Fantastic experience: I have had a few dental extractions in my lifetime, but the manner in which Dr Rupa Shah performed surgery today was exemplary and I have no hesitation in saying she was one of the most experienced and professional people I have ever met - when I arrived Dr Shah explained the procedure, showing what was planned to take place, whilst answering all questions and concerns I had. During surgery, Dr Shah continuously checked on me, kept me well informed and ensured I was relaxed at all times. The overall experience at this practice is outstanding, the facilities 5 star and the great advice always provided by my regular dentist Dr Ravi Ganatra is highly valuable. I moved to this practice a year ago and would highly recommend to all.

It’s easy to make an appointment and everyone is so friendly and kind. Malti and Silva out front are always there to welcome me at my visits and answer any questions I have. Then out back I am always cared for well by the rest of the team, including Dr Ravi, Binisha, Anna and Beyonce. The practice itself is very modern and spotless! I would definitely recommend Pinner Green Dental, my partner has now also moved to this practice. Everyone here does a fab job!

Fantastic experience: Really good experience with this clinic. The dentist Sonayna had a very calm and friendly manner and managed my anxiety really well. I had a check, x ray and hygiene. Also they provided a 3d scan of my teeth which was pretty cool and gave me way more insight into how to improve my teeth which ive never had before.

Fantastic experience: I've met Dr Ravi and his team back in 2018 in a practice in central London. Now he has his incredible boutique studio, super clean, modern and always with this calmness feeling, like a spa. (Not exaggerating) Everything that I can say is I have never had such an amazing treatment. Dr. Ganatra and his assistants Anna, Beyoncé and Malti, not only always receive me with a big smile, they are extremely kind and always take care of me 100%. Recently, I've started with my Invisaline treatment. I have a challenging denture, he took the time to carefully study my case, not only with one specialist, if not with 5 to get the results that I need. The time and consideration that Dr. Ravi Ganatra and his team puts on his patients is unbelievable. It's the first time that actually I'm not scared or have the feeling of not wanting to go to the dentist. He doesn't make it painful or make you hurt anyway. For me the most horrible part is the anestesia, and with him I don't feel anything. Every 15/20min he is always asking me if I'm fine and if I need something or have a break, he does everything to make it as pleasant as he can. Call me exaggerated, but I always fall asleep. Not only that, he also shows you all the process and the final results are amaziiing!! That's the reason even though I moved 2hs away from his practice, I kept attending with him. Totally worth the money. I'm really happy and for sure he will be my and my families dentist for ever.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed a course of Enlighten tooth whitening. I am absolutely delighted with the results. My teeth were extremely discoloured after two years of very heavy medication. They are now so white and sparkling, I no longer feel embarrassed about my teeth being seen when I talk and smile and I don’t need to keep my hand in front of my face anymore when doing so. Two years down the line, it’s still in perfect condition.

Fantastic experience: We are moving into the area and needed a new dentist. I came here on recommendations seen on a Facebook group. The practice was very clean and fresh, including the consult room. It was my 3 year old sons first appointment, and he can be quite nervous in new situations. He had a very warm welcome from Dr. Ravi, who was very calm and patient. My son happily jumped in the chair and was thoroughly examined with no issues. I'd highly recommend this dentist, and my son is even asking when he can go again for another check up!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ravi is absolutely brilliant and the dentist you want for your whole family. He puts you at ease, is calm and very caring and just an incredibly likeable guy. We have a child with complex medical needs and disabilities and Ravi is phenomenal with him. He is SO patient with him and takes as long as is needed to get our son to let his guard down and cooperate. Ravi was our NHS dentist for about 12 or 13 years, and when he left to start his own practice we were gutted as I found out when calling in an emergency when our child had had a seizure and smashed out his two top front teeth. We had no choice but to see his replacement (who was utterly less than stellar and our son was distressed with) and it took us all of a New York minute to call up and switch ourselves over to his practice once the emergency had been dealt with (which had to be referred to the dental hospital) and even though it takes about an hour to drive to him it’s absolutely worth it because he is that good! I have two kids, and he’s equally great with both of them, but knowing our special needs son is comfortable with him and trusts him is more than enough to keep us loyal to his practice. His front of staff manager is also absolutely wonderful and very caring and warm. Nothing is too much bother and they even rearranged things a bit to squeeze us in a week earlier than our original booking when we were worried our son had tooth ache but couldn’t verbalise it. (Thank you so much!) The actual practice venue is AMAZING. Oh my goodness it’s beautiful. Everything is modern and sleek and stylish and calming. They have modern technology such as an X-ray machine that can go around your head instead of biting down on those horrible rectangle little plates in your mouth (that hurt my mouth really badly!) This is vital for my child who would otherwise have had to be referred for a general anaesthetic to have an X-ray as he would not be able to bite down on those plates for a regular X-ray. He was a bit nervous of the X-ray but once again Ravi was super patient and we got it done. (And his teeth were actually fine!) Prices are also really reasonable. I think overall most people are afraid of hearing the word “private” because we all think it will cost an arm and a leg and half a kidney to go private. But his rates are very reasonable and his work is very thorough. I’ve had fillings done with Ravi before and they’re still going strong. Overall I cannot recommend Ravi and his amazing team more.

Fantastic experience: My usual dentist was away for a week and PGD came up trumps fitting me in for a same day emergency appointment. I'm not the best with dentists but Dr Ravi provided a swift calming diagnosis of an infected cracked tooth, showed me the pictures & x-ray then and there. A short course of antibiotics and an extraction booked within the week. Dr Tejal can only be described as some sort of tooth extraction wizard. Very reassuring, explained everything and whipped the offending molar out swiftly with zero pain or discomfort. The whole process was 5 star from initial contact to aftercare advice.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Pinner Green Dental Practice and it more than met my expectations. Daksha the hygienist did a splendid job on getting my teeth looking their best. She was gentle and kept checking that I was coping ok throughout my appointment. Ravi was very professional and thorough. X-rays and photographs of my teeth helped me understand any potential problems that could happen so I can take appropriate care. I shall be returning for future visits.

Fantastic experience: November 11 2021 I am a very fussy patient - used to hate going to dentists but that was years ago - my long term dentist and hygienist both retired but not before my hygienist introduced me to Ravi - where I have now been with for appx 3 yrs. I don't have any fears anymore about going to dental surgeries - Ravi advise me a six weeks ago that I needed a crown - fine - but what he did was absolutely amazing - told me I might get a bit of pain! - I am still waiting ! So no pain - and a crown that was all produced via this amazing new method he uses - I knew from beginning to end what he was doing - never had ounce of pain - and don't get any rubbish stuck between my teeth. Have no fear of going to his Surgery - the service and his team are brilliant - so you HAVE BEEN ADVISED!

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment to see the hygienist and to have scans for the Enlighten's Evolution teeth whitening treatment. Kim (hygienist) was thorough and offered great advice on how to better look after my teeth. Dr Ravi then took 3D scans from a pretty cool machine. I had the chance to take a look at my teeth within minutes and was then advised the next steps for whitening and anything I would need to be more wary of in the future. Fantastic experience: I used to be such an anxious and nervous patient, and then I met Dr Ravi who first treated me for a root canal. He was so kind and comforting and kept checking on me throughout the treatment, putting me right at ease. The way he carries out his treatments, honestly makes them pain-free! What I appreciate most about Dr Ravi is how he explains exactly what he's doing as he goes along, meaning I don't encounter any unexpected surprises! His dental nurse Anna is friendly and caring and his receptionist is welcoming and efficient. Visit Dr Ravi if you're looking for a lovely dentist who will genuinely take care of you and your teeth.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars are not really sufficient for Dr Ravi and his team. I have been a patient for only 6 months and in this time I have been shown kindness, dedication, patience and excellent dentistry. I was with the same dentist for over 30 years until his retirement last year and, being an extremely anxious person requiring sedation for all treatments this felt like a major loss as I had learned to trust my dentist. I researched dental surgeries read review after, review and I finally decided to try Dr Ravi as his reviews were all positive.... this has been the BEST decision I have made. I am currently undergoing implant work and Dr Ravi is making this process so much more bearable something I thought I would never actually be saying.
