Fantastic experience: I have much praise for HW Dental Centre, its staff and for Dr Elena Belichka who has been my dentist for several years now. On each occasion I have visited Dr Belichka, there is a high level of consultation, any work has been carried out with the utmost care and compassion and everything is fully explained. The atmosphere is always about putting the patient first and she always has the time to discuss things. I also can’t praise Diana on the front desk highly enough. From booking an appointment to the actual meeting itself, the whole process is seamless. I would highly recommend HW Dental Centre.

Fantastic experience: Had to wait very briefly to be seen just after my appointment time. Dr Patel appeared concerned about the outcome of previous treatment and any trouble that i had experience with my teeth and gums; there was none. He carefully examined my teeth, fillings and implant. Not an inexpensive dentist but the experience was good was far as any dental visit is good!

I can’t describe what’s the feeling to finally be in love with your smile. I have been struggling with that and wearing retainers for so many years with no success until I found Dr Belichka and it took us only 9 months to get through the treatment and finally see the results and be happy.

Fantastic experience: After researching about dental clinics as I’m only new in the area, I highly recommend HW Dental Centre. The clinic is spotless, the ambience is welcoming, and the people are accommodating. I had two appointments today, and everything went smoothly. Ms. Kleo, the hygienist, was very gentle. Then I had a check-up with Dr. Elena, and she was very helpful, informative, and sympathetic. I’m satisfied with the service they provide.

Fantastic experience: Dr Elena Belichka was kind and friendly, gentle and patient. I was a bit anxious about certain aspects of Invisalign and she explained everything clearly and put my mind at ease. Kleo the hygienist is gentle but thorough and my gums have really improved since I started seeing her. I am so glad to have found this dental practice. The reception staff are lovely too, and the waiting room is nice, with drinking water available and lots of healthy plants.

Fantastic experience: All the team are helpful and professional. But Dr Belichka will ingeniously repair teeth that other dentists would remove. She has also engaged a medic to give my husband appropriate anaesthetic and done a successful 3-molar implant job. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

From that very day up until today, Dr Rishil Patel and his amazing team, Kleo Adams my hygienist (and of course the lovely Diana at reception) have really looked after me. Fantastic experience: I have been using HW Dental since December 2019 and find the whole team so welcoming and professional. I use their dental plan that costs me £16.50 a month, where I receive two dental and two hygienist appointments each year, which keep my teeth in good health. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Such a friendly helpful team makes visiting a very positive experience

Negative experience: I do not recommend Dr. Sabina My experience with her was very bad. She applied anesthesia to the molar to place the anesthetic needle. After she placed the material, she immediately injected my child with the needle. He felt pain and was very hurt. When I told her why did you put the needle in right away and did not wait a little while, she said, “This is my job,” and you interrupted me and looked at me very rudely. She told me, “I don’t feel comfortable and I won’t complete the work. Go to another doctor.” She was very rude and did not treat us politely. At that time, my son felt afraid of her, so we left and we will file a complaint against her, because she lacks training and respect. If you have a child, I do not recommend her, as she is not qualified.

Positive experience: Very good apart from running around 15 minutes late.

Positive experience: My first shock was finding out how long it had been in a location i walked by daily and never spotted it. Very nice and warm practice. Lovely, friendly receptionist, staff in general. Went in to book an x-ray as a referral patient and the service was so quick, even got my x-ray done on the spot. Contemplating moving to HW dentist. Fantastic experience: As usual another first class experience at the HW Dental Centre. Spotlessly clean and lovely welcoming, friendly staff. Over the last 4 years I have had to have 3 crowns and some additional work on my front teeth. On each occasion Dr Elena Belichka has been very professional, explaining the various options and recommending the appropriate course of action. I can honestly say that I am now happy to smile - which has boosted my confidence. Additionally, I have finally found a dentist who my children are happy to see too! Thank you everyone.

Fantastic experience: Rishil and his team are excellent they put me at ease straightaway and today's experience although nerve wracking, I was made to feel comfortable having had 3 fillings in one go. I would recommend this practice for its caring and thoughtful approach.

Fantastic experience: Elena was excellent! I had Invisalign, whitening and a permanent fixed bonded retainer. Elena was very professional and friendly the whole time, she answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I am very happy with my results. She even made an adjustment to my bonded retainer for free when I had a small problem with it. Excellent service! :)

Fantastic experience: I had been very insecure about my smile and no matter what change I made I was not happy it just didnt feel or mainly look right. I went to a number of dentists in High Wycombe but i felt unhappy & dissatisfied. Walking into the HW dental Centre I was met by a very friendly receptionist it just made me feel at ease and able to talk freely to the dentist, Elena. Elena listened to me and understood without any judgements, Elena was caring , kind with a professional attitude from the beginning of my Invisalign journey making necessary changes until the end retainers with a top of teeth whitening that made the perfect difference. She made me feel at ease from the very beginning of my treatment and was always super patient with my multitude of questions and potential scenarios. I actually had quite a big fear of the dentist before this but since having this treatment with her this has disappeared as she made me feel so relaxed. I consulted her for an Invisalign treatment and she took me though the 5 month process. She was fantastic and I cannot recommend her enough! I am also in love with the results!

Sadly, I had to change practice since we have moved away. I had a root canal just before the move and my new dentist also praised the work done.

Fantastic experience: I cant thank Dr Elena enough for recommending Invisalign. It was a pain free easy to use treatment for my crowded teeth and cross bite. They are now so much better both aesthetically and in my ability to clean them. From start to finish Dr Elena was knowledgeable and very professional in her application of the clips/aligners and it only took a fraction of the time compared to traditional braces. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Simply Excellent. My 6 yr old daughter was told by a previous NHS dentist that she would need to have a tooth removed, due to a cavity and gum infection. Elena was wonderful. With care, she cleaned the tooth and gave a new filling. 6 months later and the tooth and gum are healthy with no need to remove the tooth, and all the trauma that would have bought to a child and the development of her teeth and gums. Exactly what one would hope for in a dentist - kind, caring and working in the interest of the patient. I have now moved my whole family to Elena's care. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I was desperate to find a really good dentist as I needed root canal treatment and had had some bad experiences in the past . Dr Belichka has been fantastic . She is an amazing dentist . I can’t recommend her enough . Despite it being quite a journey to HW Dentist for me I am more than happy to do the drive for the excellent care I receive . In fact I have now joined their care plan and feel very lucky to have found this practise .

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the attentive and careful service. It has been difficult to find dental appointments during lockdown, but Dr. Belichka went out of her way to help accommodate my schedule. All work was completed in one visit!
