Today was my first appointment with Dr. Virginia Rootkins regarding my orthodontic treatment, yet she welcomed me with such a huge, genuine smile and warmth that it felt as if we had met a thousand times before.This same level of professionalism and kindness radiates from her colleague, Louise Kelly, with whom I had a previous appointment; both of them are incredibly attentive and personable. During today’s assessment, I felt their immense expertise and discipline at every step. My Dental treatment with Raj throughout my time had made me feel less nervous as he made me feel confident with his approach knowing I was a nervous individual and always asked to make sure I was ok. If I was not happy with anything during my treatment of composite bonding he would make sure he listened to me and make it comfortable for me so I am one hundred percent happy with the final look. Judith removed my tooth, she was very professional in explaining the process and getting the job done with minimal discomfort and super quickly! Matt has talked me through all my options for an implant, put me at ease and reassured me that any issues that I have are his issues to overcome. Filled me with confidence that the procedure will be smooth and efficient! The ladies on reception are polite, efficient and very welcoming. This is probably not the cheapest practice but it will be money very well spent!

Fantastic experience: I have been a regular client (patient) with MODUS dental practice over many years. I am always welcomed with a great smile and from the reception to assistants and consultants with FANTASTIC attitude. When you sit on the chair the consultants make you feel at ease and you are informed of anything that is being done throughout the treatment which I feel it is reassuring, hence one feels less fretting. MODUS are a great example to the Orthodontic profession and I highly recommend the practice.

Negative experience: I had one of the most negative experiences with this clinic. They started a treatment but failed to schedule a follow-up appointment, which led to a severe tooth infection and required urgent treatment. When I visited the clinic seeking answers, the only response I received from the clinic manager was silence. I have reported this matter to the General Dental Council and the Care Quality Commission. Be cautious with this clinic! If you encounter any issues, they will ignore you and show no respect for their patients. UPDATE: I received your response. You didn't even bother to give me a call to talk to me. Just send me a letter saying that you are not going to accept any responsability. This will obviously be escalated to the General Dental Council

Fantastic experience: Needed to have one of the worst tooth extractions known to man, in fact 5 of them!, I am not a fan of the dentist, but who is? if you are then your weird. After suffering 3 years of impacted wisdom teeth and living of nothing but steak and beer, I couldn't eat any sugar at all, as it would give me agony. I went to an NHS hospital after being on the waiting list for 2 years to be told that they would need to break my jaw and drill into it to get them out, I was also told I'd be left numb in my mouth and tongue, and that it was a procedure I really didn't want to go through unless I absolutely needed to, but the pain was nothing else I can explain, phoneomely bad. I was then told that the nhs dentists would discuss it further as it was dangerous and I would need to still wait and come back. I then went onto Google and searched the best Maxiofaccial surgeon Warwickshire, and Judith Stocker came up as the top surgeon, luckily I found that aswell as working for a different NHS hospital she also works privately here at Modus dental care. Managed to register and get an appointment, and from start to finish Judith is a pro, so if you have any teeth problems I would definitely go to see her. I was given very powerful pain relief from a south African guy (sorry can't remember his name) but this guy is a legend,and I felt absolutely nothing throughout, and I did not need my jaw snapping or any drilling. I am now eating whatever I feel like eating, tasting the rainbow on a regular occasion, as I love skittles, so Judith is a legend as was the South African guy. The price was also 75% cheaper than quotes I had received from other private dentists. Thank you Judith Regards, Matt

My son was extremely nervous but I knew he was in safe hands with such a wonderful team that showed such professionalism. I would highly recommend this practice and Judith Stocker and the wonderful Dr Etienne he was absolutely brilliant at explaining everything to my son on a pre operative assessment on the phone prior to his appointment. Then explaining everything again when we arrived was so reassuring. I would like to say a special 'thank you' to the receptionist who made me a nice cuppa, your kindness really helped calm my nerves. Fantastic experience: Mr Matt Perkins is a genius. He saved my teeth. Neither of those statements is an exaggeration - on the contrary, when my dentist referred me to Mr Perkins with gum disease the prognosis was very grim indeed. X-rays and examinations during my first consultation revealed the situation was far worse than expected. I had extremely advanced periodontal disease, which was aggressive and progressing rapidly. Almost all my teeth had very deep pockets and I had severe bone loss and infection throughout. It became clear that I was in imminent danger of losing many of my teeth and the others would soon follow, so urgent, extensive surgery was necessary. Despite my shock at what was quite devastating news, Matt assured me that although the situation was bad and the case challenging, he could fix it. And I believed him. From the moment I met him Matt was reassuring, warm and so approachable I trusted him implicitly. In a situation like that and during what will never be pleasant surgery it's so important to trust the person whose hands you are in! For one thing, easing the anxiety also eases pain and honestly after the anaesthetic injections I didn't feel a thing. He knew exactly what to do to ease the discomfort with those too. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and his extensive expertise and experience are so apparent. Three months after the surgery the results were astounding, it was an almost complete turnaround and my mouth was like a different person's. There was no more of the pain, bleeding and swollen gums that had become the norm for me for some years. I had avoided the dentist for a decade or more - if only I'd realised there were professionals like Matt who could make the whole experience bearable I might have avoided the progression of the disease and the damage that caused. I could almost say it was enjoyable if it hadn't been so serious. The whole team at MODUS are wonderful, kind and so skilled at putting you at ease. The future looks so much brighter now thanks to Matt, it's easy to see why he's a multiple award-winner and so eminent and respected in his field. I feel like I've won the lottery, only better.

Fantastic experience: Five star wisdom tooth extraction. Complicated procedure which had failed once before at a seperate dentist. You know you are in safe hands straight away with Modus Judith and Ettiene. Not going to go as far as to say I enjoyed it but i definitely didn't hate it. And from someone with Dental anxiety that says a lot.

Fantastic experience: After finding out from my dentist that I had periodontal disease and that without treatment I would lose my teeth. He highly recommended Modus dental Dr Matt Perkins. My first visit with Dr Matt was brilliant. Matt is nice and made me feel comfortable and at ease and he is also professional and explains everything about my diagnosis and the treatment that he wanting to give me. I am 41 years old and my teeth and gums was in bad condition. Swollen gums and every single poke on the gums were bleeding. Dr Matt recommended my first treatment Deep cleaning with antibiotics tablets and gel. Lesley Roberts did my deep cleaning and she did a great job she is also very professional and I would highly recommend her. As an ex-smoker, my teeth were so bad but Lesley clean every single gap. After the treatment I couldn't believe how clean and white my teeth were and how my mouth felt so much better than before. Thank you very much, Lesley. After 5 weeks of my treatment, Dr Matt checked me over the treatment was very successful. Fantastic experience: Needed one toof out for years, but didn't like to go to the dental man. I've been eating the Mars bars since I were a youngen and apparently they is bad for your toofs. Big fella there was helpful and his name was Matt, he helped me out proper good. I wouldn't go again though as I'd rather go cinema. On my initial visit Dr Mo, reviewed my issue and advised me of the cost and success factor, on my subsequent visit for the procedure he delivered an awesome clinical experience, with a human touch, he was supported by two excellent nurses Louise and Lilli.
