Both of my daughters were looked after by Dr Olha Medvid, who was absolutely wonderful — calm, kind, and incredibly good with children. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole appointment feel easy and even fun (those yellow glasses very cool on them). What really surprised me is that the girls were actually looking forward to their dentist visit — something I definitely couldn’t say when I was their age! That speaks volumes about the care and atmosphere Dr Medvid and her team have created. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and professional from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Harewood Dental Surgery more highly.

My son was very anxious about the appointment but Dr. Olga was very patient with him and spend a lot of time trying to calm him down, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. I always receive a warm welcome from the team and they always make me feel at ease before / during each treatment.. it's no secret that I'm a very "nervous" patient who doesn't usually enjoy going to the dentist; but thanks to them, especially Olha and Patrizia who have been treating me so far, I've felt a lot more comfortable and relaxed... not to mention that it has been a lot less painful with them than any other dentist I have seen in the past...fact! Fantastic experience: I moved over to Harewood 18 months ago and have never looked back. My dentist is thorough but pragmatic, and would never suggest work that didn't truly need to be done. The customer service is excellent, I can always get an appointment quickly, and the handover to their specialist implant surgeon was seamless. Fantastic experience: Ohla is an amazing dentist. I went in for a couple fillings to help with sensitivity prior to bleaching and came out shortly after with what I’ve always wanted since childhood…. Straight front teeth!!! All I did was ask about getting them straightened and Ohla suggested filling them, closing the gap & filing them down so they appear straight & said she could do it now. I’m absolutely over the moon with them. My family & I can’t believe the difference Ohla has made to my smile & I can’t stop looking in any mirror I can get my hands on. Ohla has exceeded my expectations with her cosmetic dentistry skills and I would highly recommend visiting her to get your teeth how you’ve always wanted them for a fraction of the cost. We have been visiting as a family for many years to Harewood, we take our teenage son who is very nervous of visiting the dentist and Olha makes him feel extremely comfortable, gives him plenty of time and has a chat to calm him (and me!) and she provides 5 star service at every visit. The reception team are very efficient and friendly and we really couldn't recommend them more highly.

Tania the hygienist is amazing, Olha my dentist is also fab. The absolute star though is Andrea the receptionist who is so friendly and welcoming. We saw the dentist Olha who was so nice and very professional and very good with kids. All the staff were very friendly and the treatments were well priced. The practice was a very nice environment and welcoming, and parking onsite was easy. Well worth the 20min drive from Cobham. Would highly recommend it.
