nervous person get through this stressful situation. A massive thank you to Neil and the whole team at the Wareham Dental practice. If you are similar to myself, or not, I would highly recommend seeing them.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Wareham Dental Surgery for about 5 years now and have always been very impressed with the professional, knowledgeable gentle care and dental treatment from the dentist Swapnil Shinde, who is the best dentist I think I have ever had. I am 67 years old with childhood and past adult fillings which means I have now lost some teeth, but the dentist Swapnil here always explains my options in trying to maintain my remaining teeth, encouraging use of their excellent dental hygienist Vicky, repairing minor filling holes and also removing an infected difficult back molar to help save the tooth next to it. Last October, an old filled tooth was partially breaking away, the dentist initially said he would try to save the tooth with a crown, but on the day, decided he could re-create the upper parts of the tooth using what is called a composite restoration technique slowly building up the tooth using UV to harden each small addition and the tooth now looks like new - for half the price of a crown!. Fantastic experience: My wife and I joined the practice soon after our moving to Dorset in 2015, and after I had been told that I needed a crown. 'Neil' was clear that an ordinary filling was all that was needed. His whole approach has always been to see and do what is necessary rather than to find unnecessary work. He has such a gentle and sympathetic nature which makes us feel totally assured that we are in competent caring hands. Since living in Dorset we have lived in Devon and more recently Abingdon in Oxfordshire and we are always happy to travel since 'Neil' is the very best. The receptionists and dental nurses have always been helpful and respectful too. We wish we could give more than 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Swapnil is the most careful, empathic and understanding dentist I've ever had. He saved me having to have a tooth out unnecessarily after another dentist wanted to remove it. His communication and patience make dental work so much more bearable and the team at Wareham Dental Surgery are first class.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist to go to in Wareham, my dentist Nil is brilliant. I’m not the biggest fan of the dentist like many I know….but he is always so good and reassuring and always asks if I’m ok. Very good at what he does and explains everything he does, aswell as if any other treatments that would be needed. I would definitely recommend going here, great dentist and lovely staff all round.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend this surgery. I have previously had a few check-ups but needed some treatment on a molar today. I was fully informed throughout the whole process and shown photos of the dentists work before, and after treatment ,which is very reassuring. Like most people I am not a great fan of visiting the dentist but this is the most at ease I have felt and the best service I have received.
