Fantastic experience: Outstanding care from start to finish. I had two wisdom teeth and an incisor extracted with local anaesthetic and felt no pain. Dr Shemma and team explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’m also undergoing orthodontic treatment here. It’s still early in the process, but so far the experience has been excellent; everything has been clearly explained by Dr Francis and Natallia and my expectations have been well managed. The team is calm, reassuring, and very professional. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Autograph Dental enough! The whole process was so easy and stress-free, thanks to the wonderful team. From the receptionist to the nurse to Dr Francis, everyone is genuinely friendly, welcoming and professional. They initially estimated about a week for my retainers but I was pleasantly surprised to receive them in just two days. Great service overall!

Fantastic experience: I was originally a patient at Anglia Orthodontics but moved to Autograph Dental when Dr. Scriven established this practice. I decided to begin my braces journey after my teeth relapsed following previous orthodontic treatment. It was a tough decision due to the cost and time commitment, but ultimately, I chose Anglia based on their reviews and pricing. Initially, I wanted to go with Invisalign, but Dr. Scriven advised me that traditional braces would be the faster option to achieve my desired results. Now, two and a bit years later, I am absolutely in love with my smile! My entire experience can be summed up in one word, fantastic. Most of my treatment was overseen by Ana S and Alice E, with occasional check-ins from Dr. Scriven and other team members when needed. Hanna S, with her warm smile at reception, and every staff member I encountered contributed to a welcoming and supportive environment. One of the best parts of my experience was how the team handled unexpected challenges. If I had a damaged bracket or felt any discomfort, I was always able to get an appointment quickly. When I had issues with my permanent retainer, I felt well-informed, supported, and reassured that a solution was always available. I also used dental monitoring, which involved taking a photo of my progress every fortnight, significantly reducing the number of in-person appointments needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the same decision again. In fact, had I known then what I know now, I would have done it even sooner!

Fantastic experience: Beautifully presented practice, warm and welcoming feel. Not the usual daunting reception wait, much more of a bright calming atmosphere. After 12 months of research, I know I have selected the right specialist to correct my teeth, overbite, crossbite and slight overlap of my teeth, genuinely excited for the experience and to finally have straight teeth and the above issues corrected.

Fantastic experience: Autograph Dental Cambridge is the best orthodontist I’ve been to, they have a really amazing team. Everyone was really supportive of me, I suffer with anxiety and was very overwhelmed from being very late due to traffic. They were supportive and helped me during this time, they also still fitted me in even though I was late to my appointment. Overall, Autograph Dental Cambridge was really amazing and their customer service was incredible. If I could give them a higher rating than 5 stars I definitely would rate them higher.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous orthodontist, all the practise personnel have been so good with the children. Dr Scriven is excellent and seems to pride himself on delivering the highest standards across all treatments. His attention to detail and care plans are of top quality. We live some distance away from Cambridge so innovative teeth scans have been a huge help in limiting trips we need to make for check ups. Any issues have been dealt with swiftly and without extra expense. The price is the price and quoted quickly and clearly with various payment options.

Fantastic experience: Dr Scriven's team were fantastic throughout, particularly Claire and Ana. Very pleased with the final result and the monitoring and communication throughout. Very knowledgeable team that answered my long list of questions throughout. Bonded retainer fitted well at the end and Ana took time and care to make sure it was just right. If Autograph could do 1 thing better, I would have liked to be able to recycle my aligners at the practice given Invisalign generates a lot of plastic waste that goes to landfill. Hopefully they'll set this up soon.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Autograph so far has been extremely pleasant. They offered a free online consultation which was really useful and I have since signed up for treatment. Dr Scriven and the rest of the staff (Natallia and Anna) have been very informative and incredibly friendly. So far, they seem to have a "no holds barred" stance on getting the results I want. Will update as my treatment starts and progresses. UPDATE 1 - Just had my attachments fitted today. Process was super smooth and the team were very friendly again. Had a wisdom tooth out in-house and this was as painless and smooth as can be.

I was also impressed by the use of a personalised, pre-recorded assessment and findings shared by the consultant orthodontist to the patient. This should be emulated across our NHS services!

I first met Dr Francis regarding my jaw injury which led to me grinding my teeth during the night due to stress and anxiety. He introduced me to the Invisalign treatment which has straightened my teeth into the correct position and helped me not to grind my teeth during the night, so I’m relieved from my jaw pain. The results are incredible and went above my expectations. During the treatment period I have visited the clinic several times for check ups and treatments and every time the staff were outstanding. Fantastic experience: I’ve waited a month or two into my Invisalign treatment to leave a review. Everything about this place is slick… it’s a super stylish dental practice, the staff are always immaculate and professional, and the technology they use is incredible, especially a system called dental monitoring that uses your phone and an attachment to monitor your teeth so you don’t have to go in all the time. Appointments are easy to schedule around my busy work schedule and I can just use their app to ask questions. The Invisalign trays fit so well it’s unbelievable - especially given they’re made from a scan rather than a mould, and I’ve had zero pain at any point so far. This place cost a tiny bit more than the others I got quotes from, but is worth it.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely faultless. I first made contact with Autograph on Friday afternoon and by the l evening I had an appointment to see Dr Scrivens after that weekend. He and his team made me feel welcomed and at ease and spent time to explain proposed plan of care and treatment following a thorough assessment, some investigations and an examination. I have complex gum disease and as a consequence, Dr Scrivens has requested that a periodontist looks over my records to confirm if I can proceed with Invisalign. I’ve got everything crossed in hope that I can proceed using this team of exceptional experienced professionals. I only wish I had discovered Dr Scrivens years ago when I first put my feelers out about Invisalign. At that time I was told I couldn’t proceed as there was a risk of loosing all my teeth! I certainly didn’t get the thorough consultation I got today. I was there over an hour. Autograph is an amazing place, I loved the decor/colours. A child would feel at ease and would love the fun, less clinical environment. I would highly recommend Autograph and I will have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend family and friends. I wish it had existed when two of my daughters needed orthodontics. It’s only recently I’ve realised a lot of dentist offering Invisalign are not orthodontists. I suggest check they have the qualification and experience. The dentists I had consultations with prior to seeing Dr Scrivens, in my opinion were not as experienced and did not have the technology to do a detailed thorough assessment. You basically get charged the same so it’s a no brainer to see one and you certainly won’t be disappointed seeing Dr Scrivens and his team.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service. The new clinic is very luxurious, everything is very new. Ample parking is available outside, it is well indicated from the road, and it is easy to find on Google maps: there is a cycle lane that leads right to it. The flow throughout my appointment was like clockwork. Speaking of, the clock in the reception is quite the talking point! I recommend their orthodontic treatment based upon years of experience alone, but this new clinic and accompanying long standing team are a testament to Dr Scriven’s finesse and mastery of his craft. Fantastic experience: My experience with the team at Autograph has been incredible. I have been warmly welcomed, dealt with considerately and with care. The staff are tremendously thoughtful and make a great deal of effort to ensure the customer is happy. Every step is explained in detail and the experience feels luxurious. The surroundings are quite simply beautiful and certainly unexpected for any form of medical practice. I feel really delighted with the outcome of my treatment and encourage others to try Autograph. In particular, it is very easy to get an appointment that suits your lifestyle, whether it be early in the morning or after working hours. Parking on site really helps the process.
