Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient after having frightening experiences as a child and therefore do not feel confident with dental treatment. However today I visited Massetts Road Dental surgery for two appointments. My first appointment with Caroline the Hygienist was such a different experience. She was kind and listened to my worries and put me at my ease and was gentle. I then had an appointment straight after with Maya the Dentist with her nurse Bernice. I cannot believe I was so worried and nervous beforehand as they were both so lovely calm and reassuring. Maya explained exactly what was going to happen and kept checking I was ok. I never felt any pain or felt uncomfortable. So much so that I do not feel worried for my second appointment next month. If you are nervous like me do not hesitate to visit this surgery

Fantastic experience: I Made an emergency appointment with this practice as my regular dentist cancelled last minute. I was in so much pain I knew I couldn’t wait to be treated. Fantastic experience: I needed a filling on a tooth. I was recommended Massetts Road Dental Practice by a friend who is also a dentist. I was nervous of treatment however the entire team took care of me. The injection was virtually pain free and I can’t even see the filling as the composite material used looks so natural. I would highly recommend Massetts Road and their great team. P.s the reception team are so friendly when booking and make it so easy and are very accommodating!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the practice to get a couple of fillings replaced. I was super anxious about having anaesthetic in my mouth, as I've had some pretty rough and traumatic experiences. Shiv was really lovely - she was very patient with me when administering the injections. When Nikola Stalford retired and sold the Practice, I was apprehensive BUT she could not have passed her Practice on to a better owner/dental Practitioner than Vimil Patel, and his colleagues! I have recently had to have some intense treatment, carried out by Akshay Shah, who has the most amazing, up to date facilities and shows extreme kindness and reassurance! Explaining every detail of the work he carries out. His precision was exacting and I now feel like I have a ‘new’ mouth - so very happy!!! Akshay also carried out a small cosmetic procedure on my daughter’s front tooth, which she had thought wasn’t possible. She was ‘over the moon’ afterwards! All the staff at Massetts Road are very friendly (nurses, hygienist, reception) and go that extra mile to help! I highly recommend Massetts Road Dental Practice, in Horley, to anyone! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this dental surgery and its staff, so kind and friendly. My dentist, Vimal Patel, recently removed my baby tooth and advised that I needed an implant. I was very dubious about having this, after seeing pictures on line of the procedure and worried how painful this may be. After several visits to see Vimal, to have moulds, pictures and an X-ray, I now have my implant. I'm so happy with the result. I experienced no pain whatsoever and with Vimal's professional dentistry, he kept me informed all the time of what was being done and the next steps. Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and always feel so reassured!
Fantastic experience: Having had a couple of dental procedures carried out a couple of years ago I was advised by Vimal that it would be to my benefit to get my bottom teeth sorted to aid my hygiene regime as well as making the teeth appear cosmetically neater. The bottom teeth were so bunched it was impossible to use floss between the teeth. I had always steered clear of any “cosmetic” work on the basis I’m happy with my appearance as is. However, it was suggested that the proposed work would benefit me in the long run by enabling easier and more thorough cleaning which should improve the health and longevity of the teeth and gums. The procedure proposed was Invisalign, Vimal explained the process from start to finish, explained he would see me for regular checks and may need to “tweak” the plan towards the end to ensure the best results. I’m just finished with the treatment, about 13 months in total (about a half dozen reviews), about 24 different aligners to be changed each fortnight (Note; the aligners are near invisible to others, in the twelve months I wore them I only had one person notice I was wearing them and they only saw them as they had seen them being used by others before hand). As well as the final “retainers” I opted for a wire brace to be fitted at the end to ensure the teeth do not move back. I’m so used to wearing the aligners/retainers now it feels odd not to be wearing them. As for the results, I now have an excellent looking set of gnashers and my cleaning regime is so much easier being able to use floss between the teeth is a real bonus. I regret not having this procedure done ten years ago when it was first suggested. Well done Vimal and the team at MRDP, I can’t thank you enough. ******************************************** This was the first time in well over twenty years that I had to have more than just a check-up so I was a little anxious about the prospect of dental work. However I needn’t have worried at all, the team at MRDP are great and Vimal takes time to talk you through the options. He was happy to explain the procedure in detail before he set to work, stopping regularly during the procedure to ensure I was comfortable and not in any pain. Not an unpleasant experience at all and a great end result; my new gold crown. Thank you Vimal and your team at MRDP for a job well done.

Fantastic experience: Always have a positive experience at this practice, even if having treatment! Been attending here over 30 years, in which time there has been just one change of ownership. The reception staff are always friendly and the dentists and hygienist are so lovely. They are extremely professional and keep up to date with new treatments and equipment. They take their time explaining exactly what they are doing and provide good advice on oral health care. They do their utmost to ensure you are comfortable during treatment. The building is spotlessly clean and the waiting area with its sensory visual screens help you to relax.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel recently, over a period of 12 weeks, replaced 8 amalgam fillings with white ones, removed an aged baby tooth and made and fitted an anti-clench inhibitor tooth guard. Excellent treatment and service from Dr Patel and his team.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Massetts Road Dental Surgery for around 15 years, and am so glad I stayed with the new owners. In the last two years I've had work done that I didn't even know was possible for someone aged 50. Have had my teeth straightened by Invisalign, whitened, and a chipped front tooth is now intact for the first time in 40 years thanks to composite something or other. Fantastic experience: I recently went through the teeth whitening process carried out by Kavita using Boutique Whitening and am absolutely amazed at the results! From start to finish she was extremely helpful and professional, making sure i was comfortable and understanding of everything along the way. The whitening itself is super easy to do and I could not fault it! I had lost a lot of confidence in my smile after one of my front teeth started to slightly discolour from a previous knock a few years prior. That tooth and the rest of them are now exactly the same colour and so much brighter! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have to say that this is best dental practice I’ve ever visited in my 47 years. As someone who was always nervous and put appointments off until absolutely necessary, this has been a revelation. I had 4 fillings replaced, a worn front tooth corrected, teeth whitened and a crown. A lot of treatment! But I was made to feel at ease straight away. It would appear that long gone are the days of old fashioned Dentistry, it’s now about customer service. Highly recommended!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately I have decided the leave this practice having been a client from a young age. Since the change in management, the surgery’s customer service and poor communication of charges have gone down hill. Warning - make sure all fee’s are agreed in advance, and don’t be surprised if they change their mind on charges.
Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr Kavita Patel for some facial aesthetics treatment and it was my first time getting Botox. I cannot recommend her enough, she was professional, friendly and the treatment was painless. My results exceeded my expectations and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. The receptionist and nurse were also lovely and friendly. I am really happy will all the care I received at the practice thank you.
