Fantastic experience: I've been going to this Dentist for several years now to have treatment completed such as crowns and recently deep root canal filling as my previous one had failed. Jess and Andrew Bartley are incredibly professional and friendly and also very understanding as I got the time wrong on my appointment today, but they still helped me get through some urgent treatment before I have surgery. Thank you so much. I live in Llantrisant now , but wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment.

Fantastic experience: Have had a history of severe dental phobia, and the thought of having a root canal with a new dentist was a frightening one. However, I honestly didn't feel a single thing; I couldn't even describe it as 'uncomfortable'. In addition to this, the dentists were extremely kind, patient, helpful and assuring. Although I had to have my treatment here due to a complication (too difficult for my usual dentist to do), I'll be returning for future treatment. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dental Practice - all the staff, Receptionists, Dental Nurses and Dentists, are friendly and welcoming. My dentist is Jess and her knowledge appears to be encyclopaedic! She explains everything clearly and in an easy-to-understand way. She outlines the treatment, explains the options and gives an estimate of costs, all without exerting any pressure. I cannot praise this Practice too highly - I’m so glad to have found it.

Fantastic experience: Just left the hygienist and as always the overall dentist is clean, tidy and I’m always welcomed so nicely, the team is fab. I am also made to feel at ease the make sure I am comfortable. I have a dental plan which works perfectly for me with appointment reminders always sent in plenty of time, appointments rearranged if ever required and the service I receive is always spot on. Can’t recommend enough

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Had root canal with male dentist (can’t recall his name unfortunately) but he was so reassuring and gentle. I was very nervous after past experiences. Experienced no pain. The dental nurse was also so kind and caring.

Fantastic experience: Needed a root canal on two front teeth after my little boy head butted me in the mouth ‍♀️ The NHS GP said that he wasn’t confident due to lack of equipment and recommended Cassandra Maunder at Rumney. I’m someone with a bit of a phobia when it comes to dentists, but she was so excellent. She went over and above, making sure everything was done precisely and thoroughly. Would highly recommend to anyone needing root canal.

Fantastic experience: Was very nervous as my dentist told meci needed a root canal. They suggested going to Andrew as he was specialist in this area. If needed could gave cost me up to £600.00. Well Andrew did xray and tests and reassured me that my teeth were fine and i didnt need any work. Total relief.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service received on my recent visit to check my 15 year old tooth bridge/ roots. Clear, concise explanation given together with helpful reassurance.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful customer service today. I genuinely made an error whilst using the portal and booked the wrong Tuesday. Spent 40 mins trying to get through to explain my mistake, spoke to a lovely understanding woman initially who offered to move this check-up as it was a genuine first time error to only then be over ruled by a patronising awful manager. I was booking the hygienist as well but I'll not bother now and go elsewhere for my treatment. Enjoy the £50 missed appointment fee!!!

Upon my very first greeting, the members of staff were very friendly, smiley and upbeat, it completely put me at ease. After my root canal was complete, I was shocked this it was all done with such ease, I thought I was still in the preparation phase, only to be told it’s all done and of course told with a smile. On the day of treatment, the consultant Andrew and his assistant Rachel were just amazing. They were competent, helpful, kind and humane. In one word, just amazing.
