Fantastic experience: I was about an hour with the new dentist today. Longest time Ive ever been. She is really lovely and very friendly. Ive been with the practice for over 25 years and this was the most time I’ve spent in one session. Though daunting with my chronic pain condition I managed fine and felt no mouth discomfort. She kept asking if I needed a break which was really nice. If you want a friendly highly-skilled dental practice then orchard road is the one for you.

The dentist and nurse were not only incredibly professional and efficient, but also managed to keep the atmosphere light with their humour. They quickly diagnosed the issue and I ended up needing a root canal surgery. Despite the situation, I felt completely at ease throughout the procedure. Their expertise and comforting approach made a world of difference. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I actually like going to see the dentist iulia ghandi her nurse and let's not forget Grace the receptionist, as soon as you walk through the door you are welcomed by a lovely smile and a welcome face, I was booked in with no messing about an explanation of treatment was explained from the start to finish. Iulia is a breath of fresh air when you go dentist and she has a good sense of humour they all make you feel at ease from the start. I would recommend this dentist to everyone I know. another lovely experience at the dentist with iulia and her team Looking forward to my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: As a new, (and nervous of dentists) patient, I cannot praise the practice staff highly enough. Doctor Gandi immediately put me at my ease and explained all procedures and processes clearly and compassionately. It being my initial appointment I expected it to be routine, but the doctor saw that I needed fairly critical procedures and with my consent, carried out those procedures in the most professional and pain-free manner. Both Doctor Gandi and the dental nurse made sure I was comfortable and at ease, regularly checking that I was okay. As I am on blood thinners, the doctor even phoned me later in the evening to check that any bleeding had stopped. That I had received and was taking the antibiotics that she had prescribed! That is customer care above and beyond and I cannot praise her enough. I would recommend Orchard Road Dental Practice to anyone, and am now actually looking forward to my next appointment!

Having been a patient for many years I'm familiar with the reception and dental nursing staff, and they have ALWAYS been and continue to be the best in every way, warm, friendly and invested in everything they do, thoroughly amazing people! (Dec. 2023) June 13th 2024 6 monthly checkup. As ever I was made to feel comfortable and safe, which made it a non scary experience! Treated today by Jill and her wonderful new dental nurse, Ayeshe both new to me so a bit anxious for at least 2seconds! Grace (reception) as ever was so welcoming and it's always wonderful to catch up with the practice and town information, which makes you feel at home! I don't look forward to a dental visit, however, the warmth and caring of the practitioners belays that! Its visiting friends!!! Thank you once again. See you in December x

Very pleased with my treatment, a painless procedure despite my teeth and gums being on the sensitive side just now. All staff very friendly, professional and approachable. Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment for a very painful wisdom tooth. The dentist Saranya was very professional and after taking an x-ray it was clear my tooth had to be extracted. She carried out the procedure carefully and I felt no pain. I was given clear after care instructions and today is the day after and I'm in no pain and the socket is healing as expected. Highly recommended.
