Fantastic experience: Dr Valatka is a wonderful dentist, I cannot recommend her and the New Street team more highly. I struggled for years with anxiety going to the dentist. Now I look forward to my visit! Dr Valatka also has a wonderful way with children, and I’m delighted my child has had such a great start with his first few visits to the dentist. She is kind, patient, takes the time to explain and has a big focus on preventive oral health. We will be attending Dr Valatka for many years to come! I highly recommend this practice! Fantastic experience: I am usually reluctant to post reviews in case it jinxes an otherwise good product or service, but in the case of New Road Dental practice I have no such reservations. They are excellent! During an appointment with Debbie today, I had what I shall call a composite reconstruction. Most of my tooth was gone but she did an amazing job of rebuilding it so that it is now indistinguishable from the one next to it. All the while taking care to keep me informed in her friendly and professional way. Many thanks to Debbie, her able assistant and all the team at New Road Dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Best decision I’ve made changing to this practice after years of going to what ever dentist is now practising in Haverhill to cling on to your NHS place. Not to mention if you need a filling you have to go private anyway. I was recommend New Road practice by a friend who has been attending for over 20 yrs. I felt welcome and relaxed immediately. My Dentis Linda is professional and caring. Explaining everything to me. Not to mention my tooth is now sorted on 1st visit after many attempts by other dentists. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: After a very difficult day last night I broke a tooth. I phoned the emergency number on Good Friday morning & very fortunately my dentist was on call. I have Denplan dental insurance which gives peace of mind. Demetri was able to put a temporary filling in place so that I could go on holiday. I cannot fault the wonderful treatment from everyone at New Road especially today but over the many years I have been a patient.

The entire team are a delight and Dimitri is professional, courteous and technically very highly skilled as a practicioner. I feel very lucky to be in his care.

Dimitri is a very skilled dentist who puts you at ease and explains your treament .The surgery is lovely and bright and you are greeted at reception by Julie who is very helpful and welcoming . Negative experience: Given parking ticket by traffic warden when parking close to dentists for a check up - New Road is now residents only parking.
