Positive experience: First time at a private dentists. Thwy were friendly. I felt the costs had not been properly explained and felt I had to pay even though the costs were not made clear when offering the services.

Fantastic experience: I am a registered patient with this dental practice and was also with the previous dentist at this site in Market Rasen. I booked in to see Dr. Bhunjun for a check up back in June and explained on booking that I have developed an awful fear of having dental work completed in the last 6 years following some major emergency surgery I underwent and ongoing health issues since this time. I never used to be so nervous if visiting the dentist, and would go every 6 months to my dentist back in Grimsby without any issues, so this fear is fairly new to me and feels quite bizarre! I was reassured from the first phone call with the Willow Dental Team. I knew I had a back tooth that had cracked and likely needed removing, and unfortunately it wasn’t able to be saved via root canal surgery. (I was so terrified at the thought of root canal surgery anyway!) Last Friday, I finally returned to get the tooth extracted. I arrived a nervous wreck and in tears, (No idea why!) ‍♀️ and was unsure if I could go ahead with the procedure, but Dr Bhunjun was so patient with me, as was the Dental Nurse. We discussed my fear again, he took his time to talk with me and explain everything. We went ahead with the procedure, and oh my goodness, I felt so relieved to finally get the pesky tooth extracted, as it had started to cause me a lot of pain, impacting on my other teeth, mouth & jaw. The procedure was so straight forward and I felt extremely relieved and pleased to have got this completed. Dr Bhunjan is fabulous! I can’t thank him enough and his wonderful team for their patience, dedication and excellent care, and I certainly don’t feel so nervous now about returning soon for my routine visits! ☺️

Negative experience: I was told over the phone when I made my appointment to have a tooth out that the cost would be £115. Once I was in the chair and AFTER I had my mouth numbing injections a bill was put in front of me stating I had to pay another £160. I argued that I was told it was £115 for the procedure but to no avail. I either paid the additional £160 or went home with toothache. Whether I would have got my £115 back I don’t know but I doubt it.

Dr. Jayesh Patel listened to my concerns and made sure the dentures fit perfectly, explaining each step of the process. The fitting was comfortable, and I was impressed by how natural the dentures look and feel.

Fantastic experience: I’m SO impressed with both dentists at Willows in Market Rasen. I’m so nervous of going to the dentist and Dr Vishal took so much time to help me feel as comfortable as possible, to reassure me, to take things at a pace I felt comfortable with, and to explain things clearly at every step. My son has an incredibly sensitive mouth and can struggle with the exam and the cleaning. Dr Sunil again took so much time with him, talking to him, explaining exactly what he was doing and why, thinking of ways to do things slightly differently so my son could cope with it more easily. Dr Sunil got further with cleaning my son’s teeth than any other dentist before him. I highly recommend both dentists. The nurses are all lovely and supportive, and the receptionists are friendly and make you feel at ease.

Negative experience: They don't answer their phone, they don't answer their door, they don't reply to messages. The opening times are different to what's shown on the Internet... In all not a great first experience... Calling for over an hour from their 8:30am opening time shown on Internet... Tried ringing the door buzzer.... There's noone their..... So.... 1/10 terrible, would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Alex and the team were great in helping me achieve the perfect smile. I had a 12 month treatment with fast braces which rectified severe overcrowding and a severe over bite. I have a terrible gag reflex and we were able to improvise and overcome this to successfully complete the treatment. I have recently had my braces removed and I cannot believe the results, better than I ever imagined. I was always embarrassed about my teeth, having a large front gap and crooked lower teeth. Fantastic experience: My daughter has just completed her Fastbraces treatment with You Smile Dental Care in Market Rasen. The treatment has taken only six months to complete. She had to attend monthly appointments during her treatment for approximately half an hour per visit. The whole process from start to finish has been exemplary. All of the staff are very approachable and friendly, making myself and and my daughter feel very at ease with the Fastbraces process. It took my daughter a few days initially to adjust to having the Fastbraces on her teeth, and again once the bands were fitted, but otherwise the Fastbraces process has been very easily managed and well tolerated. In the event of minor concern such as one of the brackets occasionally coming loose, one call to Alex and his team and we have been completely reassured and advised on the best and most effective solution. A big thank you to ALL at You Smile Dental Care Market Rasen, we are absolutely thrilled with my daughter’s perfect new smile and the smooth transition through her Fastbraces treatment.
